Abstract

【課題】従来のライブ配信システムでは、配信フォーマットに依存しない閲覧者（視聴者）数制限ができないため、配信帯域を使い切ってしまう問題や、閲覧者数に応じた課金ができない問題がある。また、ライブ配信者は、個人的な仲間内でのライブ放送を実施できなかった。
【解決手段】ライブ配信サーバ１００では、ライブ配信者端末１１からライブ配信の予約を受け付ける際に、配信するコンテンツの公開／非公開の選択情報を受信する。公開が選択された場合は、ライブ公開者数の指定情報を受信し、ライブ放送中には、ライブ公開者数を下回っている場合にのみ、新たな端末へのライブ配信を許可する。また、非公開の場合は、ライブ閲覧者２０の選択情報を受信し、選択されたライブ閲覧者２０の端末２１に、ライブ情報とライブ閲覧時の認証情報とを通知する。

【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、マルチメディアコンテンツをライブ配信するライブ配信サーバ、及びライブ配信方法に関し、特に、ライブの配信対象者数を制限する機能、ライブの閲覧可能なユーザを指定する機能を有すると共に、サーバの管理者にとって課金を容易に行うことができる、ライブ配信サーバ、及びライブ配信方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
ライブ映像などのマルチメディアコンテンツ（単に、「コンテンツ」ともいう）を配信する従来のライブ配信システムのシステム構成例を図９に示す。マルチメディアコンテンツのライブ配信システムは、このシステムに登録されたユーザのユーザ管理機能やライブ配信機能２０１などを備えたライブ配信サーバ２００と、カメラ２１２及びエンコード機能２１３を備えたライブ配信者（クライアント）２１０のライブ配信者端末２１１と、メディア再生プレイヤー２２２がインストールされたライブ閲覧者（クライアント）２２０のライブ閲覧者端末２２１とが通信ネットワーク２３０で接続されて構成される。

ライブを配信する際は、ライブ配信者２１０がライブ配信サーバ２００上のライブ予約機能２０２により、ライブの配信予約を行う。コンテンツ配信時には、ライブ配信サーバ２００内の予約データ発行機能２０３を介して、ライブ配信者２１０のライブ配信者端末２１１がライブ配信情報を取得し、そのデータを基にエンコード機能を持つアプリケーションの設定を行い、ライブ配信を開始する。ライブ閲覧者２２０では、ライブ閲覧者端末２２１内のメディア再生プレイヤー２２２を用いて、ライブ配信サーバ２００上でライブ配信するＵＲＬを指定することで、ライブ映像の閲覧が可能となる。

以上説明した従来のライブ配信システムには、以下に示す課題がある。
（１）ライブ配信サーバ２００の管理者は、ライブ配信をする際に閲覧者（視聴者）数に制限を加えようとしても、現状のシステムではライブ配信機能２０１の一機能で実現するしか方法がなく、ライブ配信機能２０１に閲覧者（視聴者）数制限機能が実装されていない場合は、閲覧者数制限をかけることができない。このため、配信フォーマット（例えば、ＷｉｎｄｏｗｓＭｅｄｉａ（登録商標）、ＲｅａｌＶｉｄｅｏ（登録商標）形式など）に依存しない閲覧者数制限機能が実現できていない。そのため、配信帯域を使い切ってしまうといった問題や、閲覧者数に応じた課金サービスを行うことができないといった問題が生じている。

（２）また、ライブ閲覧者２２０はライブの実施日時などを調べるためにライブ配信サーバ２００にアクセスする必要がある。

（３）また、ライブ配信者２１０がライブを配信する場合は、配信するライブを全世界のユーザに閲覧される可能性があり、個人的な仲間内でのライブ放送を実施することができない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、このような問題を解決するためになされたもので、その目的は、ライブの配信対象者数を制限する機能、ライブの閲覧可能なユーザを指定する機能を有すると共に、サーバの管理者にとって容易に課金を行うことができる、ライブ配信サーバ、及びライブ配信方法を提供することを目的とする。

