Abstract
【解決手段】白色光を発する照明器具は、各色のために別個の電源を備える、赤色、緑色及び青色の各々の複数のLED(10、12及び14)及び全てのLEDの光出力を測定するように構成されたフォトダイオード(24)を含む。各色の光出力は、時間パルスのシーケンスにおいて測定されていない色のLEDを消す電子制御回路(30)により測定される。各色の測定された光出力は、ユーザ入力により決定され得る所望の出力と比較され、それに応じて各色に対する電流への補正がなされる。測定の合間には、LEDのアレイ内の全てのLEDに電流が供給される。

Claims (8)
- 複数の色の各々において少なくとも1つのLEDを有するLEDのアレイと、
各前記色の前記LEDが光出力を持ち、電流が前記アレイ内の前記LEDの全てに供給される際に該アレイが組合せ光出力を持つように、各前記色の前記LEDに電流を供給する手段と、
前記アレイ内の全ての前記LEDの前記光出力を測定するように構成されたフォトダイオードと、
時間パルスのシーケンスにおいて、各色の前記LEDの前記光出力が、前記アレイに対して単一の前記フォトダイオードだけを用いて、別々に測定されるように、選択的に、測定されている色以外の全ての色の前記LEDへの電流を閉じる手段と、
各色の測定された光出力を各色の関連の所望の光出力と比較する手段と、
所望の組合せ光出力が実現され得るように、前記比較に基づいて各色のLEDへの前記電流を調整する手段とを有する照明器具であって、
前記測定の合間には、前記アレイ内の前記LEDの全てに電流が供給される照明器具。 - 更に、前記アレイ内の全てのLEDから光を受け取るように構成された光ファイバーを有し、該光ファイバーが前記フォトダイオードに接続されている請求項1に記載の照明器具。
- 更に、前記所望の光出力を設定するユーザ入力制御を有する請求項1に記載の照明器具。
- LEDの前記アレイが赤色、緑色及び青色の各々のLEDを有し、前記組合せ光出力が白色になるように該LEDが構成されている請求項1に記載の照明器具。
- 更に、一様な白色光を得るために各前記色を混合する混合光学部品を有する請求項4に記載の照明器具。
- 複数の色の各々において少なくとも1つのLEDを有するLEDのアレイと、前記アレイ内の全ての前記LEDの光出力を測定するように構成されたフォトダイオードとを有するLED照明器具のカラーバランスを調節する方法であり、
各前記色の前記LEDが光出力を持ち、電流が前記アレイ内の前記LEDの全てに供給される際に該アレイが組合せ光出力を持つように、各前記色の前記LEDに電流を供給するステップと、
選択的に、測定されている色以外の全ての色の前記LEDへの電流を閉じることにより、前記アレイに対して単一の前記フォトダイオードだけを用いて各前記色の前記LEDの前記光出力を順次測定するステップと、
各色の測定された光出力を各色の関連の所望の光出力と比較するステップと、
所望の組合せ光出力が実現され得るように、前記比較に基づいて各色の前記LEDへの前記電流を調節するステップとを有する方法であって、
前記電流を供給するステップが、前記測定の合間には、前記アレイ内の前記LEDの全てに電流を供給するステップを有する方法。 - 前記順次測定するステップは、各色に対して1つの時間パルスを持つ測定シーケンスにおいて各前記色の前記LEDに別々に電流を供給するステップと、各前記時間パルスの間に当該色のうちの一色の前記LEDの前記光出力を測定するステップとを有する請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記電流を供給するステップは、各前記時間パルスの間、測定されている色以外の全ての色の前記LEDへの前記電流を閉じるステップと、前記パルスと前記パルスとの間、及び前記測定シーケンスを分離する測定の合間には、前記アレイ内の前記LEDの全てに電流を供給するステップとを有する請求項7に記載の方法。
