Abstract
【解決手段】布帛に、活性炭とアミン系化合物からなる消臭剤を二層に重ねて塗布するものであり、一層目に活性炭を含む樹脂組成物を塗布し、二層目にアミン系化合物からなる消臭剤を含む樹脂組成物を塗布する。一層目の樹脂組成物には金属化合物からなる消臭剤や難燃剤を混合使用してもよい。なお、二層目の樹脂組成物はドット様の模様状に塗布されるのがよい。

Description
活性炭の使用により効率のよい消臭性を得ることができたが、活性炭だけでは消臭できる臭いに限度があり、総合的な消臭効果を発揮する消臭加工方法の開発が求められている。
1)広範に減臭性能を発揮させるため、不用意に各種消臭剤を配合して減臭加工剤を調製すると、消臭剤同士の反応により減臭加工剤としての性能が劣化し、本来の性能が発揮されない。
2)生活悪臭として、問題とされているタバコ臭の成分であるアセトアルデヒド、あるいは、ペット臭の成分の一つであるイソバレルアルデヒド、加齢臭の主成分であるノネナール等のアルデヒドに対しては、高い効果は見込めない。
3)アミン系化合物であるヒドラジド系化合物はアルデヒドの減臭に対して有効であるが、活性炭や多孔質の二酸化珪素やそれに担持した酸化亜鉛系の消臭剤の併用の場合、経時的にアルデヒドに対する減臭性能も低下する。
かかる消臭加工布帛の製造は、布帛表面に、活性炭を含む樹脂組成物を塗布し、第一消臭剤層を形成した後、その上に、アミン系化合物からなる消臭剤を含む樹脂組成物を塗布し、第二消臭剤層を形成することにより、活性炭とアミン系化合物からなる消臭剤を共に効率よく機能させることを可能とするものであり、第一消臭剤層となる活性炭を含む樹脂組成物には、金属化合物からなる消臭剤を添加使用してもよい。
<消臭試験>
縦8cm、横10cmの生地をにおい袋に入れ、調製したガスを封入し、20℃の部屋に静置し、一定時間後の残存濃度をガス検知管(ガステック社製)を用いて測定した。表中数値は次式で示される消臭率%である。
消臭率=[(所定時間経過後のガスのみのガス濃度−所定時間経過後の処理布のガス濃度)/所定時間経過後のガスのみのガス濃度]×100
<難燃試験>
FMVSS No.302(JIS D1201水平法)による。
<制電性試験>
超高絶縁抵抗計(春日電機製のK−1)を使用し、試験布の表面抵抗率を測定した。印加電圧は90Vとした。
表1に示す二種のコーティング組成物(一層目及び二層目)を準備し、ポリエステル織物(目付400g/m2)に、一層目のコーティング組成物をナイフコーターで塗布し、150℃で2分間乾燥した後、二層目のコーティング組成物をドット様の模様状にスクリーン捺染(スクリーンメッシュの開口率50%)し、150℃で2分間乾燥した。
また、消臭試験の結果は、後に示す表3A−3B及び表4のようになった。
すなわち、繰り返しアセトアルデヒドガスを充填した試験では、10日以上、安定した消臭効果が認められ、総吸着量3900mg/m2以上という非常に優れた結果を示した(表3A−3B参照)。更に、ホルムアルデヒド、酢酸、アンモニア、トリメチルアミン、硫化水素、メチルメルカプタン及びトルエンに対する消臭試験では、4時間後に表4のような消臭率を示しており、広範囲に安定した消臭効果があることが分かった。
表2に示すコーティング組成物を、実施例1と同様のポリエステル織物に、ナイフコーターで塗布し、150℃で2分間乾燥した。
表6に示す二種のコーティング組成物(一層目及び二層目)を準備し、ポリエステル織物(目付400g/m2)に、一層目のコーティング組成物をナイフコーターで塗布し、150℃で2分間乾燥した後、二層目のコーティング組成物をドット様の模様状にスクリーン捺染(スクリーンメッシュの開口率50%)し、150℃で2分間乾燥した。
各実施例で、それぞれ表8に示す二種のコーティング組成物(一層目及び二層目)を準備し、ポリエステル起毛トリコット(目付400g/m2)に、一層目のコーティング組成物をナイフコーターで全面に塗布し、150℃で2分間乾燥した後、二層目のコーティング組成物を同様にナイフコーターで全面に塗布し、150℃で2分間乾燥した。
また、表9に示すように、消臭試験の結果も優れており、繰り返しアセトアルデヒドガスを充填した試験では、7日以上安定した消臭効果が認められ、実施例3では7日後の総吸着量1480mg/m2以上、実施例4では958mg/m2以上という優れた結果を示した。
Claims (8)
- 布帛の表面に、活性炭を含む樹脂組成物からなる第一消臭剤層と、アミン系化合物からなる消臭剤を含む樹脂組成物からなる第二消臭剤層を積層してなることを特徴とする消臭加工布帛。
- 前記第一消臭剤層に難燃剤が含まれていることを特徴とする請求項1の消臭加工布帛。
- 前記第一消臭剤層に、金属化合物からなる消臭剤が添加されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2の消臭加工布帛。
- 前記第二消臭剤層がドット様の模様状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3いずれか1項の消臭加工布帛。
- 布帛に消臭性を付与するものであって、布帛表面に、活性炭を含む樹脂組成物を塗布し、第一消臭剤層を形成した後、その上に、アミン系化合物からなる消臭剤を含む樹脂組成物を塗布し、第二消臭剤層を形成することを特徴とする布帛の消臭加工方法。
- 前記活性炭を含む樹脂組成物に、難燃剤が含まれることを特徴とする請求項5の消臭加工方法。
- 前記活性炭を含む樹脂組成物に、金属化合物からなる消臭剤が添加されていることを特徴とする請求項5又は6の消臭加工方法。
- 前記アミン系化合物からなる消臭剤を含む樹脂組成物の塗布が、ドット様の模様状になされることを特徴とする請求項5〜7いずれか1項の消臭加工方法。
