【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention is a traveling type tea leaf picking machine for picking tea leaves while traveling along a tea ridge and transporting the picked tea leaves from a picking device to a tea leaf holding device provided rearward, and in particular, picking tea leaves. The present invention relates to a traveling tea leaf picking machine that can efficiently blow up and send in with pressure air without scattering to the outside.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The following is disclosed for a traveling type tea leaf picking machine in which picked tea leaves are transported by being blown upward by a transport duct connecting a picking device and a tea leaf storage device. For example, Patent Literature 1, Patent Literature 2, and Patent Literature 3 are disclosed.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-270559 [Patent Document 2]
Japanese Patent No. 3138766 [Patent Document 3]
JP 2002-238328 A
The thing shown in patent document 1 blows out pressure air from the blower pipe with many branch pipes from the front of the clipper-type cutting blade, blows out the pruned tea leaves backward, and the lower end and the upper end have a curved surface in a bend shape. It is transported by blowing up in a vertical transport duct. Further, a nozzle is provided for assisting transportation by blowing compressed air into the middle of the transportation duct.
[0005]
The thing shown in patent document 2 blows tea leaves plucked with a clipper-type cutting blade backward by a front air blower pipe similarly to patent document 1, and it blows up in the transport duct which blows up diagonally upward, and is transported. The difference from Patent Literature 1 is that the lower end of the air duct is not provided with an R-shaped bend, but is provided with a blow-out port for pressurized air for blowing up. In Patent Literature 2, two fans are provided, one for supplying pressure air blown from the front of the cutting blade and the other for blowing up pressure air into the transport duct.
[0006]
The thing shown in patent document 3 uses not a clipper-type cutting blade but a rotary blade having a rotating shaft in the lateral direction as a plucking device, and blows compressed air upward and behind the rotary blade. And transport the plucked tea leaves.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In each of Patent Documents 1 and 2, a blower tube provided with a comb-shaped branch pipe is provided in front of a clipper-type cutting blade. In this case, if the buds of the tea leaves to be plucked are long or the tea leaves are densely grown, they hit the comb-shaped branch pipe before hitting the cutting blade, and are pushed down and remain on the surface of the tea tree without catching on the cutting blade. In some cases, mowing marks may be mottled. Further, in the example of Patent Literature 1, since the R-bend is required below the vertical transport duct, a space for the R-bend is required between the plucking device and the transport duct, and the body size is increased. Since the direction of the pressure wind changes at the R-bend portion, the wind blown out from the blower branch pipe must be increased, and it is necessary to make the fan strong and large.
[0008]
On the other hand, the apparatus shown in Patent Document 2 blows tea leaves upward by sending another pressurized air from below the vertical transport duct, and thus requires two fans. The pressure wind blown up from the lower end of the transport duct descends on the side surface of the plucking device by the duct, and is connected to the side surface of the tapered duct provided in the width direction of the plucking device. For this reason, it is difficult to blow up the compressed air evenly over the entire width of the plucking device. In addition, since the duct is descending on the side surface, the duct protrudes sideways from the fuselage, which hinders traveling. In both cases shown in Patent Documents 1 and 2, it is necessary to increase the size of the engine and the size of the plucking machine body. Moreover, the thing shown in patent document 3 is to provide a blow-off port of a pressurized air specially on the upper rear side of the rotary blade in order to send the tea leaves picked by the rotary blade to the transport duct, and the structure is complicated. , Also needs two fans.
[0009]
For this reason, the problem of developing a traveling tea leaf picking machine that prevents the traveling tea leaf pruning machine from becoming larger and complicated, and efficiently transports the extracted tea leaves from the plucking device to the tea leaf storage device. was there. For this reason, the inventor applied for Japanese Patent Application No. 2002-321419 to solve the problem. Although the present invention can solve most of the problems, there is a problem particularly in transferring tea leaves from the plucking device to the tea leaf storage device with high efficiency. That is, it is an object of the present invention to make it possible to efficiently blow up and feed in the compressed air without scattering the picked tea leaves to the outside.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The inventors of the present invention have conducted intensive studies to solve the above-mentioned problems, and as a result, have found that the present invention relates to a traveling type tea leaf picking machine for picking tea leaves while crossing a tea ridge and running along the tea ridge. A plucking device is provided below the frame, a tea leaf accommodating device is provided on the machine frame, and the tea leaves plucked by the rotating body and the blade portion of the plucking device are blown upward by pressurized air, and at the tip side of the rotating body. The compressed air is also blown from another direction to the outlet of the compressed air, and the tea leaves picked from the transport inlet through which the pressure wind that rises in communication with the outlet is passed through the transport duct to store the tea leaves through the transport duct. By using a traveling type tea leaf picking machine for transporting to the device, in particular, the picked tea leaves can be efficiently blown up by pressure air without being scattered outside, and can be fed in. In the air duct Pushing the leaf, cutting marks can be prevented from being mottled.
