Abstract
導電性が無い搬送物を搬送する、導電性が無く静電気が蓄積し易い搬送機構、例えば、LCD製造工場内にて高温環境で作動する低温ポリシリコン用アニール設備の搬送機構に応用される静電気除去装置を提供する。
【解決手段】
静電気除去装置2は、導電性軸棒31と、これに接続する導電性弾性体34、導電性(水銀)ロータリーコネクタ36およびリード線38とを備えてなり、これらが形成する導電経路を介して接地が行われる。よって、導電性軸棒31と搬送物に摩擦が生じても、静電気はこの導電経路を介して接地端GNDへ導かれ、除電される。

Claims (6)
- 少なくとも、
導電性軸棒と、
この導電性軸棒を支持する2つの導電性支持部材と、
前記導電性軸棒と電気的に接続する接地端と、
を備えてなる静電気除去装置。 - 前記導電性支持部材はスリーブを有し、このスリーブと前記導電性軸棒の端部との間にスペースが形成される請求項1記載の静電気除去装置。
- 前記導電性支持部材の一端に配設されたコネクタ本体と、このコネクタ本体を回転自在に連結させ、かつ前記接地端と電気的に接続する連接部材と、からなる導電性ロータリーコネクタをさらに備えている請求項1記載の静電気除去装置。
- 前記導電性軸棒が、炭化ケイ素、ケイ化モリブデン、黒鉛、金属炭化物、ステンレスおよびこれらの組合せからなる群より選ばれた材料で構成される請求項1記載の静電気除去装置。
- 前記スペースに内装され、前記導電性軸棒と前記スリーブとに当接する導電性弾性体をさらに備えている請求項2記載の静電気除去装置。
- 液晶表示パネルのアニール設備に使用される請求項1に記載の静電気除去装置。
