本発明は、ティッシュペーパー等の紙を無駄に使用すること無く、又ペットの糞に手を触れ直接取り上げること無く衛生的に収容可能な、ペットの糞処理用具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来のペットの糞処理方法は
１ ペットの糞が地上に排泄された後ティッシュペーパー等の紙を介して地面上の糞を直接手でつかみ上げる。
２ スコップ等の器具によりすくいとる。
３ ペットの糞が地面に落ちる前に収容可能な器具も有るにはあるが、その場合は専用の特殊な処理袋が必要であった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
これらの処理方法には次のような不満、要望が有った。
１ 不衛生なのでペットの糞に直接手で触りたくない。
２ スコップ等の器具が糞で汚れるのを避けたい。
３ 地面上に落ちたペットの糞をつかむ場合、通常ティッシュペーパー等の紙を使用しているが、資源の無駄遣いなので紙を使いたくない。
４ 専用の処理袋を用意すること無く何処の家庭にも有る汎用樹脂製袋を利用して、ペットの糞が地面に落ちる前に衛生的に収容したい。
本発明は、こうしたペット愛好家の強い要望にこたえるために発明されたのである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
その構成を説明すると、外枠１に汎用樹脂製袋４を被せた後、取手３を設けた内枠２にてその袋を固定する様に装着する。外枠１と内枠２はお互いに汎用樹脂製袋４を挟みながら、ペットの散歩中の持ち運び位ではすぐには外れないような形状とする。以上の如く装置する。

【発明の実施の形態】
イ、リング状の外枠１に汎用樹脂製袋４を被せる。外枠１は逆Ｕ字断面形状にて構成される。
ロ、外枠１の逆Ｕ字断面の内側に添う形状を持つリング状の内枠２を、汎用樹脂製袋４を固定するように外枠１の内側に装着する。
ハ、内枠２には取手３が設けられている。
本発明は以上の構成となっている。
実際に使用する時は取手を持ち、ペットが糞をする時点でペットのお尻の下に本処理具を持って行き、糞が地面に落下する前にこの内外枠により固定された汎用樹脂製袋にて受ける。排泄が終了したら外枠１から内枠２を取り外し、固定されていた汎用樹脂製袋を外枠１から外した後、袋の口をひと結び等で閉じれば簡単に糞を収容できる。

【発明の効果】
本発明を使用すれば、ティッシュペーパー等の紙を無駄に使用すること無く、又ペットの糞に手を触れ直接取り上げる必要が無く、何処の家庭にもある汎用樹脂製袋を活用しながらペットの糞を衛生的に収容することが出来る。
