Abstract
【解決手段】正極2と、負極3と、正極2と負極3との間に介在されるセパレータ4(より具体的には、正極2側に配置されるセパレータ4aと負極3側に配置されるセパレータ4b)と、アニオンにハロゲンを含むリチウム塩を含む有機溶媒からなる電解液6とを備えるハイブリッドキャパシタ1において、正極2と負極3との間にリチウム箔5を介在させ、リチウム箔5によって、電解液6に含まれるアニオンから誘導される負極活性阻害物質を捕捉する。

Description
(式中、Mは、Al、Cr、Mn、Fe、Mg、La、Ce、Sr、Vのうちから選択される遷移金属またはランタノイド金属のうちの一つ以上の元素を示し、AはO、F、SおよびPのうちから選択される一つ以上の元素を示し、前記組成比を示すx、y、zは1.0≦x≦1.1、0.01≦y≦0.1、0.01≦z≦0.5を示す。)
このリチウム二次電池では、正極活物質に含まれる水分などの不純物によりHFが生成した場合でも、電解質に含まれているアジリジン化合物によってHFが中和されるため、負極の電気容量および充放電サイクル特性の低下を抑制することができる。
負極3:ハードカーボン(株式会社クレハ製 カーボトロンPS(F) 結合剤:PVdF(ポリフッ化ビニリデン))
電解液6:1mol/LのLiPF6/エチレンカーボネート+ジエチレンカーボネート
図5は、本発明の蓄電デバイスの第2の実施形態を示すボタン型ハイブリッドキャパシタの概略構成図である。なお、この図5において図1に示された各部に対応する部分には、図1の場合と同一の参照符号を付して示す。
実施例1
(正極)活性炭(クラレケミカル株式会社製 RP−15):カーボンブラック:PTFE(ポリテトラフルオロエチレン)を85:5:10の配合重量比で混合し、ロールプレスを用いて加圧・圧延することにより、厚み200μmの電極シートを得た。この電極シートをφ10のサイズに打ち抜き、さらに100℃で12時間真空乾燥することにより、正極を作製した。
(負極)ハードカーボン(株式会社クレハ製 カーボトロンPS(F)):PVdF(ポリフッ化ビニリデン)を9:1の配合重量比で混合し、NMP(1−メチル−2−ピロリドン)中で十分攪拌した後、アルミ箔に約30μmの厚さに塗工し、乾燥した後、φ10のサイズに打ち抜き、さらに100℃で12時間真空乾燥することにより、負極を作製した。
(セパレータ)厚さ400μmのセラミックスフィルタ(ADVANTEC社製 GB−100R)を、φ24に打ち抜くことにより、セパレータを作製した。
(電解液)1mol/LのLiPF6/エチレンカーボネート+ジエチレンカーボネート溶媒(1:1体積比)を調製することにより、電解液を作製した。
(リチウム箔)厚さ30μmのリチウム箔(本城金属株式会社製)10mm×10mmに孔を開け、試験用リチウム箔として用いた。
上記実施例1で用いた正極1枚、負極1枚、セパレータ1枚、電解液1ccを用いて、試験セルを組み立て、2.2〜4.4Vの電圧範囲(電流密度:1mA/cm2)で充放電試験を実施した。その充放電曲線を図7に示す。なお、単極の電位はLi参照極を基準として測定した。
図8に、実施例1および比較例1の充放電サイクルにおける負極の電気容量の変化、図9に、実施例1および比較例1の充放電サイクルにおけるクーロン効率の変化を示す。

Claims (3)
- 正極と、
負極と、
アニオンにハロゲンを含むリチウム塩を含む有機溶媒からなる電解液と、
前記正極と前記負極との間に介在され、前記電解液に含まれるアニオンから誘導される負極活性阻害物質を捕捉する捕捉部材と、を備え、
前記正極の電位が4.23V vs.Li/Li+以上であることを特徴とする、蓄電デバイス。 - 正極と、
負極と、
アニオンにハロゲンを含むリチウム塩を含む有機溶媒からなる電解液と、
前記正極と前記負極との間に介在され、前記電解液に含まれるアニオンから誘導される負極活性阻害物質を捕捉する捕捉部材と、
前記正極と前記捕捉部材との間および前記負極と前記捕捉部材との間に介在されるセパレータと、を備えることを特徴とする、蓄電デバイス。 - 前記正極が分極性電極であり、
前記負極がリチウムイオンを可逆的に吸蔵・放出可能な材料からなる電極であり、
前記捕捉部材がリチウムを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の蓄電デバイス。
