Abstract
【解決手段】 基材(16)を乾燥するための方法および装置(10)は、乾燥されている基材面の基材に近接して配置された凝縮表面(22)を使用する。基材からの液体は、蒸発させられ、次に凝縮表面(22)上で凝縮される。凝縮された液体は、少なくとも毛細管力を利用して移動される。前記凝縮表面と被覆基板の間の空間外に予め配置された前記凝縮表面と被覆基板の間の磁界に前記被覆基板がさらされ、前記被覆基板上の磁気粒子が配向される。

Description
(a)凝縮表面を前記基板の表面近傍に配置して前記基板と凝縮表面との間に隙間を形成し、
(b)前記基板から液体を蒸発させて蒸気を発生させ、
(c)前記蒸気を凝縮表面に凝縮させて凝縮された液体を形成し、
(d)少なくとも毛細管力を利用して前記凝縮された液体を凝縮表面上で移動させ、
(e)前記凝縮表面と被覆基板の間の空間外に予め配置された前記凝縮表面と被覆基板の間の磁界に前記被覆基板をさらすことにより、前記被覆基板上の磁気粒子を配向する各ステップからなる方法に関する。
(a)前記基板との間に隙間を形成するよう前記基板の表面近傍にある凝縮表面と、
(b)前記基板から液体を蒸発させて蒸気を発生させる手段と、
(c)前記蒸気を凝縮表面に凝縮させて凝縮された液体を形成する手段と、
(d)少なくとも毛細管力を利用して前記凝縮された液体を凝縮表面から移動させる手段と、
(e)前記凝縮表面と被覆基板の間の空間外に配置された少なくとも1つの磁界ジェネレータとから構成される装置に関する。
Claims (3)
- 磁気粒子を含んだ被覆基板を乾燥する方法であって、
(a)凝縮表面を前記基板の表面近傍に配置して前記基板と凝縮表面との間に隙間を形成し、
(b)前記基板から液体を蒸発させて蒸気を発生させ、
(c)前記蒸気を凝縮表面に凝縮させて凝縮された液体を形成し、
(d)少なくとも毛細管力を利用して前記凝縮された液体を凝縮表面上で移動させ、
(e)前記凝縮表面と被覆基板の間の空間外に予め配置された前記凝縮表面と被覆基板の間の磁界に前記被覆基板をさらすことにより、前記被覆基板上の磁気粒子を配向すること、
の各ステップからなる方法。 - 前記配向するステップが、前記蒸発させるステップの開始時に前記磁気粒子を配向し、前記蒸発の間に磁気粒子を所望の配向に保持し、凝縮し、移動させるステップからなる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 磁気粒子を含んだ被覆基板を乾燥する請求項1に記載の方法を実施する装置であって、
(a)前記基板との間に隙間を形成するよう前記基板の表面近傍に配置された凝縮表面と、
(b)前記基板から液体を蒸発させて蒸気を発生させる手段と、
(c)前記蒸気を凝縮表面に凝縮させて凝縮された液体を形成する手段と、
(d)少なくとも毛細管力を利用して前記凝縮された液体を前記凝縮表面から移動させる手段と、
(e)前記凝縮表面と被覆基板の間の空間外に配置された少なくとも1つの磁界ジェネレータと、
からなる装置。
