Description

The present invention relates to a bag that can be used on a daily basis, such as a bag made of non-woven fabric, such as a shopping bag, a small bag or a handbag.

Conventionally, a bag made of nonwoven fabric is lightweight and convenient to carry, but if it is used repeatedly, the periphery of the bag mouth will gradually be worn out or frayed gradually. A tear may occur in the main body, which may impair the function of the bag. In addition, the bag handle or hand strap is usually formed or attached to the periphery of the bag mouth, and when the article is stored and carried in the bag, the bag handle forming portion or hand strap in the periphery of the bag mouth. In particular, the load of the article is applied to the attachment portion. For this reason, there is a problem in that a break enters or breaks from the portion, and if the use is further continued, the break or tear further spreads to the periphery, and therefore cannot be used as a bag.
Therefore, conventionally, in order to solve these problems, a bag with increased strength at the periphery of the bag mouth has been proposed. For example, as shown in FIGS. 7 to 9, such a bag includes a bag whose peripheral edge is reinforced by folding the peripheral edge of the bag mouth one or more times to form a double or triple structure. It is done. The bag 19 shown in FIG. 7 has a structure in which a reinforcing portion 23 that is twice as thick as the thickness of the bag main body 22 is formed by turning the peripheral edge 21 of the bag mouth 20 once inward (see FIG. 7). (See also FIG. 8, which is a cross-sectional view of portion C). Moreover, the embossed pattern 24 or the pictorial pattern 25 is normally given to the bag 19 for decoration (refer also FIG. 9 which is an enlarged view of the C section in FIG. 7). In addition, as a bag in which a technique that specifically increases the strength of the peripheral edge by folding the peripheral edge of the bag mouth as described above, for example, a polyester nonwoven fabric handbag described in Patent Document 1 can be cited. According to Patent Document 1, the polyester non-woven handbag is formed by ultrasonically welding the hand 6 to the side edge 7 of the mouth portion 5 of the bag body 3, and the side edge 7 is folded inward. By adopting a two-layer structure, the mouth portion 5 for joining the handle 6 is reinforced.
Further, as another type of bag with increased strength at the periphery of the bag mouth, for example, as shown in FIGS. 10 to 12, the periphery of the bag mouth is folded back into a hollow portion between the folded portion and the bag body. A bag containing a reinforcing member such as a cardboard sheet or a plastic sheet may be used. The bag 26 shown in FIG. 10 is reinforced by the peripheral edge 28 of the bag mouth 27 being folded once inside, and the cardboard 30 being inserted as a reinforcing member in the hollow portion between the folded portion and the bag body 29. The portion 31 is formed (see also FIG. 11 which is a cross-sectional view of a portion D in FIG. 10). And the embossed pattern 32 or the picture pattern 33 is normally given to the bag 26 for the decoration (refer FIG. 12 which is the enlarged view of the D section in FIG. 10).
JP 2001-190317 A

However, in the conventional bag, since the nonwoven fabric bag is thin, the embossed pattern or the picture pattern of the folded portion inside the periphery of the bag mouth can be seen through from the outer surface of the bag (for example, FIG. 8 and FIG. 9). 11 and the embossed pattern 32 ′ of the conventional bag 26 shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, and the embossed pattern or the picture pattern overlaps with the embossed pattern or the picture pattern on the outer surface. There was an inconvenience that it was projected, and thus it looked unnatural. Moreover, since the reinforcement part of the conventional bag increases thickness by folding the periphery of a bag mouth, it is limited to a thing with an integral multiple of thickness. For example, even if the strength corresponding to 1.2 times the thickness of the bag body is necessary and sufficient with respect to the reinforcing portion, the periphery of the bag body is There was an inconvenience that there was no choice but to adjust the thickness twice. Furthermore, in the conventional bag, since the operation | work of turning up the periphery of a bag mouth is required, it takes time and production efficiency is low. In particular, in the case of glove removal, the work of turning back the periphery of the bag mouth has to be performed manually, which is a problem in terms of productivity. Furthermore, in the bag in which the reinforcing member such as cardboard is used, there is an inconvenience that the material cost of the reinforcing member is increased and the work of putting the cardboard is troublesome.
The present invention has been made in consideration of such circumstances, and not only the strength of the periphery of the bag mouth is high, but also the strength improvement can be freely adjusted, and the embossing applied to the outer surface of the bag In order to increase the strength of the peripheral edge of the bag mouth without causing the problem that the pattern or picture pattern overlaps with the transparent pattern of the folded portion and looks unnatural and does not require the work of folding the peripheral edge of the bag mouth. An object of the present invention is to provide a bag that does not require the use of a separate reinforcing member.

