Claims (1)
- 絶縁材料からなる基板部と枠部の積層体で構成され、上層と中層と下層の少なくとも3層以上の積層体により外装部と収納部を形成する直方体形状のベース、
上記ベース上層の枠部上面に接合され、上記ベース上層の枠部による収納部を気密封止する蓋、
上記ベースの収納部に収納される圧電振動素子と電子部品素子、
上記ベース上層と上記ベース中層と上記ベース下層との外周縁の4隅にのみ形成され、ベースの高さ方向に沿って伸長した円弧状の切欠き部、
上記ベース中層の切欠き部に形成され、上記圧電振動素子と電気的に接続される圧電接続端子、
上記ベース下層の下面に形成され、外部と接続するための外部接続端子、
上記ベース下層の下面の外部接続端子と上記ベース下層の下面の切欠き部との間に介在する離隔部、
を備えており、
上記ベース下層の切欠き部の半径をR1とし、
上記ベース中層の切欠き部の半径をR2とし、
上記ベース上層の切欠き部の半径をR3とし、
上記ベース下層の外部接続端子と切欠き部との最短距離をGとし、
上記ベース上層の枠部の4隅を除いた4辺のうちの最小幅寸法をWとして形成した場合、
