通常筆記具を身の回りに保持する場合、胸のポケットに差すのが一般的であるが、ポケットが浅かったり、胸ポケットの無い衣類を着用しているときには、筆記具の保持が行なえないという不便がある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記のような課題を解決するため、この発明は、互いに係脱自在となる一対の係止具を用い、一方の係止具を帽子の外面に取り付け、他方の係止具が筆記具の取り付け部材に形成されている構成を採用したものである。

上記一対の係止具が面ファスナーで形成され、一方の係止具をフラットな状態で帽子のつばの外面に取り付け、係止具の他方が筆記具を抜き差し自在に挿通する輪状の取り付け部材に形成されている構造とすることができる。