That is, the present invention
A bag made of non-woven fabric, which is provided with a thicker band-shaped reinforcing portion at the periphery of the bag mouth, and the reinforcing portion has a single interface that does not have an interface made of the same fiber material as the fiber material of the bag body The present invention relates to a non-woven bag characterized in that it has a continuous structure and is thicker than the thickness of the bag body and has a thickness up to about 4 times the thickness of the bag body.
Moreover, this invention relates to said nonwoven fabric bag in which the handle is formed in the reinforcement | strengthening part, or the hand strap is attached to the reinforcement | strengthening part.

In the bag made of the nonwoven fabric of the present invention, the strength of the peripheral edge is increased by providing a thick band-shaped reinforcing portion at the peripheral edge of the bag mouth, and thereby the peripheral edge is worn out by repeatedly using the bag or Breaks are effectively suppressed. In addition, in the bag of the present invention, the reinforcing portion has a single continuous structure that does not have an interface made of the same fiber material as that of the bag body. Therefore, the strength at the same thickness is higher than that of the reinforcing portion structure in the above-described conventional bag having an interface formed by folding the periphery of the bag mouth, and the strength improvement of the reinforcing portion It can be adjusted freely by changing the thickness. Furthermore, since the peripheral edge is not folded back, the embossed pattern or picture pattern of the part can be seen through from the inside, and the problem of impairing the appearance of the embossed pattern or picture pattern on the outer surface of the bag does not occur, which is advantageous in design effect. In addition, there is no need to fold the periphery of the bag mouth, and there is no need to insert a reinforcing member at the periphery of the bag mouth, so that high productivity can be obtained in terms of manufacturing, and the production cost can be reduced accordingly. Can be reduced. Furthermore, when the handle or the hand strap is formed or attached to the reinforcing portion, even when the article is stored in the bag and carried, there is a break in the handle forming part or the hand strap attaching part due to the weight of the article. It is effectively prevented from entering or tearing.

The bag of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
The bag 1 made of the nonwoven fabric of the present invention is provided with a thicker band-shaped reinforcing portion 4 on the peripheral edge 3 in order to increase the strength of the peripheral edge 3 of the bag mouth 2 which is the weakest part of the bag. And the reinforcement | strengthening part 4 has further the characteristic that it consists of a single continuous structure which does not have the interface which consists of the same fiber material as the fiber material of the bag main body 5 (refer FIG. 2 which is sectional drawing of the A section in FIG. 1). .) That is, the reinforcing portion 4 is originally thick, and is not a portion where the bag body 5 is folded, and other materials other than the same fiber material as the bag body 5, such as a material such as cardboard or a plastic sheet, are inserted. The cross section of the reinforced portion 4 has a single layer structure and does not have another layer structure. Therefore, due to this structural feature, the embossed pattern 6 and the picture pattern 7 on the outer surface of the reinforced portion 4 do not have a problem that the embossed pattern 6 ′ and the picture pattern of the folded portion can be seen through and the appearance is impaired. This is advantageous in terms of design effect (see also FIG. 3 which is an enlarged view of portion A in FIG. 1).
In addition, the thickness w1 of the reinforced portion 4 can be determined after repeated use a predetermined number of times (for example,
Even after the bag 1 is used as a shopping bag repeatedly about 20 times), the thickness of the range that does not impair the function of the bag due to a rip from the peripheral edge 3 of the bag mouth 2, The thickness is set to be thicker than the thickness w2 of the bag body 5 and up to about 4 times the thickness w2 of the bag body 5 (see FIG. 2). When the thickness w1 of the reinforced portion 4 is thinner than the thickness w2 of the bag body, a predetermined strength cannot be obtained. If the thickness w1 of the reinforced portion 4 exceeds 4 times the thickness w2 of the bag body, more material for the bag 1 is required, which is not preferable in terms of production cost. That is, a bag having a thickness w1 of the reinforcing portion 4 larger than the thickness w2 of the bag body and up to three times as much is preferable. And the intensity | strength of a bag mouth can be freely adjusted by changing the thickness w1 of the reinforcement | strengthening part 4. FIG.
In the present invention, it is preferable to form a handle 8 on the reinforced portion 4. Thereby, it is effectively prevented that the cut portion is cut or torn in the formation portion of the handle 8. Instead of the handle 8, a hand strap may be attached to the reinforcing portion 4.
Unlike the bag 1 of the present invention, for example, the conventional bag 19 has a discontinuous interface b1 between the folded portion and the bag body in the cross section of the reinforcing portion 23, It does not consist of a continuous tissue (see FIG. 8). Further, for example, the conventional bag 23 has a discontinuous interface b2 between the folded portion and the bag body, and the cardboard 27 is inserted into the portion, that is, the same fiber material. However, it does not consist of a single continuous tissue (see FIG. 11). Therefore, in the conventional bag, the pattern of the folded portion is projected on the outer surface, or the inconvenience such as low productivity and high cost is caused.

