Abstract
【解決手段】 切換クラッチC0或いは切換ブレーキB0を備えることで、変速機構10が無段変速状態と非無段変速状態とに切り換えられて、電気的に変速比が変更させられる変速機の燃費改善効果と機械的に動力を伝達する歯車式伝動装置の高い伝達効率との両長所を兼ね備えた駆動装置が得られる。また、加速要求時或いは減速要求時には、切換制御手段50により差動部11が無段変速状態とされて車速Vに拘わらずハイブリッド制御手段52によりエンジン回転速度NEが自由に設定されるので、加速フィーリング(加速感)或いは減速フィーリング(減速感)が向上する。

Claims (18)
- エンジンの出力を第1電動機および伝達部材へ分配する差動機構と該伝達部材から駆動輪への動力伝達経路に設けられた第2電動機とを有して電気的な無段変速機として作動可能な無段変速部を備えた車両用駆動装置の制御装置であって、
前記差動機構に備えられて、該差動機構の差動作用を制限することにより前記無段変速部の電気的な無段変速機としての作動を制限する差動制限装置と、
加速要求時或いは減速要求時には、前記差動制限装置による前記無段変速部の電気的な無段変速機としての作動の制限を解除する差動状態切換制御手段と
を、含むことを特徴とする車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - エンジンの出力を第1電動機および伝達部材へ分配する差動機構と該伝達部材から駆動輪への動力伝達経路に設けられた第2電動機とを有する差動部を備えた車両用駆動装置の制御装置であって、
前記差動機構に備えられて、該差動機構の差動作用を制限することにより前記差動部の差動作用を制限する差動制限装置と、
加速要求時或いは減速要求時には、前記差動部を差動作用が働く差動状態とする差動状態切換制御手段と
を、含むことを特徴とする車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記差動制限装置は、前記差動機構を構成する3つの回転要素のうちの少なくとも2つを相互に連結するか、或いは該3つの回転要素のうちの1つを非回転とする係合要素を備えるものであり、
前記差動状態切換制御手段は、該係合要素を解放することによって前記差動機構を差動作用が働く差動状態とするものである請求項1または2の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記差動制限装置は、前記差動機構を構成する3つの回転要素のうちの少なくとも2つを相互に連結するか、或いは該3つの回転要素のうちの1つを非回転とする係合要素を備えるものであり、
前記差動状態切換制御手段は、該係合要素を半係合することによって前記差動機構を差動作用が働く差動状態とするものである請求項1または2の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記動力伝達経路の一部を構成し有段変速機として機能する有段変速部と、
加速要求時に該有段変速部のダウン変速が行われる場合には、該ダウン変速の初期に前記エンジンの回転速度を上昇させる回転制御手段と
を、更に備えるものである請求項1乃至4のいずれかの車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記回転制御手段は、加速要求時に前記有段変速部のダウン変速が行われる場合には、該ダウン変速の終期に前記エンジンの回転速度を前記差動機構の差動作用が制限される非差動状態における回転速度となるように前記第1電動機を用いて調整するものである請求項5の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記動力伝達経路の一部を構成し有段変速機として機能する有段変速部と、
減速要求時に該有段変速部のアップ変速が行われる場合には、該アップ変速の初期に前記エンジンの回転速度を低下させる回転制御手段と
を、更に備えるものである請求項1乃至4のいずれかの車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記回転制御手段は、減速要求時に前記有段変速部のアップ変速が行われる場合には、該アップ変速の終期に前記エンジンの回転速度を前記差動機構の差動作用が制限される非差動状態における回転速度となるように前記第1電動機を用いて調整するものである請求項7の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記差動状態切換制御手段による前記無段変速部の電気的な無段変速機としての作動の制限の解除が行えないときには、アクセル開度の変化に対する該無段変速部の入力トルクの応答性を変更するトルク応答性変更手段を更に含むものである請求項1の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記トルク応答性変更手段は、前記エンジンの出力トルクの応答性を変更することによってアクセル開度の変化に対する前記無段変速部の入力トルクの応答性を変更するものである請求項9の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記トルク応答性変更手段は、前記エンジンの出力トルク変化を所定なまし量でなますことによってアクセル開度の変化に対する該エンジンの出力トルクの応答性を変更するものである請求項10の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記トルク応答性変更手段は、前記第1電動機および/または第2電動機のトルクによって前記エンジンの出力トルク変化を相殺してアクセル開度の変化に対する前記無段変速部の入力トルクの応答性を変更するものである請求項9の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記トルク応答性変更手段は、前記第1電動機および/または第2電動機のトルクによって前記エンジンの出力トルク変化を相殺してアクセル開度の変化に対する前記無段変速部の入力トルク変化を所定なまし量でなますものである請求項12の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記差動状態切換制御手段により前記差動部を差動作用が働く差動状態とすることができないときには、アクセル開度の変化に対する該差動部の入力トルクの応答性を変更するトルク応答性変更手段を更に含むものである請求項2の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記トルク応答性変更手段は、前記エンジンの出力トルクの応答性を変更することによってアクセル開度の変化に対する前記差動部の入力トルクの応答性を変更するものである請求項14の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記トルク応答性変更手段は、前記エンジンの出力トルク変化を所定なまし量でなますことによってアクセル開度の変化に対する該エンジンの出力トルクの応答性を変更するものである請求項15の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記トルク応答性変更手段は、前記第1電動機および/または第2電動機のトルクによって前記エンジンの出力トルク変化を相殺してアクセル開度の変化に対する前記差動部の入力トルクの応答性を変更するものである請求項14の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記トルク応答性変更手段は、前記第1電動機および/または第2電動機のトルクによって前記エンジンの出力トルク変化を相殺してアクセル開度の変化に対する前記差動部の入力トルク変化を所定なまし量でなますものである請求項17の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
