従来より、梨やメロン、桃、その他の果実などを例えば贈答品として相手先へ送ることがある。

ところで、果実のうち桃などは非常に傷みやすく、物に当たると当たった箇所が黒ずんで変色してしまい値打ちが非常に低下してしまう。

よって輸送時に果実ができるだけ傷まないようにするため、千切りした多数の紙から成るクッション材の中に果実を収容したり、また果実の形に対応して成形された発泡スチロール製等の上下の枠型内に果実を収容し（例えば、特許文献１参照）、これらを段ボールなどに収納して輸送していた。

しかし、前記のような輸送の仕方でもやはり果実が傷む傾向があるという問題があった。

そこでこの発明は、輸送に際し従来より傷みにくくすることができる商品等の輸送容器を提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記課題を解決するためこの発明では次のような技術的手段を講じている。
▲１▼ この発明の商品等の輸送容器は、載置用軟質材と仕切り材とを有し、輸送の対象物を前記載置用軟質材により仕切り材から容器内の吊り下げ領域へと宙吊りにするようにしたことを特徴とする。

この商品等の輸送容器によると、例えば果実などの輸送の対象物は載置用軟質材により容器内の吊り下げ領域に宙吊りにされるので、容器自体や他の輸送の対象物などの比較的固い部分に当たり難くすることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明の実施の形態を図面を参照して説明する。

図１及び図２に示すように、この実施形態の商品等の輸送容器は、載置用軟質材１と仕切り材２の厚紙台紙とを有する。前記載置用軟質材１は、仕切り材２の台紙にその外周部分を接着している。

前記載置用軟質材１は、図３や図４に示すように、合成樹脂フィルム（載置する対象等に応じてフィルムの材質―例えば塩化ビニール樹脂―や厚みの使い分けができる）に切り込み部分３が形成されて略半球状に拡開するようにしている。同図中、実線部分は切り込み部分３を示す。

図３では、前記切り込み部分３は継ぎ部４を設けて不連続な略螺旋状としている。このように形成すると、載置する対象の重量や大きさに応じて拡がりが柔軟に形成されるという利点がある。

なお、図３の螺旋状の切り込みや図４の同心円状の切り込みの相互間の内外のピッチは約５ｍｍ、一つの切り込みの長さは約７０〜８０ミリ、継ぎ部４の長さは約８〜１０ミリに設定した。

そして、果物その他の輸送の対象物５（この実施形態では桃）を、前記載置用軟質材１の切り込みフィルムにより仕切り材２の厚紙台紙から容器内の吊り下げ領域６へと宙吊りにするようにしている。桃を載置してその重量がかかった切り込みフィルムは切り込み部分３が拡開し、切り込み相互間の部分でつながって略ネット状に展開する。これを、外装の段ボール箱７などに収納して輸送する。

また、前記載置用軟質材１はフィルムに略ネット状に切り込みが形成されて略半球状に拡開するようにしているので、比較的に簡易で安価な方法で略ネット状の載置用軟質材１を略半球状に拡開することができるという利点がある。通常のストレッチフィルムは、切り込みを形成しないそのままの状態では宙吊り状態にはフィルムは伸びず仕切り板からの落ち込み度合いに限度があるのである。