本発明は上記課題を解決するためになされたものであり、本発明のライブ配信サーバは、コンテンツをライブ配信するライブ配信サーバと、該ライブ配信サーバを介してコンテンツをライブ配信するライブ配信者の端末と、ライブ配信されるコンテンツを閲覧するライブ閲覧者の端末とが通信ネットワークで接続されたライブ配信システムにおける前記ライブ配信サーバであって、前記ライブ配信者の端末から、コンテンツのライブ配信の予約を受け付けるためのライブ予約受付手段と、前記ライブ予約の受け付けの際に、さらにライブ公開者数の指定情報を受信し、ライブ公開者数の上限数を指定するためのライブ公開者数指定手段と、ライブ配信中に該ライブを閲覧している端末数を監視し、前記ライブ公開者数指定手段により指定されたライブ公開者数を下回っているかどうか監視し、下回っている場合にのみ、新たにライブを閲覧しようとするライブ閲覧者の端末へのライブ配信を許可するためのライブ公開者数制限手段とを具備することを特徴とする。
これにより、配信フォーマットに依存しないライブ閲覧者数（視聴数）の制限機能が実現できる。そのため、配信帯域を使い切ってしまうといった問題を防ぐことができ、また、閲覧者（視聴者）数に応じた課金サービスなどを行うことができる。

また、本発明のライブ配信サーバは、コンテンツをライブ配信するライブ配信サーバと、該ライブ配信サーバを介してコンテンツをライブ配信するライブ配信者の端末と、ライブ配信されるコンテンツを閲覧するライブ閲覧者の端末とが通信ネットワークで接続されたライブ配信システムにおける前記ライブ配信サーバであって、前記ライブ配信者の端末から、コンテンツのライブ配信の予約を受け付けるためのライブ予約受付手段と、前記ライブ予約の受け付けの際に、さらにライブの閲覧が許可されるライブ閲覧者の選択情報を受信し、該選択されたライブ閲覧者の情報をデータベースに登録するためのライブ公開者選択手段と、前記ライブ公開者選択手段により選択されたライブ閲覧者の端末に対して、前記予約指定されたライブの情報を通知すると共に、該ライブの閲覧時の認証情報を生成して通知するためのライブ閲覧権通知手段と、前記ライブ閲覧権通知手段により通知を受けたライブ閲覧者の端末から、ライブを閲覧するためのアクセスが行われた際に、前記ライブの閲覧時の認証情報によりライブ閲覧者の正当性を確認するためのライブ閲覧者認証手段とを具備することを特徴とする。
これにより、ライブ配信者は、個人的な仲間内でのライブ放送を実施することができる。また、選択されたライブ閲覧者はライブの実施日時などを調べるためにライブ配信サーバにアクセスする必要がなくなる。

また、本発明のライブ配信サーバは、前記ライブ閲覧権通知手段によりライブ閲覧者の端末に送信する情報として、ライブ配信サーバのＵＲＬ情報にライブ閲覧者の認証情報を付加した新たなＵＲＬ情報を生成して通知するためのＵＲＬ情報通知手段と、ライブ閲覧者の端末から前記認証情報を付加したＵＲＬにアクセスが行われた場合に、該ＵＲＬ情報に含まれる認証情報により、ライブ閲覧者の正当性を確認するための認証手段とをさらに具備することを特徴とする。
これにより、ライブ閲覧者に負担をかけることなく、ライブ閲覧者の認証が容易に行える。

また、本発明のライブ配信方法は、コンテンツをライブ配信するライブ配信サーバと、該ライブ配信サーバを介してコンテンツをライブ配信するライブ配信者の端末と、ライブ配信されるコンテンツを閲覧するライブ閲覧者の端末とが通信ネットワークで接続されたライブ配信システムにおける前記ライブ配信サーバで使用されるライブ配信方法であって、前記ライブ配信者の端末から、コンテンツのライブ配信の予約を受け付けるためのライブ予約受付手順と、前記ライブ予約の受け付けの際に、さらにライブ公開者数の指定情報を受信し、ライブ公開者数の上限数を指定するためのライブ公開者数指定手順と、ライブ配信中に該ライブを閲覧している端末数を監視し、前記ライブ公開者数指定手順により指定されたライブ公開者数を下回っているかどうか監視し、下回っている場合にのみ、新たにライブを閲覧しようとするライブ閲覧者の端末へのライブ配信を許可するためのライブ公開者数制限手順とを含むことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に本発明の実施の形態例について図面を参照して説明する。
まず、本明細書で使用する用語について、ここで定義しておく。
・マルチメディアコンテンツとは、動画像、音声、テキスト、静止画像を指す。なお、本明細書では、マルチメディアコンテンツを単に「コンテンツ」ともいう。
・ライブ予約とは、コンテンツを配信するユーザが、コンテンツを通信ネットワーク上にライブ配信するライブ配信サーバに対して、配信時間枠を予約することを指す。
・エンコードとは、ネットワークの配信帯域にあわせて、コンテンツ（映像や音声データのファイル）をストリーミング形式に変換（ストリーミング再生用に圧縮する）ことを指す。
・同期マルチメディア統合言語とは、動画、静止画、音声、音楽、文字など様々な形式のデータの再生を制御して同期させるＸＭＬベースのマークアップ言語である。再生するクリップを、どの位置（領域）に、どのタイミングで、どのくらいの時間表示するのか、といったことを制御することができる。例としてＷ３Ｃにより勧告された「ＳＭＩＬ（Ｓｙｎｃｈｒｏｎｉｚｅｄ　Ｍｕｌｔｉｍｅｄｉａ　Ｉｎｔｅｇｒａｔｉｏｎ　Ｌａｎｇｕａｇｅ）」などがある。