[0011]
Further, in the present invention, a traveling type tea leaf in which a tea leaf is plucked while straddling the tea ridge and running along the tea ridge, a plucking device is provided below the machine frame, and a tea leaf accommodating device is provided on the machine frame. In a plucking machine, a blowing tip hood for blowing tea leaves picked up by a rotating body and a blade portion of the plucking device upward from a blowout port with a pressurized air, and a different direction to the blowout port location on the tip side of the rotating body. And a second blower that blows pressurized air from above, so that the tea leaves picked from a transport inlet through which the pressure wind that rises in communication with the outlet passes is transported to the tea leaf accommodating device. This makes it possible to blow up the tea leaves with high pressure and efficiently transport the tea leaves without scattering the picked tea leaves to the outside.
[0012]
In the above-described configuration, the wind pressure of the pressure wind at the outlet of the blower tip hood is made to be a traveling tea leaf plucking machine that is stronger than the wind pressure of the pressure wind of the second blower. It can blow up efficiently and smoothly. Furthermore, in the above-described configuration, by the traveling type tea leaf picking machine in which the direction of the pressure wind at the outlet of the blowing tip hood and the direction of the pressure wind of the second blowing unit are about 20 to 60 degrees, The picked tea leaves can be reliably blown up and sent to the transport entrance.
[0013]
Further, in the above-described configuration, the rotating body is a rotating brush, and the blade is a traveling-type tea leaf picking machine serving as a hair clipper, so that the picked tea leaves are blown up to the transport inlet portion, and the rotating brush is used. And it can be swept neatly and neatly. Further, in the above-described configuration, the rotating body is a rotary blade, and the blade portion is a traveling-type tea leaf picking machine serving as a fixed comb blade, so that the picked tea leaves are blown up to the transport inlet portion by the rotating blade. It can be swept in an orderly and efficient manner.
[0014]
Further, in the above-described configuration, the rotating brush is provided at a position where the brush tip is close to or in contact with the surface of the clipper portion, and the brush tip rotates so that the rotating brush rotates so as to move from the front to the rear of the clipper portion. By using the type of tea leaf picking machine, the picked tea leaves can be efficiently swept into the transport entrance while cleaning the clippers.
[0015]

In the case of this hair clipper type, the tea leaves can be picked while cutting at the clipper section 8a and cleaning the clipper section 8a with the rotating brush 7a.
[0017]
As shown in FIG. 8, in the rotary blade type, the rotary body 7 is configured as a rotary blade 7b with a cutting blade provided at the tip of a rotary plate. The blade portion 8 is configured as a fixed comb blade 8b. In the case of this rotary blade type, tea leaves can be plucked by the shearing action of the rotary blade 7b and the fixed comb blade 8b.
[0018]
As shown in FIGS. 4A and 6A, the bottom plate 5 a is provided at the rear of eight blade portions of the plucking case 5, and is provided along the tip of the rotating body 7. . On the back side of the bottom plate portion 5a, the blower tip hoods 10, 10 are opposed to the rotating shaft 6 with the rotating body 7 divided into right and left of the plucking device A, respectively. Specifically, the blower tip hood 10 is formed with a blowout port 10a so that the blower blows downward at first and then changes its direction by 180 degrees, so that it blows upward at a position corresponding to the bottom plate 5a. That is, the tangential direction of the tip of the bottom plate portion 5a and the blowing direction (direction line Q) of the blowout port 10a are substantially equal or about ten degrees. With such a configuration, the picked tea leaves are blown in the blowing direction of the blowing port 10a.
