Abstract
【解決手段】ガスタービンエンジンは、ターボファンを駆動するエピサイクリック歯車列を備える。このエピサイクリック歯車列は、互いに離間した側壁(60)が周方向において互いに離間したマウント(54)と連結され、単一構造体をなす、一体キャリア(34)を用いる。バッフル(68)が、マウント(54)の近くで、キャリア(34)に固定され、油を太陽歯車(28)やバッフル(68)間に配置される中間歯車に噴霧する潤滑通路(86,88)をもたらす。バッフル(68)は、歯車列の構造的要素ではないので、このバッフル(68)をキャリアの材料とは異なる材料から構成することができる。

Claims (20)
- 圧縮機セクションおよびタービンセクションを支持するハウジングと、
エピサイクリック歯車列であって、
キャリアと、
太陽歯車と、前記太陽歯車の周りに配置されると共に前記太陽歯車と噛合し、前記キャリアによって支持される中間歯車と、
前記キャリアに締付け部材によって固定されたバッフルであって、前記太陽歯車および前記中間歯車の少なくとも1つの近くに、前記太陽歯車および前記中間歯車の少なくとも1つに潤滑油を導く潤滑通路を備える、バッフルと、
を備えるエピサイクリック歯車列と、
を備えることを特徴とするタービンエンジン。 - 前記中間歯車と噛合するリング歯車と、該リング歯車に連結された出力シャフトと、前記太陽歯車に連結された入力シャフトと、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタービンエンジン。
- 前記キャリアが、ハウジングに固定され、前記出力シャフトが、ターボファンを駆動し、前記入力シャフトが、圧縮機ブレードを有する圧縮機ハブを支持することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のタービンエンジン。
- 前記キャリアが、互いに離間した壁を備え、前記壁が、該壁を連結する周方向において互いに離間したマウントを有し、該マウントが、前記キャリアの外周に、前記マウント間で周方向において互いに離間した開口部をもたらし、前記中間歯車が、前記開口部を貫通し、リング歯車と噛合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタービンエンジン。
- 前記マウントに固定されたトルクフレームを支持するハウジングを備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のタービンエンジン。
- 前記潤滑油通路が、前記壁間を横方向に延びる主通路と、前記主通路と連通し、それぞれ、前記太陽歯車および前記中間歯車の近くで終端する第1の通路および第2の通路と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のタービンエンジン。
- 前記壁の1つの孔を貫通するチューブを備え、該チューブが、前記主通路と連通することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のタービンエンジン。
- 前記キャリアの外部に位置し、前記潤滑通路と連通する噴霧バーを備え、前記噴霧バーが、前記太陽歯車に潤滑油を導くために、前記太陽歯車の近くで終端することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタービンエンジン。
- エピサイクリック歯車列用のキャリアであって、
互いに離間した壁であって、前記壁が、該壁を連結する周方向において互いに離間したマウントを有し、前記マウントが、前記キャリアの外周に、前記マウント間に周方向において互いに離間した開口部をもたらす、壁と、
前記マウントの近くで前記壁間に配置されたバッフルであって、前記バッフルが、締付け要素によって、前記壁および前記マウントの少なくとも1つに固定され、歯車ポケットが、前記バッフル間に設けられ、該バッフルが、前記歯車ポケットの少なくとも1つで終端する潤滑通路を備える、バッフルと、
を備えることを特徴とするキャリア。 - 前記壁および前記マウントが、単一構造体をなすことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のキャリア。
- 前記単一構造体が、第1の材料から構成され、前記バッフルが、前記第1の材料と異なる第2の材料から構成されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のキャリア。
- 前記マウントが、互いに向き合う第1の湾曲面を有する概ね楔状の形状を有し、前記バッフルが、前記マウントと当接し、前記第1の湾曲面に隣接する互いに向き合う第2の湾曲面を備えることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のキャリア。
- 前記潤滑通路が、前記壁間を横方向に延びる主通路と、該主通路と連通すると共に互いに直交して配置される第1の通路および第2の通路と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のキャリア。
- 中間歯車が、前記バッフル間に配置されると共に、太陽歯車と噛合し、前記第1の通路が、前記太陽歯車に導かれ、前記第2の通路が、前記中間歯車に導かれることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のキャリア。
- 前記壁の1つが、孔を備え、チューブが、前記孔を貫通し、前記バッフルの開口部に収容され、前記チューブが、前記潤滑通路と連通することを特徴とする請求項9に記載のキャリア。
- エピサイクリック歯車列を組み立てる方法であって、
a)互いに離間した壁と該壁を連結する周方向において互いに離間したマウントとを備える単一体キャリアであって、互いに離間した開口部が、前記キャリアの外周において前記マウント間に設けられ、前記開口部に延びる歯車ポケットが、前記壁と前記マウントとの間に設けられ、中心孔が、前記壁の少なくとも1つに設けられる、単一体キャリアを設けるステップと、
b)前記中間歯車を前記中心孔に挿入し、前記中間歯車を、前記開口部を貫通するように、半径方向に前記歯車ポケット内に移動させるステップと、
c)バッフルを前記キャリア内に挿入するステップと、
d)太陽歯車を、前記中間歯車と噛合するように、前記中心孔内に挿入するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ステップc)が、前記バッフルを前記中間歯車の近くに固定するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップc)が、前記バッフルを前記壁の1つにボルト止めするステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記バッフルの潤滑通路と連通させるために、チューブを前記キャリアの孔に挿入するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
- トルクフレームを前記マウントに固定するステップであって、前記トルクフレームが、ハウジングに固定される、ステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
