Abstract
【解決手段】 基体シート上に少なくとも剥離層、図柄層、接着層からなる転写層が形成され、基体シートの転写層側表面の算術平均粗さ(Ra)が20nm以下であり、転写層の厚さが3〜30μmであり、転写層中に含まれる残留溶剤量が600mg/m2以下であるように構成したので、樹脂成形品の表面に高光沢の装飾を行うことができる。

Claims (5)
- 基体シート上に少なくとも剥離層、図柄層、接着層からなる転写層が形成され、基体シートの転写層側表面の算術平均粗さ(Ra)が20nm以下であり、転写層の厚さが3〜30μmであり、転写層中に含まれる残留溶剤量が600mg/m2以下であることを特徴とする高光沢転写材。
- 離型層が形成された基体シートの離型層面上に少なくとも剥離層、図柄層、接着層からなる転写層が形成され、基体シートの離型層側表面の算術平均粗さ(Ra)が20nm以下であり、転写層の厚さが3〜30μmであり、転写層中に含まれる残留溶剤量が600mg/m2以下であることを特徴とする高光沢転写材。
- 基体シート上に少なくとも剥離層、図柄層、接着層からなる転写層が形成され、基体シートの転写層側表面の算術平均粗さ(Ra)が20nm以下であり、転写層の厚さが3〜30μmであり、転写層中に含まれる残留溶剤量が600mg/m2以下である高光沢転写材を、射出成形用金型内に配置し、型締め後、成形樹脂を射出し、型開き後、基体シートを剥離して成形品表面に転写層が積層された成形品を得ることを特徴とする高光沢成形品の製造方法。
- 離型層が形成された基体シートの離型層面上に少なくとも剥離層、図柄層、接着層からなる転写層が形成され、基体シートの離型層側表面の算術平均粗さ(Ra)が20nm以下であり、転写層の厚さが3〜30μmであり、転写層中に含まれる残留溶剤量が600mg/m2以下である高光沢転写材を、射出成形用金型内に配置し、型締め後、成形樹脂を射出し、型開き後、基体シートを剥離して成形品表面に転写層が積層された成形品を得ることを特徴とする高光沢成形品の製造方法。
- 成形樹脂がアクリロニトリルブダジエンスチレン(ABS)系樹脂、ABS系樹脂を含むアロイ樹脂、ポリプロピレン(PP)系樹脂、または、PP系樹脂を含むアロイ樹脂である請求項3または4に記載の高光沢成形品の製造方法。
