Claims (3)
- シャフトの端部外周に形成した軸方向に延びる雄スプラインを、等速ジョイントの内側継手部材の内周に形成した軸方向に延びる雌スプラインに嵌合させると共に、前記シャフトの外周に形成した溝に前記内側継手部材と干渉する抜止部材を装着して前記シャフトの軸方向の移動を規制した等速ジョイントのシャフト取付構造において、
前記溝を前記シャフトの雄スプラインよりシャフト中間側に形成すると共に、前記溝の底部の外径寸法を前記雄スプラインの小径よりも大きく設定したことを特徴とする等速ジョイントのシャフト取付構造。 - シャフトの端部外周に形成した軸方向に延びる雄スプラインを、等速ジョイントの内側継手部材の内周に形成した軸方向に延びる雌スプラインに嵌合させると共に、前記シャフトの外周に形成した溝に前記内側継手部材と干渉する抜止部材を装着して前記シャフトの軸方向の移動を規制した等速ジョイントのシャフト取付構造において、
前記シャフトの雄スプラインよりシャフト中間側に雄スプラインの大径より大きい径寸法の太径部を形成し、その太径部に前記溝を形成すると共に、前記溝の底部の外径寸法を前記雄スプラインの小径よりも大きく設定したことを特徴とする等速ジョイントのシャフト取付構造。 - 前記内側継手部材のシャフト挿入側の内周に前記シャフトの太径部を挿入可能な拡大内径部を形成し、その拡大内径部に前記シャフトの溝に装着した抜止部材と係合可能な凹部を形成したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の等速ジョイントのシャフト取付構造。