［本発明の概要説明］
ユーザがＵＳＢカメラ等を用いて、ライブ放送を行う場合に、一般には公開せず、親しい人達のみに見てもらいたいというライブ配信者のニーズや、自分の知り合いのライブがいつ実施されているかを簡単に知りたいというライブ閲覧者側のニーズ、さらに、課金をスムーズに行いたいというサーバ管理者側のニーズがある。
そのため、以下に示すような形態のシステムが必要とされていた。
（１）　サーバ管理者にとって課金が行いやすい形態であること
（２）　配信者側はライブを公開するか、知り合いにのみ知らせる非公開にするかを選択できること
（３）閲覧者は特別な作業を必要とせず、容易にライブ放送を閲覧できること

上記の要求を満たすために、本発明によるライブ配信サーバには、以下の機能を設けている。
・ライブコンテンツの配信時刻、時間をあらかじめ予約指定する機能
・ライブコンテンツの公開方法を選択する機能
・ライブコンテンツの公開者数を指定する機能
・ライブコンテンツの閲覧可能者を選択する機能
・選択指定されたユーザ（ライブ閲覧者）にライブ閲覧権を通知する機能
・ライブ閲覧時にユーザ（ライブ閲覧者）が指定されたユーザであるかを認証する機能
・ライブ放送時に指定された数以上のユーザが閲覧していないかをチェックする機能
以下、上記各機能について順次詳細に説明して行く。

［ライブ配信システムのシステム構成例］
図１は、本発明のライブ配信サーバを用いたライブ配信システムの構成例を示す図であり、本発明に直接関係する部分について示したものである。
図１に例示するライブ配信システムは、ライブ配信サーバ１００と、クライアントであるライブ配信者１０のライブ配信者端末１１と、クライアントであるライブ閲覧者２０のライブ閲覧者端末２１とが通信ネットワーク１を介して接続されて構成される。なお、ライブ配信者１０及びライブ閲覧者２０は予めライブ配信サーバ１００に登録されたユーザであり、ユーザＩＤ（識別コード）やユーザ認証情報（パスワードなど）が発行されているユーザである。

ライブ配信者１０は、映像や音声などのマルチメディアコンテンツを作成し、ライブ配信サーバ１００にライブ配信（ストリーミングによるリアルタイム配信）を依頼するクライアントである。
ライブ配信者１０のライブ配信者端末１１には、以下の機能（又は装置）が備えられている。
・通信装置１２は、ライブ配信者端末１１を通信ネットワーク１と接続するための装置である。

・エンコード機能１４は、カメラから取り込まれるライブ映像を圧縮してサーバ側へ送信するための機能である。
・入力装置１５は、キーボード、マウス等の入力装置である。
・表示装置１６は、液晶やＣＲＴなどのディスプレイ装置である。

ライブ閲覧者２０は、ライブ配信サーバ１００から配信されるライブを閲覧するクライアントであり、ライブ閲覧者２０のライブ閲覧者端末２１には、以下の機能（又は装置）が備えられている。
・通信装置２２は、ライブ閲覧者端末２１を通信ネットワーク１と接続するための装置である。
・メディア再生プレイヤー２３は、ライブ配信される映像や音声などを再生する機能であり、専用のソフトウェアにより再生が行われる。例えば、ＲｅａｌＰｌａｙｅｒ（登録商標）などがある。
・入力装置２４は、キーボード、マウス等の入力装置である。
・表示装置２５は、液晶やＣＲＴなどのディスプレイ装置である。

