Abstract
【解決手段】 4−ヒドロキシプロリン保護体をトリエチルアミン、ルチジンまたはコリジン等の有機塩基と「トリエチルアミンまたはピリジン等の有機塩基とフッ化水素からなる塩または錯体」の存在下にトリフルオロメタンスルホニルフルオリドと反応させる。本製造方法の第一の特徴は、4−ヒドロキシプロリン保護体の脱ヒドロキシフッ素化反応がパーフルオロアルカンスルホニルフルオリドとしてトリフルオロメタンスルホニルフルオリドを使用することにより良好に進行することにある。また第二の特徴は、該脱ヒドロキシフッ素化反応がトリエチルアミン・三フッ化水素錯体またはジイソプロピルエチルアミン・三フッ化水素錯体以外の「ピリジン等の有機塩基とフッ化水素からなる塩または錯体」のフッ素化剤の存在下においても良好に進行することにある。

[実施例1]
ステンレス鋼(SUS)製耐圧反応容器に、下記式
1H−NMR(基準物質:(CH3)4Si,重溶媒:CDCl3)、δ ppm:1.43&1.49(s×2,トータル9H),1.95−2.55(トータル2H),3.51−3.94(トータル2H),3.75(S,3H),4.36−4.58(トータル1H),5.10−5.31(トータル1H),
19F−NMR(基準物質:C6F6,重溶媒:CDCl3)、δ ppm:−11.27(トータル1F).
トリフルオロメタンスルホン酸の塩の19F−NMRスペクトルを下に示す。
19F−NMR(基準物質:C6F6,重溶媒:CDCl3)、δ ppm:+83.36(s,3F).
[実施例2]

[参考例1]
ガラス製反応容器に、パーフルオロブタンスルホン酸カリウム(C4F9SO3K) 2.02g(5.97mmol)、水 30mlと酢酸エチル 30mlを加え、室温で2時間攪拌した。静定後、有機層と水層を分液し、それぞれの層に含まれるパーフルオロブタンスルホン酸カリウムのモル比を19F−NMRスペクトルにより測定したところ、有機層:水層=26.0:74.0であった。
[参考例2]
ガラス製反応容器に、トリフルオロメタンスルホン酸カリウム(CF3SO3K) 1.13g(6.01mmol)、水 30mlと酢酸エチル 30mlを加え、室温で2時間攪拌した。静定後、有機層と水層を分液し、それぞれの層に含まれるトリフルオロメタンスルホン酸カリウムのモル比を19F−NMRスペクトルにより測定したところ、有機層:水層=0.8:99.2であった。
