Abstract
【解決手段】 コリオリ原理を使用する質量流量計は、少なくとも一つの領域に、共通面に沿って延出する2つの測定チューブと、この2つの測定チューブが前記共通面に沿って延出する領域において前記2つの測定チューブを接続する接続装置を有する。この接続装置は、前記測定チューブの共通面における撓みに対する曲げ強さが、前記2つの測定チューブの間の接続線を中心とする捻り振動に対する捻り剛性よりも大きくなるように形成され且つ配置される。これによって、測定チューブの共通面に生じる励起振動と前記接続装置に垂直な前記測定チューブの振動との間に良好な振動数分離を達成する。

Claims (8)
- コリオリ原理を用い且つ少なくとも一つに領域において、共通面に沿って延出する2つの測定チューブを有すると同時に、前記2つの測定チューブが前記共通面に沿って延出する領域において前記2つの測定チューブを接続する接続装置を具備する質量流量計において、
前記接続装置は、前記測定チューブの共通面における撓みに対する曲げ強さが、前記2つの測定チューブの間の接続線を中心とする捻り振動に対する捻り剛性よりも大きくなるように形成され且つ配置されることを特徴とする質量流量計。 - 前記接続装置は、それぞれが前記2つの測定チューブに装着される相互に反対側に位置する2つの補強プレートを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の質量流量計。
- 前記2つの補強プレートは、接続プレートを介して共に接続されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の質量流量計。
- 前記接続プレートの厚さは、前記補強プレートの厚さよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項3記載の質量流量計。
- 前記補強プレートは、お互いに平行に配置されると共に、前記測定チューブの共通面と平行に配置されることを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか一つに記載の質量流量計。
- 前記接続プレートは、各々の測定チューブが貫通するボアホールを有することを特徴とする請求項3又は4記載の質量流量計。
- 前記ボアホールの内径は、前記測定チューブの外径と実質的に一致することを特徴とする請求項6記載の質量流量計。
- 前記測定チューブは、前記ボアホールに固定されることを特徴とする請求項7記載の質量流量計。
