Abstract
【解決手段】複列の軌道面11a、11bを有する内輪12と、内輪12の軌道面11a、11bと対応する複列の軌道面13a、13bを有する外輪14と、内輪12および外輪14の各列の軌道面間に、それぞれ異なるピッチ円直径をもって介装される複列の玉群15、16と、玉群15、16のボール27、28を保持する保持器19、20とを備えたタンデム型複列アンギュラ玉軸受である。{(ボール径×ボール個数÷(π×ピッチ円直径))×100(%)}で表されるボール27、28の充填率を複列毎に91%以上とした。

Claims (3)
- 複列の軌道面を有する内輪と、この内輪の軌道面と対応する複列の軌道面を有する外輪と、内輪および外輪の各列の軌道面間に、それぞれ異なるピッチ円直径をもって介装される複列の玉群と、前記玉群のボールを保持する保持器とを備えたタンデム型複列アンギュラ玉軸受において、
{(ボール径×ボール個数÷(π×ピッチ円直径))×100(%)}で表されるボールの充填率を複列毎に91%以上としたことを特徴とするタンデム型複列アンギュラ玉軸受。 - 前記保持器が、幅方向中央にポケットを有する窓型であることを特徴とする請求項1のタンデム型複列アンギュラ玉軸受。
- デファレンシャルケースと、このデファレンシャルケース内に配置される差動減速機構と、差動減速機構のリングギヤに噛合するピニオンギヤと、ピニオンギヤを支持するピニオン軸とを備えたデファレンシャル装置であって、
前記ピニオン軸が前記請求項1又は2に記載のタンデム型複列アンギュラ玉軸受にてデファレンシャルケース内に回転自在に支持されることを特徴とするデファレンシャル装置。
