Claims (8)
- 少なくとも二つのストランド(12、21、31、41、51、61)を有するベルト(3、13、23、33、43、53、63)であって、前記少なくとも二つのストランドが、互いに撚り合わされた合成繊維糸を含んでおり、かつ長手方向(16)の力の受容のために構成され、糸(12、21、31、41、51、61)が、ベルト(3、13、23、33、43、53、63)の長手方向(66)に沿って互いに間隔(X)を置いて配置され、かつベルトケーシング(15、25、35、45、55、65)内に埋め込まれており、ストランド(12、21、31、41、51、61)のうちの少なくとも一つが、ストランド(12、21、31、41、51、61)の合成繊維糸と共に撚り合わされた導電性インジケータ糸(14、24、34、44)を含んでおり、インジケータ糸(14、24、34、44)が、
ストランド(12、21、31、41、51、61)の個別の合成繊維糸の破断伸び(εult,Trag)より小さい破断伸び(εult,Ind)を有しており、
インジケータ糸(14、24、34、44)の完全性の電気的監視を可能にするように電気的に接触させられ得ることを特徴とする、ベルト(3、13、23、33、43、53、63)。 - インジケータ糸(14、24、34、44)が、ストランド(12、21、31、41、51、61)の合成繊維糸よりも脆弱であって、ストランド(12、21、31、41、51、61)の合成繊維糸よりも弾力性に乏しいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のベルト(3、13、23、33、43、53、63)。
- 荷重下でのインジケータ糸(14、24、34、44)の最大有効伸びが、ストランド(12、21、31、41、51、61)の個別の合成繊維糸の破断伸び(εult,Trag)より小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のベルト(3、13、23、33、43、53、63)。
- ベルト(3、13、23、33、43、53、63)が、100mmより小さい、好ましくは50mmより小さい半径を有するプーリ(11)の周りを少なくとも部分的に走行する目的のために構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のベルト(3、13、23、33、43、53、63)。
