【従来の技術】
従来、使いすての紙製コップや発泡スチロール製コップ等に嵌合する使いすて蓋は、密封はできるが、内容物の飲料を何回に分けて飲む場合、蓋を紛失したり落したりする場合が多く、また、蓋を開けて飲む際に、特に動揺する車中や船中では内容物の飲料をこぼす場合が多い。このため、蓋上に、或は、蓋を設けることなく、密封された容器内にストローを差し込めるようにしたものがあったが、内容物の飲料をストローを介して吸い上げるため、内容物の飲料に粒状物等を含む場合ストローを通過しにくく、また、内容物の飲料を通常の飲食時のように落ちついて味わう雰囲気に乏しい欠点がある上に、蓋がないものは、内容物の飲料を充填するのに特別な充填設備を必要とし、手軽に使いすてコップ等に内容物の飲料を充填して蓋締めするような安易な操作ができない欠点があった。
そこで、本発明者は、使いすてコップ等に簡単に蓋締めできるようにすると共に、蓋締めしたのち、蓋上に口当たりできる小さな飲み口を設け、さらに、その飲み口を密閉できる小蓋を継ぎ手を介して連設することにより、上述した問題点をすべて解決することに成功し本発明を完成した。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、使いすて容器の蓋締めに使用される使いすて蓋を提供するものである。
また、本発明は、動揺する車中や船中等でも内容物の飲料をこぼすことなく何回でも分けて飲むことができるようにした小口の飲み口を設けた使いすて蓋を提供するものである。
また、本発明は、蓋に設けた飲み口を密封する小蓋が紛失しないように蓋に連設して取りつけた使いすて蓋を提供するものである。
また、本発明は、軽量小型で廃棄しても公害が発生しない使いすて蓋を提供するものである。
さらに、本発明は、１回で成型でき何ら部品の組立を要しない取扱容易で安価に製作できる使いすて蓋を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明使いすて蓋は、上記課題を達成するため、図示するように、容器６０の上縁６１に嵌合して密封できるようにした蓋締部１０と、蓋締部１０より突出して、口当たりできるようにした凸部２０と、凸部２０の第１凹所２１に形成した扇状の小出し飲み口部３０と、凸部２０の第２凹所２２に形成した蒸気逃がし斜面部４０と、蓋締部１０から湾曲自在の山折り５１及び継ぎ手５２を介して連設した、小出し飲み口３１を密封するための小蓋部５０とを備えているものである。
本発明の使いすて蓋は、厚み約０．４ミリメートル前後のポリプロピレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレートなどの合成樹脂フィルムで成型することが望ましい。
また、本発明において、図４に示すように、蓋締部１０の内周面の円周凹条１１は、容器６０の上縁６１と嵌合して密着できるようにしているが、蓋締部１０の内周面がコップ等の容器６０の上縁６１に密封する公知の構造はすべて含まれる。
蓋締部１０の内周面の円周凸条１２は、図４に示すように、容器６０の上縁６１が円周凹条１１に嵌合したとき、ロックして容器６０を脱落しないようにするものである。
凸部２０は蓋締部１０の上面１１より突出するが、その高さは、図４に示すように、下くちびる７１が当たる口当たり程度が望ましい。
凸部２０の上面２０１の凹所である第１凹所２１には扇形の小出し飲み口３１を設けた小出し飲み口部３０が形成されるが、飲み易くするため、小出し飲み口３１の扇形は図１、図２、図８に示すように、下くちびる７１側が小さく、その反対側が大きくなるように形成することが望ましい。
凸部２０の上面２０１の凹所である第２凹所２２には、内容物の飲料が加熱された飲料の場合、その蒸気を小出し飲み口３１から出ないように導く斜面４１が設けられ、その蒸気が下くちびると反対側の斜面上方に上昇しやすくし、また、斜面上方には水洩れしない程度の極小孔を設けてもよい。
小蓋部５０の山折り５１は廃棄の際に切断しやすくするため折り山３個程度が望ましい。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態が図１乃至図８に示されている。
本発明実施例の使いすて蓋は、蓋締部１０と、凸部２０と、小出し飲み口部３０と、蒸気逃がし斜面部４０と、小蓋部５０とを備えている。
蓋締部１０は、逆トレー状のもので、使いすて容器６０の上縁６１に外嵌するように、内周面に円周凹条１１を形成すると共に、容器６０の上縁６１が脱落しないように内周面に円周凸条１２を形成している。
凸部２０は、下くちびる７１が蓋締部１０の上１０１に当てて飲める程度の口当たりができる高さのもので形成される。
小出し飲み口部３０は、凸部２０の第１凹所２１に形成される扇形の小出し飲み口部３１と、飲み口３１内に水分が落下できるようにした斜面３２とからなっている。
小出し飲み口３１は、飲み易くこぼれにくくするため、下くちびる７１側に小さく、反対側に大きく形成した扇形である。
斜面部４０は、凸部２０の第２凹所２２に第１凹所２１側から反対側に上り勾配にした斜面４１を設け、第１凹所２１の反対側に極小孔（図示しない）を設け、飲み口３１に加熱された飲料の蒸気が一気に噴出するのを防止している。
小蓋部５０は、第１凹所２１を密封する形状の小蓋５３と、小蓋５３と、蓋締部１０とを連結する湾曲自在の山折り５１と継ぎ手とからなっている。

【発明の効果】