・ライブ配信機能１０２は、ライブ映像などのマルチメディアストリーミングデータをクライアントに配信する機能である。
・ユーザ認証機能１０３は、ライブ配信者端末１１及びライブ閲覧者端末２１から送信されるユーザＩＤとパスワードを基に、クライアントの正当性を認証するための機能である。
・ライブ予約機能１０４は、ライブ配信者１０のライブ配信者端末１１からの要求に応じてライブ配信予約を受け付け、受け付けた予約内容をライブ配信情報データベース（ライブ配信情報ＤＢ）１０６に格納する機能である。
・予約データ発行機能１０５は、ライブ配信者端末１１からの要求に応じて、既に受け付けられている予約内容をライブ配信情報ＤＢ１０６より検索し、予約内容をライブ配信者端末１１に向けて送信する機能である。
・ライブ閲覧者認証機能１１１は、ライブ閲覧権通知機能１１６によって通知を受けたライブ閲覧者２０が実際に配信されるライブを閲覧する際に、通知を受けた本人であるかを認証する機能である。
・ライブ公開者数制限機能１１２は、ライブ配信を見ている人数（端末数）が、ライブ配信者１０が指定したライブ公開者数を下回っているかどうかチェックする機能であり、下回っている場合にのみ、新たな配信を許可する。
・ライブ公開者数指定機能１１３は、ライブ公開者数を制限する場合に、その指定人数（１人〜無制限）をライブ配信者１０に指定させるための機能である。
・ライブ公開方法選択機能１１４は、ライブを公開にするか非公開にするかをライブ配信者１０に指定させるための機能である。
・ライブ閲覧者選択機能１１５は、ライブ配信者１０がライブ予約時にそのライブを公開するか非公開にするかを選択し、非公開を選択した場合に、配信するライブ閲覧者２０をライブ配信者１０に指定させるための機能である。
・ライブ閲覧権通知機能１１６は、ライブ閲覧者選択機能１１５によって選択指定されたライブ閲覧者２０に対して、予約指定されたライブの情報と閲覧時の認証情報を、ライブ配信情報ＤＢ１０６とユーザ情報管理データベース（ユーザ情報管理ＤＢ）１０７とを参照して生成し、ライブ閲覧者管理データベース（ライブ閲覧者管理ＤＢ）１１８に格納した上で、ライブ閲覧者端末２１に対して通知する機能である。
・課金処理機能１１８は、ライブ配信者１０に請求するライブ配信費用、ライブ閲覧者２０に請求するライブ閲覧（視聴）費用を算出するための機能であり、ライブ配信者１０に対する課金額は、例えば、ライブ配信時間（ライブ放送時間）と、ライブ配信時間帯などに応じて算出することができる。また、ライブ閲覧者２０に対する課金額は、ライブ視聴時間データを基に算出することができる。なお、課金はライブ配信者１０とライブ閲覧者２０の両方に対して行う場合の他に、ライブ配信者１０に対してのみ行う場合、ライブ閲覧者２０に対してのみ行う場合を選択することもできる。また、課金に関するデータは、課金情報管理データベース（課金情報管理ＤＢ）１１９に格納される。

また、ライブ配信サーバ１００内の各データベースには以下のデータが格納される。
・ライブ配信情報ＤＢ１０６は、ライブ配信予約に必要な情報を格納するデータベースである（図２（ａ）参照）。格納データとしては、例えば、「ライブ予約ＩＤ」、「ライブ配信年月日」、「ライブ配信開始時刻」、「配信時間」、「ライブ配信開始可能時刻」などのデータが記録される。なお、「ライブ配信開始可能時刻」は「ライブ配信開始時刻」から所定の余裕時間を差し引いたものである。
・ユーザ情報管理ＤＢ１０７は、ライブ配信者１０およびライブ閲覧者２０に関するユーザデータを格納するデータベースである（図２（ｂ）参照）。格納データとしては、例えば、「ユーザＩＤ」、「ユーザ名」、「ユーザアカウント」、「ユーザパスワード」、「ユーザの端末が接続されている通信ネットワークの配信帯域」などの情報が格納される。

・ライブ閲覧者管理ＤＢ１１８は、ライブの公開に制限をかける場合に、閲覧可能なユーザを管理するためのデータベースである（図２（ｃ）参照）。格納データとしては、例えば、「ライブ予約ＩＤ」、「ユーザＩＤ」、「認証用ＩＤ」などの情報が格納される。

また、図３は、ライブ配信システムの動作の流れについて説明するための図であり、図１に例示するライブ配信システムにおける「ライブ予約手順の流れ」を示すための図である。
以下、図３を基に、ライブ予約の手順の流れについて説明する。
（１）ライブ配信者１０はライブ配信者端末１１からライブ配信サーバ１００側にログインする（ステップＳ１）。ライブ配信サーバ１００ではライブ配信者１０の認証を行う（ステップＳ２）。

