チャンネル材に照明器具等の器具類を装着する場合、チャンネル材にボルトを装着し、このボルトで照明器具を固定する。一方、H形鋼やI形鋼にチャンネル材を装着する場合には、形鋼に装着したクランプとチャンネル材とをボルトで連結する。このように、チャンネル材を利用する場合のボルトは、チャンネル材の開口部に係止する係止ナットを用いたり、あるいは、該開口部に係止する係止部をボルトの頭部に設けた特殊なボルトが使用されている。

前述の特許文献1及び特許文献2により、チャンネル材の開口部にボルトを連結する際の作業性を向上することに成功しているが、特許文献1では、ボルトの頭部に係止片を固定する加工が必要になるので、通常のボルトに比べて製造コストが高くなる不都合があった。

以下、図面を参照して、本発明の実施の形態を詳細に説明する。本発明支持金具の主用構成は、係止片1と一対の嵌合片2とで構成された断面略コ字形状を成すものである(図1参照)。
