Abstract
本発明は、セルロースフィラメントのスパンボンド不織布を製造する方法に関する。
【解決手段】
フィラメントが、紡糸口金を使用してセルロース溶媒から紡糸される。これらのセルロースフィラメントが、その後に少なくとも2つの冷却区間から構成された冷却室内に導入される。これらのフィラメントは、これらの2つの冷却区画の各々の内で異なる流速及び/又は異なる温度及び/又は異なる湿度の処理空気つまり冷却空気に接触される。

Claims (13)
- セルロースフィラメントのスパンボンド不織布を製造する方法にあって、この場合、フィラメントが、紡糸口金(1)によってセルロース溶媒から紡糸される方法において、
この場合、セルロースフィラメントが、その後に少なくとも2つの冷却区間(2a,2b)から構成された冷却室(2)内に導入され、
この場合、フィラメントは、異なる流速及び/又は異なる温度及び/又は異なる湿度の処理空気つまり冷却空気と共に両冷却区画(2a,2b)内に供給される方法。 - フィラメントは、リヨセルフィラメントとして紡糸される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 水と第三級アミノキシドとを混合したセルロースの溶媒がセルロース溶媒として使用される請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- セルロースの溶媒中のセルロースの濃度は、0.5〜25重量%、好ましくは1〜22重量%である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 第2冷却区画(2b)に供給される空気の流速に対する第1冷却区画(2a)に供給される空気の流速の比は、1:10〜1:1、好ましくは1.5:10〜6:10及び好ましくは1.5:10〜4.5:10である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 第1冷却区画(2a)に供給される冷却空気の温度は、18〜80℃であり、第2冷却区画(2b)に供給される冷却空気の温度は、18℃〜35℃である請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 冷却後のフィラメントが、冷却室(2)内で空気力学的に延伸され、その後に設置装置上に設置される請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- セルロースが凝固されるように、設置装置上に設置する前のフィラメントが処理される請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- フィラメントを設置した後に形成された不織布のウェビングが、水の多く含む媒体で処理つまり洗浄され、その後に脱水される請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 紡糸口金(1),冷却室(2),延伸装置(4)及び設置装置を有する請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実施する装置にあって、この場合、フィラメントが、紡糸口金(1)によってセルロース溶媒から紡糸され得る装置において、
この場合、冷却室(2)は、少なくとも2つの冷却区画(2a,2b)に分割されていて、フィラメントは、異なる流速及び/又は異なる温度及び/又は異なる湿度の処理空気つまり冷却空気と共に冷却区画(2a,2b)の各々の内に供給される装置。 - 紡糸口金(1)は、0.5〜9孔/cm2、好ましくは1〜8孔/cm2及び好ましくは1.5〜7.5孔/cm2の孔密度を有する請求項10に記載の装置。
- 冷却室と延伸装置(4)との間の連結部分が、外部に対して閉鎖されているつまり外部に対して空気の供給なしに構成されている請求項10又は11に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つのディフューザ(13,14)を有するより合わせ装置(6)が、延伸装置(4)と設置装置との間に配置されている請求項10〜12のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