（２）ライブ配信サーバ１００内のライブ予約機能１０４により、ライブ配信者端末１１には、「ライブ予約画面」が表示される（ステップＳ３）。ライブ配信者１０は「ライブ予約画面」上に、「ライブ配信年月日」、「ライブ配信開始時刻」、「配信時間」、「ライブタイトル」、「ライブ公開の選択」などの情報を入力し（ステップＳ４）、ライブ配信サーバ１００内のライブ予約機能１０４に向けて送信する。図６に「ライブ予約画面」の一例を示す。例えば、図６中の符号ａで示す「ライブ予約画面」が最初に表示される。

（ｂ）ライブ配信者１０は、「ライブ公開者数指定画面」にライブ公開者数を入力する（１人〜無制限まで）（ステップＳ９）。このライブ公開者数の情報はライブ配信情報ＤＢ１０６に格納される（ステップＳ１０）。

・ライブ配信者１０が「ライブ非公開」を選択した場合
（ａ）　ライブ公開方法選択機能１１４は、ライブ閲覧者選択機能１１５を呼び出し、ライブ配信者端末１１には、「ライブ閲覧者選択画面」が表示される（ステップＳ１１）。例えば、図６中の符号ｃで示す「ライブ閲覧者選択画面」が表示される。
（ｂ）ライブ配信者１０は、「ライブ閲覧者選択画面」に入力することにより、ライブ閲覧者選択機能１１５に対して、ライブ閲覧権を与えるユーザ（ライブ閲覧者）を選択指定する（ステップＳ１２）。図６に示す例では、電子メールアドレスによりライブ閲覧者を指定している。
（ｃ）ライブ閲覧者選択機能１１５は指定されたユーザのデータ（ユーザＩＤ、電子メールアドレス等）をユーザ情報管理ＤＢ１０７より取得し、ライブ閲覧権通知機能１１６に渡す（ステップＳ１３）。
（ｄ）　ライブ閲覧権通知機能１１６は、与えられた「ユーザＩＤ」及び「ライブＩＤ」をライブ閲覧者管理ＤＢ１１８に格納し（ステップＳ１４）、ライブ閲覧権を示す認証データを作成した後に，ライブ閲覧者端末２１に送信する（ステップＳ１５、Ｓ１６）。

［指定されたユーザへのライブ通知方法（ライブ非公開の場合）］
次に、「ライブ配信非公開」の場合の、ライブ閲覧者選択機能１１５の機能により選択指定されたユーザ（ライブ閲覧者２０）に対する「ライブ通知方法」と「通知内容」について説明する。

（１）ライブの通知方法
ライブ配信者が「ライブ配信の非公開」を選択した場合、ライブ閲覧権通知機能１１６は、ライブ閲覧者への通知方法として、以下に示す手段のいずれかを用いる。
・配信予約時に、指定されたユーザ（ライブ閲覧者２０）の端末に対して電子メールを用いて通知する。
・ライブ配信時刻の一定時間前に電子メールを用いて通知する。
・ライブ配信時間中にライブを閲覧していないユーザ（ライブ閲覧者２０）に対して電子メールを用いて通知する。

（２）ライブの通知内容
ライブ閲覧者認証機能１１１が、ユーザ（ライブ閲覧者２０）毎に認証を行うために、通知内容には、認証用のデータを付け加えて送信する。送信する内容は以下に示す手段のいずれかを用いる。
・ユーザ（ライブ閲覧者２０）毎にライブ放送用のＵＲＬを生成して、ライブ配信サーバ１００へのログイン情報と指定されたＵＲＬを用いて認証を行い、視聴を管理する。
・ライブのＵＲＬは共通のものとして１つもっておき、通知する内容には、それぞれのユーザ（ライブ閲覧者２０）に対応した認証コードを生成し、ＵＲＬを＜ライブＵＲＬ＞＆＜認証コード＞として作成し、ライブ配信サーバ１００へのログイン情報と指定された認証コードを用いて認証を行い、視聴を管理する。図７に、本例の場合の「ライブの通知メール」の例を示す。
・ライブ閲覧を行うユーザ（ライブ閲覧者２０）はあらかじめ自分の使用している端末２１のＩＰ情報やマシン番号等をライブ配信サーバ１００上のユーザ情報管理ＤＢ１０７に登録しておく。ライブ閲覧者２０が指定されたＵＲＬにアクセスしてきた際に、ユーザ情報管理ＤＢ１０７から閲覧者の情報をチェックすることで認証を行い、視聴を管理する。

