本発明は、室内に浮遊する犬、猫、鳥など（以下「ペット」という。）から発生する細かい毛を除去することが可能な空気清浄器に関する。

【従来の技術】
近年、犬や猫など（以下「ペット」という。）のペットを室内で飼っている場合が多い。室内でペットを飼うと、ペットの脱毛や毛切れによって空気中に多くの毛が浮遊し、この毛を人間が吸い込んで呼吸障害を起こすなどして人体に悪影響を及ぼす。そこで、空気清浄器により室内に浮遊する塵埃を吸引して空気を浄化することが知られている（特許文献１参照）。

前記特許文献１に記載されている空気清浄器は、筐体に空気吸込口と空気吹出口が設けられ、筐体内にファン、浄化フィルターが配置されており、室内の毛を含んだ空気を空気吸込口から吸い込んで浄化フィルターを通して空気吹出口より戻すことにより空気の清浄化が行われる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記従来の清浄器では、浄化フィルターに繊維状や綿状の凹凸のある通気性の膜状のフィルターなどが使用されているが、吸い込んだペットの細かい毛粉がフィルターに捕捉されることなく通過して空気吹出口から室内へ戻され、毛を確実に除去することができなかった。

そこで、本発明は、空気中に浮遊する、ペットの細かい毛を捕捉して清浄な空気を戻すことができる空気清浄器を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の空気清浄器は、ケースの前面に空気吸込口を、背面に空気吹出口が設けられ、内部に空気吸込口側から空気吹出口側に向かってファンとフィルターが配置され、ファンを回転させて空気吸込口から空気を吸い込み、フィルターを通過させて空気吹出口から清浄な空気を吹き出す空気清浄器において、前記フィルターがペットの毛を付着させる油を含浸させたフィルターであることを特徴とする。前記毛を付着させる油には、例えばゴマ油を使用することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
図１（ａ）は本発明の空気清浄器の分解斜視図、（ｂ）は同縦断面の概略を示す図、図２は本発明の空気清浄器の後ケースを示す側面図である。

図１において、空気清浄器のケースは、前ケース１と後ケース２を結合させて構成する。前ケース１には、ファン３を回転駆動するモータ４が支持され、モータ４の回転軸にファン３が取り付けられる。ケースの前面に形成したファン３の前の空気吸込口５には、安全のためにネット６を取り付けてもよい。

図１（ｂ）、図２において、後ケース２は前面が開放され、背面の板７に多数の貫通孔８を設けて空気吹出口９が形成される。空気吹出口９は背面の板８に開口を設けて空気が吹き出すように形成すればよく、貫通孔８に限られるものではない。

後ケース２内にはフィルター１０が出入り可能に配置される。フィルター１０には、毛を付着させるために油を含浸させたフィルターを使用する。フィルター１０は、プラスチック繊維、スチール繊維などを網状に編んだもの、繊維を絡めた不織布状にしたものに、油を通気可能に含浸させる。含浸させる油としては、毛を付着させることができる粘性を有し且つ人体に影響を及ぼさない油を使用し、ゴマ油、菜種油などの食用油、動物油、鉱物油から適宜選択することができる。フィルターとして、例えばスチールウールにゴマ油を含浸させたものを使用することができる。

前記構成からなる空気清浄器は、ファン３の回転により空気吸込口５から室内の毛を含んだ空気が吸い込まれ、油を含浸させたスチールウールからなるフィルター１０を通過し、多数の貫通孔８からなる空気吹出口９より吹き出して室内へ戻される。毛を含んだ空気がフィルター１０を通る際にスチールウールに含浸された油に毛が付着して捕捉されて毛を含まない清浄な空気が室内に戻される。

なお、毛が付着したフィルターは、定期的にケースから取り出し、洗浄して毛を除去して再度ケースに入れて使用する。含浸油が少なくなった場合は、スチールウールに油を含浸させて再使用してもよい。

【発明の効果】
本発明の空気清浄器を室内に配置することにより、室内の空気中に浮遊しているペットの毛がフィルターに含浸された油に付着し、毛が除去された清浄な空気が室内に戻されるので、ペットを室内で飼っても毛のない清浄な空気の中で生活することができる。

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-mentioned conventional purifier, a breathable membrane filter having fibrous or cottony irregularities is used as a purifying filter, but fine dust of a sucked pet passes through without being captured by the filter. The hair was returned from the air outlet to the room, and the hair could not be reliably removed.

Accordingly, the present invention provides an air purifier that can capture fine hair of a pet floating in the air and return clean air.

[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the air purifier of the present invention, an air inlet is provided on a front surface of a case, and an air outlet is provided on a rear surface, and a fan and a filter are arranged inside from an air inlet side to an air outlet side, and the fan is rotated. In the air purifier, which sucks air from the air suction port and blows clean air from the air outlet through the filter, the filter is a filter impregnated with oil that causes pet hair to adhere. In FIG. 1, the case of the air purifier is configured by combining a front case 1 and a rear case 2. The front case 1 supports a motor 4 that rotationally drives the fan 3, and the fan 3 is attached to a rotation shaft of the motor 4. As the oil to be impregnated, an oil having a viscosity capable of adhering hair and having no effect on the human body is used, and can be appropriately selected from edible oils such as sesame oil and rapeseed oil, animal oils, and mineral oils. As the filter, for example, a filter obtained by impregnating sesame oil into steel wool can be used.

In the air purifier having the above-described configuration, the air including hair inside the room is sucked in from the air suction port 5 by the rotation of the fan 3 and passes through the filter 10 made of oil-impregnated steel wool. The air is blown out from the air outlet 9 and returned to the room. When the hairy air passes through the filter 10, the hairs adhere to the oil impregnated in the steel wool and are trapped, so that clean air without hairs is returned to the room.

The filter to which the hair has adhered is periodically taken out of the case, washed to remove the hair, and put in the case again for use. When the impregnated oil is low, the steel wool may be impregnated with the oil and reused.

【The invention's effect】
By arranging the air purifier of the present invention in a room, pet hair floating in the room air adheres to the oil impregnated in the filter, and the clean air from which the hair has been removed is returned to the room. Therefore, even if the pets are kept indoors, they can live in clean air without hair.
