Abstract
【解決手段】 内輪2と、外輪3と、内外輪2、3間に転動自在に配された複数の円すいころ4と、円すいころ4を円周方向で所定間隔に保持する保持器5とを備えた円すいころ軸受1であって、ころ係数が0.94を越え、保持器4が軸中心に位置した状態では保持器と外輪軌道面間にすきまが存在し、ポケット柱面のころの当たり幅がポケット中央位置から軸方向にポケット長さの10%以上確保されている。

Claims (4)
- 内輪と、外輪と、前記内輪と外輪との間に転動自在に配された複数の円すいころと、前記円すいころを円周所定間隔に保持する保持器とを備えた円すいころ軸受において、ころ係数が0.94を越え、ポケット柱面のころの当たり幅が左右共にポケット軸方向中央位置に対しポケット長さの10%以上確保されていることを特徴とする円すいころ軸受。
- 保持器が軸中心に位置した状態では保持器外径と外輪軌道面間にすきまが存在していることを特徴とする請求項1の円すいころ軸受。
- 保持器が鉄板製であることを特徴とする請求項1または2の円すいころ軸受。
- 保持器が樹脂製であることを特徴とする請求項1または2の円すいころ軸受。
