Abstract
【解決手段】水晶発振器1を制御するINH端子31と、水晶振動片2への入出力端子であるXT端子32,33と、アースされたGND端子34と、集積回路素子3に電源供給を行うVDD端子35と、水晶発振器1の出力端子であるOUT端子36とを含む発振回路6の配線パターンを集積回路素子3に形成し、各端子31〜36に保護ダイオードD1〜D6を接続する。この工程においてGND端子34をGND端子として用いVDD端子35をVDD端子として用いるか、または、GND端子34とVDD端子35とを変更してGND端子34をVDD端子35として用いVDD端子35をGND端子34として用いるかを選択する。

Claims (4)
- 圧電発振器に用いる発振回路の製造方法において、
アースされたグランド端子と、当該圧電発振器に電源供給を行う電源端子と、発振部である圧電振動片と接続する圧電振動片端子とを含む前記発振回路の配線パターンを発振用電子部品に形成する配線パターン形成工程と、
前記各端子に保護ダイオードを接続する接続工程と、
前記配線パターン形成工程において前記グランド端子をグランド端子として用い前記電源端子を電源端子として用いるか、または、前記グランド端子と前記電源端子とを変更して前記グランド端子を電源端子として用い前記電源端子をグランド端子として用いるかを選択する選択工程と、を有していることを特徴とする圧電発振器に用いる発振回路の製造方法。 - 圧電発振器に用いる発振回路であって、
アースされたグランド端子と、当該圧電発振器に電源供給を行う電源端子と、発振部である圧電振動片と接続する圧電振動片端子とを含み、
前記各端子にそれぞれ保護ダイオードが接続され、
前記グランド端子をグランド端子として用い前記電源端子を電源端子として用いるか、または、前記グランド端子と前記電源端子とを変更して前記グランド端子を電源端子として用い前記電源端子をグランド端子として用いるかを選択する選択手段が設けられたことを特徴とする発振回路。 - ベース上に搭載された、振動部である圧電振動片と、請求項1または2に記載の発振回路が形成された発振用電子部品と、が蓋により気密封止されたことを特徴とする圧電発振器。
- 前記ベースは複数のベース層が積層されてなり、
前記発振用電子部品を搭載したベース層は最下層であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の圧電発振器。