A bag made of the nonwoven fabric of the present invention is obtained by, for example, manufacturing a nonwoven fabric sheet from a nonwoven fabric fiber such as polyester so that the portion corresponding to the reinforced portion becomes thicker, and then cutting the sheet into an appropriate size. The obtained sheet piece can be folded in half, and the side edges can be sewn or heat welded so as to form a bag.
Examples of the material of the nonwoven fabric used in the present invention include polyester fibers, polyamide fibers (nylon fibers), polypropylene fibers, polyethylene fibers, polypromix fibers, polyclar fibers, and other synthetic fibers, viscose fibers, Examples thereof include regenerated fibers such as copper ammonia rayon and semi-synthetic fibers such as acetate fibers.

Hereinafter, in the examples, a bag made of the nonwoven fabric of the present invention will be specifically described. However, it should not be construed as limiting the present invention in any case.

Example 1
In this embodiment, a bag 1 made of a nonwoven fabric made of polypropylene (PP) shown in FIGS.
The bag 1 is provided with a band-shaped reinforcing portion 4 that is thicker than the bag body 5 at the periphery 3 of the bag mouth 2. Whereas the thickness of the bag body 5 (w2 in FIG. 2) is about 0.2 mm, the thickness of the band-like (width about 6 cm) reinforcing portion 4 at the periphery 3 of the bag mouth 2 (w1 in FIG. 3). ) Is approximately 0.6 mm, and the reinforcing portion 4 is three times thicker than the bag body 5. Further, a substantially oval cut handle 8 having a major axis of about 6 cm is formed at substantially the center of the reinforced portion 4.
As shown in FIG. 2 of the cross-sectional view of the A portion of the bag 1, the presence of the interface is not observed in the reinforced portion 4. The embossed pattern 6 ′ on the inner surface of the reinforced portion 4 is not seen through from the outer side by being displaced with respect to the embossed pattern 6 on the outer surface, and the picture pattern 7 on the outer surface of the reinforced portion 4 is not folded. Therefore, the appearance of the picture pattern 7 is good in the entire bag.
Thus, when the bag 1 was used 20 times as a shopping bag, no breaks or tears that would impair the function of the bag were found in the peripheral edge 3 and the handle 8 of the bag mouth 2.

具体的には、強化部12の厚さw3(図4中のB部分の断面図である図5参照。)
Example 2
A present Example is the bag 9 which consists of a nonwoven fabric of another aspect of this invention shown to FIG.
The PP bag 9 has a vertically long structure having a length of about 35 cm and a width of about 25 cm. The bag 9 is provided with a thicker belt-like reinforcing portion 12 having a width of about 6 cm at the peripheral edge 11 of the bag mouth 10 to improve the strength of the peripheral edge 11. Specifically, the thickness w3 of the reinforced portion 12 (see FIG. 5 which is a cross-sectional view of portion B in FIG. 4) is approximately 0.4 mm, and the thickness of the bag body 13 (w4 in FIG. 5). ) It is designed to be about twice as large as about 0.2 mm. The reinforcing part 12 is made of PP, which is the same fiber material as the bag body 13. An embossed pattern 14 is applied to the bag 9, and a picture pattern 15 is applied to the outer surface of the bag 9, and a hand strap 16 is attached to the reinforcing portion 12 by eyelets 17. Further, the bag 9 is provided with a wide town 18 at the bottom so that when the article is stored, the position of the article is easy to stabilize and easy to carry.
As shown in FIG. 5 of the sectional view of the reinforced portion 12, it is observed that the reinforcing portion 12 is composed of a single continuous structure having no interface. The embossed pattern 14 of the reinforced portion 12 is not seen through in a dislocation arrangement between the outer surface and the inner surface, and the reinforced portion 12 is also not a folded structure, so it does not appear overlapping with the pattern on the inner surface. The appearance of the picture pattern 15 is good throughout the bag.
Thus, when the bag 9 was used 20 times as a shopping bag, no breaks or tears that would impair the function of the bag were found in the peripheral edge 11 of the bag mouth 10 and the attachment portion of the hand strap 16.
