Abstract
【解決手段】交流電源1の交流電圧を整流する入力整流回路2,3の出力両端に、スイッチング素子Q1とスイッチング素子Q2とが直列に接続された直列回路と、スイッチング素子Q2の両端に、1次巻線P1と電流共振コンデンサCriとが直列に接続された共振回路と、スイッチング素子Q1又はスイッチング素子Q2のオン期間に2次巻線Sに発生する電圧を整流平滑する整流平滑回路D0,C0と、整流平滑回路からの電圧に基づきスイッチング素子Q1とスイッチング素子Q2とを交互にオン/オフさせる制御回路10と、スイッチング素子Q2の両端電圧が所定の電圧以上になったときに電圧検出信号を出力する電圧検出回路12とを備え、制御回路は、電圧検出信号によりスイッチング素子Q1をオンさせる。

Claims (7)
- 交流電源の交流電圧を整流する入力整流回路の出力両端又は直流電源の両端に、第1スイッチング素子と第2スイッチング素子とが直列に接続された直列回路と、
前記いずれかのスイッチング素子の両端に、トランスの1次巻線と電流共振コンデンサとが直列に接続された共振回路と、
前記第1スイッチング素子又は前記第2スイッチング素子のオン期間に前記トランスの2次巻線に発生する電圧を整流平滑する少なくとも1組の整流平滑回路と、
この整流平滑回路からの電圧に基づき前記第1スイッチング素子と前記第2スイッチング素子とを交互にオン/オフさせる制御回路と、
前記少なくとも1組の整流平滑回路へ電力を伝達するときオンする一方のスイッチング素子の両端電圧が所定の電圧以上になったときに電圧検出信号を出力する電圧検出回路とを備え、
前記制御回路は、前記電圧検出回路からの電圧検出信号により他方のスイッチング素子をオンさせることを特徴とするスイッチング電源装置。 - 交流電源の交流電圧を整流する入力整流回路の出力両端又は直流電源の両端に、第1スイッチング素子と第2スイッチング素子とが直列に接続された直列回路と、
前記いずれかのスイッチング素子の両端に、トランスの1次巻線と電流共振コンデンサとが直列に接続された共振回路と、
前記第1スイッチング素子又は前記第2スイッチング素子のオン期間に前記トランスの2次巻線に発生する電圧を整流平滑する少なくとも1組の整流平滑回路と、
この整流平滑回路からの電圧に基づき前記第1スイッチング素子と前記第2スイッチング素子とを交互にオン/オフさせる制御回路と、
前記少なくとも1組の整流平滑回路へ電力を伝達するときオフしている一方のスイッチング素子の両端電圧が所定の電圧以下になったときに電圧検出信号を出力する電圧検出回路とを備え、
前記制御回路は、前記電圧検出回路からの電圧検出信号により前記一方のスイッチング素子をオンさせることを特徴とするスイッチング電源装置。 - 前記電圧検出回路は、前記スイッチング素子の両端電圧の変化を検出して電圧検出信号を出力することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載のスイッチング電源装置。
- 前記制御回路は、前記少なくとも1組の整流平滑回路へ電力を伝達するときオンしている一方のスイッチング素子がオフしたとき、前記電圧検出回路からの電圧検出信号がない場合には、前記一方のスイッチング素子がオフしたときから所定期間経過後に前記他方のスイッチング素子をオンさせることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項3記載のスイッチング電源装置。
- 前記制御回路は、前記少なくとも1組の整流平滑回路へ電力を伝達するときオンしている前記他方のスイッチング素子がオフしたとき、前記電圧検出回路からの電圧検出信号がない場合には、前記他方のスイッチング素子がオフしたときから所定期間経過後に前記一方のスイッチング素子をオンさせることを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項3記載のスイッチング電源装置。
- 出力電圧を検出する出力電圧検出回路を備え、
前記制御回路は、前記出力電圧検出回路で検出された出力電圧に応じて前記所定期間を変化させることを特徴とする請求項4又は請求項5記載のスイッチング電源装置。 - 前記出力電圧検出回路は、前記トランスに巻回された補助巻線を有し、該補助巻線に発生した電圧を前記出力電圧として前記制御回路に出力することを特徴とする請求項6記載のスイッチング電源装置。
