Abstract
【解決手段】 一般式Li1+xMn2−xO4+∂(0≦x≦0.33)で示されるスピネル型リチウムマンガン複合酸化物の表面にタングステンを含む酸化物を0.01〜5.00mol%の割合で修飾してなる。上記発明において、タングステンを含む酸化物の修飾量は、質量比で0.5〜3.00mol%の割合とするのが好適であり、また、修飾に用いるタングステンを含む酸化物は100%粒子径(D100)で5μm以下、50%粒子径(D50)で3μm以下の粒度を有しているものが好適である。また、タングステンを含む酸化物は酸化タングステン又はタングステン酸リチウムの1種又はこれらの混合物であることが好適である。

Claims (5)
- 一般式Li(1+x)Mn(2−x)O(4+∂)(0≦x≦0.33)で示されるスピネル型リチウムマンガン複合酸化物の表面にタングステンを含む酸化物を0.01〜5.00mol%の割合で修飾してなることを特徴とするリチウムマンガン複合酸化物。
- タングステンを含む酸化物を質量比で0.5〜3.00mol%の割合で修飾してなることを特徴とする請求項1記載のリチウムマンガン複合酸化物。
- タングステンを含む酸化物は100%粒子径(D100)で5μm以下、50%粒子径(D50)で3μm以下を有しているものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜2の何れかに記載のリチウムマンガン複合酸化物。
- タングステンを含む酸化物は酸化タングステン又はタングステン酸リチウムの1種又はこれらの混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載のリチウムマンガン複合酸化物。
- 一般式としてLi(1+x)Mn(2−x)O(4+∂)(0≦x≦0.33)で示されるスピネル型リチウムマンガン複合酸化物の表面にタングステンを含む化合物をタングステン酸化物に換算して0.01〜5.00mol%の割合で付着させ、さらに400〜700℃で熱処理することを特徴とするリチウムマンガン複合酸化物の製造方法。
