Abstract
【解決手段】金属を担持した担体と、炭素含有化合物を接触させて得たカーボンナノチューブを使用して透明導電性フィルムを作成する。金属を担持する担体はシリカ、アルミナ、マグネシア、チタニア、ゼオライト、ケイ素を主成分とするメソポーラス材料が好ましく、金属はV、Mo、Fe、Co,Ni,Pd、Pt,Rh,W,Cuのうち少なくとも1種が好ましい。

Description
(カーボンナノチューブ組成物の合成)
酢酸第1鉄(アルドリッチ社製)0.01gと酢酸コバルト4水和物(ナカライテスク社製)0.21gとをエタノール(ナカライテスク社製)40mLに加え、超音波洗浄機で10分間懸濁した。この懸濁液にチタノシリケートTS−1粉末(エヌイーケムキャット社製)2.0gを加え、超音波洗浄機で10分間処理し、60℃の恒温下でメタノールを除去することにより、TS−1の結晶表面に金属塩を担持した固体触媒を得た。
50mLの容器に上記で得たカーボンナノチューブ組成物4.8mg、ドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸ソフト型(東京化成製)150mgを量りとり、クロロホルム30mLを加えて、超音波ホモジナイザー出力240W、30分間で処理した。得られた懸濁液に
エチルセルロース(和光純薬製)360mgを加えて溶解後、さらに超音波ホモジナイザー出力240W、30分間で処理し、導電性被覆組成物を調製した。この被覆組成物をポリステルフィルム上にバーコーター(No.8)を用いて数回塗布し、室温で乾燥させた。得られた塗布フィルムの表面抵抗値は3.36×105Ω/cm2、全光透過率75%であった。
30mLの容器に<実施例1>で得たカーボンナノチューブ組成物5.0mg、ドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウム(東京化成製)250mgを量りとり、蒸留水2.5mLを加えて、超音波洗浄機で30分間処理した。得られた懸濁液にポリスチレンスルホンナトリウム(アルドリッチ製)260mg、蒸留水4.0mLを加えて溶解後、さらに超音波洗浄機で30分間処理し、導電性被覆組成物を調製した。この被覆組成物をポリステルフィルム上にバーコーター(No.8)を用いて数回塗布し、室温で乾燥させた。得られた塗布フィルムの表面抵抗値は2.50×105Ω/cm2、全光透過率70%であった。

- 金属を担持した担体と、炭素含有化合物を接触させて得たカーボンナノチューブを含む透明導電性フィルム。
- 金属を担持した担体がシリカ、アルミナ、マグネシア、チタニア、ゼオライト、およびケイ素を主成分とするメソポーラス材料から選ばれる少なくとも1種である請求項1記載のカーボンナノチューブを含む透明導電性フィルム。

- 金属がV、Mo、Fe、Co,Ni,Pd、Pt,Rh,W,およびCuから選ばれる少なくとも1種である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載のカーボンナノチューブを含む透明導電性フィルム。
- 金属がFe、Co,およびNiから選ばれる少なくとも1種である請求項4記載のカーボンナノチューブを含む透明導電性フィルム。
- 炭素含有化合物がメタン、エタン、エチレン、アセチレン、ベンゼン、トルエン、メタノール、エタノール、アセトン、ジエチルエーテル、および一酸化炭素から選ばれる少なくとも1種である請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載のカーボンナノチューブを含む透明導電性フィルム。
- 炭素含有化合物がメタン、エタン、アセチレン、エタノール、およびジエチルエーテルから選ばれる少なくとも1種である請求項6記載のカーボンナノチューブを含む透明導電性フィルム。
- カーボンナノチューブが、金属を担持した担体を200〜950℃の一定温度に保持する際に窒素、アルゴン、水素のいずれかまたは混合ガスを流すことによって得たカーボンナノチューブであることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載のカーボンナノチューブを含む透明導電性フィルム。
- 金属を担持した担体と炭素含有化合物を接触させる温度が600〜950℃である請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載のカーボンナノチューブを含む透明導電性フィルム。
- カーボンナノチューブの主成分が単層または2層カーボンナノチューブである請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載のカーボンナノチューブを含む透明導電性フィルム。
- カーボンナノチューブの総本数の50%以上が直径1.0〜3.0nmの2層カーボンナノチューブであることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項記載のカーボンナノチューブを含む透明導電性フィルム。
- カーボンナノチューブの純度がカーボン組成物中の90%以上であり、かつ、カーボンナノチューブの総本数の50%以上が2層カーボンナノチューブであり、任意に選択した2層カーボンナノチューブの片端から他端までを透過型電子顕微鏡で観察したときにチューブ中の屈曲部間距離の平均が50nm以上であるカーボンナノチューブを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項記載のカーボンナノチューブを含む透明導電性フィルム。
- カーボンナノチューブの総本数の50%以上が直径1.0〜3.0nmの単層カーボンナノチューブであることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項記載のカーボンナノチューブを含む透明導電性フィルム。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか1項記載のカーボンナノチューブを含む透明導電性フィルムからなる透明帯電防止層。
- 請求項14記載の透明帯電防止層を少なくとも片面に有するシート。
- 請求項14記載の透明帯電防止層を少なくとも片面に有するパネル。
