Description

The present invention relates to a straight double tube fluorescent lamp, having an O-ring between the fluorescent lamp and a transparent glass tube covering the fluorescent lamp, and a straight tube transparent glass tube covering the straight fluorescent lamp. The present invention relates to a structure having a shaped glass tube.

The straight tube type double tube fluorescent lamp covers the straight tube type fluorescent lamp with a straight tube type transparent glass tube having an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the straight tube type fluorescent lamp, and the straight tube type fluorescent lamp and the straight tube type lamp. In order to fix the transparent glass tube, both ends of the lamp are fixed by a resin tube.

In addition, the straight tube type transparent glass tube is a neck tube processed with a tube end smaller than the outer diameter of the glass tube, and the shrinkage of the inner diameter of the glass tube by the neck form part of the straight tube type transparent glass tube is reduced. The straight tube type fluorescent lamp and the straight tube type transparent glass tube are fixed.

In the conventional technology, in order to fix the straight tube type fluorescent lamp and the straight tube type transparent glass tube covering the straight tube type fluorescent lamp, the straight tube type transparent glass tube has an outer diameter at the end of the tube than the outer shape of the glass tube. It was necessary to use a material that had undergone neck forming so as to be small.

Depending on the accuracy of the neck forming, the center of the tube may be misaligned with the center of the glass tube, causing defects in the appearance, or the inner diameter of the tube end may be slightly larger than the outer diameter of the fluorescent lamp, resulting in damage during the manufacturing process. there's a possibility that.
In addition, the end portion of the neck foam and the fluorescent lamp glass tube may come into contact with each other and may burst.

A straight tube type transparent glass tube covering the straight tube type fluorescent lamp is a straight glass tube, and the straight tube is fixed to the straight tube type fluorescent lamp and a straight straight tube type transparent glass tube. O-rings are provided at both ends of the fluorescent lamp.

By providing O-rings at both ends of the straight tube fluorescent lamp, the straight transparent glass tube covering the straight tube fluorescent lamp can be made into a straight shape, and the straight tube fluorescent lamp and the straight tube fluorescent lamp Contact with the tube-shaped transparent glass tube can be prevented.

In addition, the straight tube-shaped transparent glass tube processed with a neck tube and the straight tube-shaped transparent glass tube of the straight shape have a straight shape of the straight tube-shaped transparent glass tube in terms of workability when processing the glass tube. The work efficiency in the manufacturing process is better.

The present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

1 and 2, FIG. 1 is an overall view of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a view when FIG. 1 is viewed from the longitudinal direction. Reference numeral 1 denotes a straight tube fluorescent lamp body. Reference numeral 2 denotes a straight straight tube type transparent glass tube. Reference numeral 3 denotes an O-ring. Reference numeral 4 denotes a resin tube. A straight tube fluorescent lamp body 1 is provided with an O-ring 3, and the straight tube fluorescent lamp body 1 provided with the O-ring 3 is covered with a straight tube-shaped transparent glass tube 2 to form a double tube structure. Thereafter, in order to fix the straight tube fluorescent lamp body 1 provided with the O-ring 3 and the straight tube-shaped transparent glass tube 2 of the straight shape, resin tubes 4 are provided at both ends.

A silicon O-ring having an outer diameter of 33.43 mm and an inner diameter of 29.87 mm is attached to a straight tube fluorescent lamp 40W having an outer diameter of 32 mm. As the straight tube-type transparent glass tube covering the straight tube-type fluorescent lamp, a glass tube having an outer diameter of 38 mm and an inner diameter of 36.3 mm cut to 1146 mm is used.
The tube end is glazed. A straight fluorescent lamp with an O-ring attached is provided so as to be covered with a straight transparent glass tube.
In order to fix the straight tube type fluorescent lamp and the straight tube type transparent glass tube, resin tubes are provided at both ends to be heat-shrinked and fixed. Cut off the excess plastic tube for finishing. By providing an O-ring, even a straight straight tube type transparent glass tube could be manufactured without contact between the glass tubes.
In addition, if the outer diameter of the glass tube of the fluorescent lamp is smaller than the inner diameter of the transparent tube and the outer diameter of the O-ring is the same or smaller than the inner diameter of the transparent tube, the tube diameter and the total length can be applied in any size. It is self-explanatory.
The straight tube double tube type fluorescent lamp is mainly used for a show in a low temperature range. Fluorescent lamps have the characteristic that brightness decreases at low temperatures, and when used at an ambient temperature of 0 ° C, the brightness decreases by about 25% compared to when the ambient temperature is 20 ° C. Therefore, the fluorescent lamp itself is not suitable for use in a low temperature range. However, by covering the fluorescent lamp itself with a glass tube having a high transmittance, the covered glass tube has a heat retaining effect and can suppress a decrease in ambient temperature on the fluorescent lamp itself. This fluorescent lamp is covered with a highly transparent glass tube, and both ends of the lamp are fixed with heat-shrinkable tubes, and a lamp with a structure in which the glass tube for heat insulation and the fluorescent lamp are integrated is a straight tube double tube type fluorescent tube. It is a lamp.
According to the present invention, in the structure of the straight tube double tube type fluorescent lamp, the shape of the heat insulating glass tube is changed and a spacer is provided between the fluorescent lamp and the heat insulating glass tube.