[0019]
At the upper rear of the plucking case 5, transport inlets 11, 11 are provided so as to face the blower hoods 10, 10. Specifically, it is formed at about 90 degrees from the tip of the bottom plate portion 5a behind the plucking case 5 so as to be in the same direction as the blowing direction (direction line Q) of the blowing port 10a. I have. The transport entrance 11 is an entrance of a duct through which plucked tea leaves are transported, and is configured so as to spread a plurality of times as large as the blowing tip hood 10 in terms of space.
[0020]
In addition, a second blower 12 is provided on the upper surface 5b of the plucking case 5, as shown in FIGS. The blowing direction (direction line P) of the second blower unit 12 is configured to point near the tip of the bottom plate 5a (including the tip of the rotating body 7 or near the outlet 10a). I have. When the direction is represented by an angle, as shown in FIG. 6A, an angle θ formed between the direction line Q and the direction line P is formed to be about 20 to about 60 degrees. Preferably it is about 30 to about 45 degrees.
[0021]
Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 4 (B), 5 (B), and FIGS. 6 to 8, a large number of the second blowers 12 are arranged at predetermined intervals in the direction of the rotation shaft 6 of the plucking device A. Are formed so as to be intensively sprayed from the slit holes 12a, 12a,... Provided near the tip of the bottom plate 5a, or as shown in FIGS. 4 (C) and 5 (C). As described above, the plurality of ejection nozzles 12b, 12b,... May be configured to intensively spray the vicinity of the tip of the bottom plate portion 5a from the plurality of ejection nozzles 12b in the rotation axis 6 direction of the plucking device A.
[0022]
When wet tea leaves (when plucked in rainy weather or when plucked in the early morning with night dew) adhere to the tip side of the rotating body 7, they are deposited there and plucked. Although it is difficult for the tea leaves to be smoothly blown to the transport inlet 11, the second air blower 12 can blow off the tea leaves which are the deposits at the tip of the rotating body 7, and as a result, as shown in FIG. As shown in FIGS. 8B and 8C, most of the tea leaves can be transported into the transport inlet 11 without returning to the plucking case 5 and scattering.
[0023]
Reference numeral 13 denotes a blower fan, which is installed on the machine frame 4. The blower fan 13 blows a predetermined amount of air to the blower tip hood 10 with an appropriate wind pressure. Specifically, the two same blower fans 13, 13 pass through the blower ducts 14, 14. The hood 10 is connected to the mounting side end of the hood 10, 10. Further, a second air duct 15 is connected to the second air blower 12 and is branched from the air blow fan 13 to be blown, or another air fan (not shown) is provided in the second air duct 15. Sometimes it is done. The transport hoods 16 and 16 are connected to the transport inlets 11 and 11, and the transport hoods 16 and 16 are connected to the transport outlet hoods 18 and 18 located at upper positions through the transport ducts 17 and 17. Are linked.
[0024]
B is a tea leaf accommodating device, in which a rotating frame 20 is provided so as to be rotatable around a column 19 erected on the rear side of the machine frame 4. A plurality of tea bags 21, 21,... Are set in the rotating frame 20. Specifically, four bags of tea bags 21 of the same size are set on the rotating frame 20 with the upper part opened. The transport outlet hood 18 is arranged at a position above the tea bag 21 when the rotating frame 20 is rotated by a predetermined angle.
[0025]
Next, the operation of the traveling tea leaf picking machine and the operation of transporting tea leaves will be described. First, the traveling devices 1 and 1 are caused to travel in the channels a and a between the tea ridges T, and the height position of the plucking device A is adjusted during traveling. That is, the height position of the plucking device A is moved up and down by a hydraulic drive device (not shown), and the positions of the rotating body 7 and the blade portion 8 of the plucking device A are adjusted to improve the tea leaves (tea buds) on the surface of the tea ridge T. This is so that it can be plucked. At the same time as traveling, the plucking device A and the blowing fans 13, 13 are driven. Then, pressurized air is generated to blow the pressurized air to the outlet 10a of the blower tip hood 10 through the blower ducts 14,14. At the same time, the plucking device A is driven. That is, the tea leaves on the tea ridge T are cut to a predetermined length by the rotation of the rotating body 7 and the action of the blade portion 8. The cut tea leaves rise while sliding on the bottom plate portion 5a surface of the plucking case 5, and are blown upward by the pressurized air blown from below the outlet 10a.
