Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a high-pressure hose, and more particularly relates to a high-pressure hose that has high pressure resistance and durability, has little variation in the thickness of an inner rubber layer, and is low in cost.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a conventional high-pressure hose, for example, as shown in FIG. 2, an inner resin layer 10, an inner rubber layer 11, an intercalation cloth 12, a first reinforcement layer 13, an intermediate rubber layer 14, and a second reinforcement. The layer 15 and the outer rubber layer 16 are sequentially laminated.
[0003]
The inner resin layer 10 is made of polyamide-based resin, the inner rubber layer 11 is made of moisture-permeable butyl rubber, and the intercalation cloth 12 is made of polyester, nylon, or the like as a material. ~ 100 mesh unit mass of coarse knitted or woven fabric with a density of about 0.30 g / m 2 is used, and this is arranged along the longitudinal direction of the hose and wrapped while overlapping both ends. It is formed by wrapping in a spiral or wrapping around a hose in a spiral shape.
[0004]
The first reinforcing layer 13 is formed by winding a reinforcing yarn obtained by twisting a plurality of polyester filaments around the outer peripheral surface of the inner rubber layer 11 in a spiral manner with an intervening cloth 12 interposed therebetween. The cloth 12 acts as a boundary wall when the reinforcing yarn is wound, thereby suppressing the blowout of the inner rubber layer 11 during vulcanization and preventing the reinforcing yarn from falling off the shelf. Moreover, the shift | offset | difference to a horizontal direction is suppressed by the friction with the insertion cloth 12 (for example, refer patent document 1).

[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, woven fabrics and knitted fabrics with a low density (open space) are used for conventional intercalation cloths, but such intercalation cloths are deformed when wrapped around the inner rubber layer. If the inner rubber layer is subjected to local stress, the thickness of the inner rubber layer becomes uneven, and the interlining of the reinforcing layers wound on the interim cloth itself becomes uneven. In addition, there is a problem in that the interlacing between the woven fabric and the knitted fabric is expensive and therefore it is difficult to reduce the cost of the high-pressure hose.
[0007]
The present invention pays attention to such conventional problems, and provides a high-pressure hose that has no fluctuation in the thickness of the inner rubber layer, improves the arrangement of the wires of the reinforcing layer, and is excellent in pressure resistance and durability at low cost. It is the purpose.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention achieves at least an inner rubber layer, a non-woven fabric constituting an intercalation cloth provided on the outer peripheral surface of the inner rubber layer, and a reinforcing yarn or a metal wire wound spirally on the non-woven fabric. The gist is that the reinforcing layer attached and the outer layer made of rubber or resin are sequentially laminated on the reinforcing layer.
[0009]
Here, the nonwoven fabric uses at least one selected from polyester, nylon, and polypropylene, and at least two or more reinforcing layers are sandwiched between the nonwoven fabric and the outer surface layer with an intermediate rubber layer interposed therebetween. It is also possible to configure with interposition.
[0010]
As described above, since the nonwoven fabric is used as the intercalation cloth in the present invention, unlike the woven fabric and the knitted fabric having a coarse density, the deformation when the slight tension is applied is small, so that the thickness variation of the inner rubber layer is small, and the intercalation is Since there are few unevenness | corrugations of cloth itself, the arrangement | sequence of a reinforcement layer becomes good and it can be set as the high voltage | pressure hose excellent in pressure resistance and durability.
[0011]
Furthermore, unlike a knitted fabric or a woven fabric, a twisting process and a weaving process (or knitting process) are not required. Therefore, a low-cost nonwoven fabric is used, so that the cost of the high-pressure hose can be reduced.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0013]
FIG. 1 shows a partially cutaway perspective view of a high-pressure hose embodying the present invention, 2 shows an inner rubber layer, 3 shows a nonwoven fabric constituting an intercalation cloth, and this nonwoven fabric 3 is a cost in this embodiment. In consideration of versatility and the like, at least one selected from polyester, nylon, and polypropylene is used. As the polyester, for example, polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and as nylon, for example, nylon 6 and nylon 66 are used.
[0014]
A first reinforcing layer 4a, an intermediate rubber layer 6, and a second reinforcing layer 4b are sequentially laminated on the nonwoven fabric 3, and an outer rubber layer 5 is formed on the second reinforcing layer 4b. The first reinforcing layer 4a and the second reinforcing layer 4b are formed by winding a wire on the nonwoven fabric 3 and the intermediate rubber layer 6 in a spiral shape in opposite directions.
[0015]
In addition, in this embodiment, although the structure of the high pressure hose provided with two layers as a reinforcement layer is shown, it is also possible to provide one layer or three layers or more of reinforcement layers.
[0016]
As described above, in the embodiment of the present invention, since the nonwoven fabric 3 is used as an intercalation cloth, unlike a woven fabric or a knitted fabric having a low density, there is little deformation when a slight tension is applied. Since the fluctuation is small and the unevenness of the intercalation cloth itself is small, the arrangement of the reinforcing layers is improved, and a high-pressure hose excellent in pressure resistance and durability can be obtained. Furthermore, unlike a knitted fabric or a woven fabric, a twisting process and a weaving process (or knitting process) are not required. Therefore, a low-cost nonwoven fabric is used, so that the cost of the high-pressure hose can be reduced.
[0017]
Next, Examples 1 and 2 of the high-pressure hose using the nonwoven fabric constituting the intercalation cloth of the present invention, the high-pressure hose not using the conventional intercalation cloth, and the high-pressure using knitting and woven fabric as the intercalation cloth The test results comparing the hose are shown in Table 1 below.

[Table 1]
Figure 2005069267
As is clear from Table 1 above, the wire biting is not good for the high-pressure hose that does not use the intercalation cloth of Comparative Example 1, and the variation in the thickness of the inner rubber layer is a comparative example using knitting or woven fabric. 2 to Comparative Example 4 may be slightly bad and bad, and the adhesion between the reinforcing layer and the inner rubber layer may be slightly bad and good in Comparative Example 2 to Comparative Example 4, Furthermore, regarding the arrangement of the wires, in Comparative Examples 1 to 4, there were cases where it was bad and somewhat bad.
[0019]
On the other hand, in Examples 1 and 2 of the high-pressure hose using the nonwoven fabric of the present invention, good results were obtained for both.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, as described above, at least the inner rubber layer, the nonwoven fabric constituting the intercalation cloth provided on the outer peripheral surface of the inner rubber layer, and the reinforcing yarn or the metal wire are spirally wound on the nonwoven fabric. Since the reinforcement layer and the outer layer made of rubber or resin are sequentially laminated on the reinforcement layer, there is no variation in the thickness of the inner rubber layer, the arrangement of the reinforcement layer wires is improved, and the cost is reduced. There is an effect that a high-pressure hose excellent in durability and durability can be obtained.