[0026]
At this time, the pressure wind of the second blower unit 12 is supplied from the slit hole 12a or the jet nozzle 12b to the vicinity of the tip of the bottom plate 5a (including the tip of the rotating body 7 or the vicinity of the outlet 10a). ), Even if it is wet tea leaves adhering to the tip side of the rotating body 7, the tea leaves do not accumulate on the rotating body 7, or the tea leaves are in front of the plucking case 5. Most tea leaves can be transported into the transport entrance 11 without returning and scattering. Then, the transport duct 17 is lifted, and the tea leaves fall from the transport outlet hood 18 and are stored in the rotating tea bag 21.
[0027]
In particular, regarding the relationship between the wind pressure of the outlet 10 a of the blower tip hood 10 and the wind pressure of the second blower 12, the wind pressure of the blower 10 a may be higher than the wind pressure of the second blower 12. It is important, however, how to increase the wind pressure of the second blower unit 12 when it is wet and has a large amount of moisture in consideration of the wet state of the tea leaves at the time of plucking. . By blowing the pressurized air from the second blower 12 in this manner, most of the plucked tea leaves can be smoothly transported into the transport inlet 11.
[0028]
In the case of the rotary blade type plucking device A, the rotary blade 7b is rotated and the tea leaves are plucked by a shearing action with the fixed comb blade 8b. In particular, the tea leaves are plucked at the rotary blade 7b. Although wet tea leaves easily adhere or accumulate, as shown in FIGS. 8B and 8C, the tip of the rotary blade 7b is air-cleaned by the pressure air of the second blower unit 12. And the tea leaves can be transported into the transport inlet 11. Also, as shown in FIGS. 6A, 6B and 6C, in the case of the clipper type as well, the leaves are cut at the clipper section 8a and the tea leaves while cleaning the clipper section 8a with the rotating brush 7a. In particular, the brush function can be improved by the action of cleaning the tip portion of the rotating brush 7a with air by the pressurized air of the second blowing unit 12. Of course, even if it is a clipper type or wet tea leaves, most of them can be smoothly transported into the transport entrance 11.
[0029]
【The invention's effect】
The invention of claim 1 has the greatest advantage that the picked tea leaves can be efficiently blown up and fed by the pressurized air without scattering to the outside. Further, in the present invention, there is also an advantage that the tea leaves are pushed down by a comb-shaped blower tube as in the related art, so that mowing marks can be prevented from becoming mottled. Further, even when wet tea leaves (when plucked in rainy weather or when plucked in the early morning with night dew) are picked, the tip side of the rotating body 7 and the pressure air outlet 10a Since the compressed air is also blown from another direction, even if it comes to adhere to or accumulate on the rotating body 7, it is possible to blow out the tea leaves at this location, whereby the tea leaves are located on the near side of the plucking case 5. Most tea leaves can be reliably transported into the transport inlet 11 without returning and scattering.
[0030]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the same effect as that of the first aspect of the invention is obtained. Further, according to the third aspect of the present invention, it is possible to efficiently and smoothly blow up and send in the compressed air. Further, in the invention according to claim 4, the traveling type tea leaves wherein the direction of the pressure air at the outlet 10a of the blower tip hood 10 and the direction of the pressure air at the second blowing unit 12 are about 20 to 60 degrees. By using a plucking machine, there is an advantage that the plucked tea leaves can be reliably blown up and sent to the eleven transport inlets.
[0031]
In the invention of claim 5, the rotating body 7 is a rotating brush 7a, and the blade portion 8 is a traveling-type tea leaf picking machine that is a clipper portion 8a, so that the picked tea leaves are blown up to the transport inlet portion 11. If the rotary brush 7a is used, it can be swept neatly and neatly. Further, in the invention of claim 6, the rotating body 7 is a rotary blade 7b, and the blade 8 is a traveling-type tea leaf picking machine that is a fixed comb blade 8b. However, there is an effect that the rotary blade 7b can sweep it in an orderly and efficient manner.
[0032]
Further, in the invention according to claim 7, the rotating brush 7a is provided at a position where the brush tip is close to or in contact with the surface of the clipper portion 8a, and the brush tip is moved from the front to the rear of the clipper portion 8a. By using a traveling type tea leaf picking machine in which the rotating brush 7a rotates, the picked tea leaves can be efficiently swept into the transport inlet portion 11 while cleaning the clippers 8a with the rotating brush 7a. To play.