［ライブ放送時のアクセス制限（ライブ公開を選択した場合）］
（１）最初に、ライブ配信者１０がライブ公開を選択した場合のアクセス制限の手順について説明する。図４は、ライブ公開を選択した場合のライブ放送時のアクセス制限の手順を示す図であり、以下、図４を基に、その手順の流れについて説明する。
（ａ）ライブ閲覧者２０は何らかの手段でライブ配信サーバ１００上でのライブの実施を知る。
（ｂ）ライブ閲覧者２０は、ライブ閲覧者端末２１からライブ配信サーバ１００にログインし、ライブ配信サーバ１００ではライブ閲覧者２０の認証を行う（ステップＳ２１、Ｓ２２）。認証が正常に行われると、ライブ閲覧者端末２１にはライブ選択画面が表示される（ステップＳ２３）。
（ｃ）ライブ閲覧者２０は閲覧したいライブのサムネイル（ライブ内容を識別するための小さなイメージ表示）をクリックしてライブを選択する（ステップＳ２４）。
（ｄ）ライブ公開者数制限機能１１２は、ライブ閲覧者２０のログイン情報、及び、そのライブ配信を見ている人数（端末数）が、ライブ配信者１０が配信予約時に指定したライブ公開者数を下回っているかどうかチェックする。下回っている場合にのみ配信を許可する（ステップＳ２５からＳ２９）。
（ｅ）なお、同じライブ閲覧者２０がブラウザの別ウィンドウで同じライブを見ようとした場合は許可しない。
（ｆ）また、ライブ閲覧者２０がライブを閲覧した時間を監視し（ステップＳ３０）、課金情報管理ＤＢ１１９に記録し（ステップＳ３１）、課金する場合の基データとして使用する。

（２）ライブ公開者数制限機能１１２による公開者数制限機能の実現方法
本発明では、ライブ公開者数制限機能を、ライブ配信機能１０２に頼るものではなく、サービスを実現するサーバの基本機能として実現している。
すなわち、ライブ配信を実施するライブ配信サーバ１００を、認証を受けないとアクセスできないようにしておき、ライブ閲覧者２０はサーバにログインしてからライブ配信ページにアクセスする。ライブ配信ページでは、１つのライブが何人のライブ閲覧者によってクリックされたかを記憶しておき、閲覧者の人数（端末数）に上限を設ける。

（３）同じライブ閲覧者がブラウザの別ウィンドウで同じライブを見ようとした場合は閲覧を許可しない機能の実現方法
・１人のライブ閲覧者２０がライブを見つづけているかどうかを検出することで、機能を実現する。
▲１▼　同期マルチメディア統合言語を用いて、ライブ配信用のファイルと、各ユーザのライブ閲覧データを同期させてライブ配信を行う。
▲２▼　ユーザ（ライブ閲覧者２０）がある一定時間以上ライブを閲覧していると、ライブ閲覧データが更新される。
▲３▼　ライブ閲覧のデータは、ライブ閲覧者管理ＤＢ１１８に記録されており、ユーザがどのライブをどれだけの時間閲覧しているかを記録することができる。
▲４▼　あるユーザからライブ配信をリクエストされた場合、ライブ閲覧者管理ＤＢ１１８を検索して、そのユーザ（ライブ閲覧者２０）のライブ閲覧データを検索することで、同じライブ閲覧者２０が別ウィンドウで同じライブの閲覧を行うことを阻止する。

［ライブ放送時のアクセス制限（ライブ非公開を選択した場合）］
次に、ライブ配信者１０が「ライブ非公開」を選択した場合のアクセス制限について説明する。図５は、ライブ非公開を選択した場合のライブ放送時のアクセス制限の手順を示す図であり、以下、図５を基に、その手順の流れについて説明する。

（１）ライブ閲覧権通知機能１１６は、ライブ閲覧者２０に対してライブ配信者１０が選択した以下のいずれかの手段によってライブの実施を通知する（ステップＳ４１）。
・配信予約時に、指定されたユーザに対して電子メールを用いて通知する。
・ライブ配信時刻の一定時間前に電子メールを用いて通知する。
・ライブ配信時間中にライブを閲覧していないユーザに対して電子メールを用いて通知する。
（２）ライブ閲覧者２０はライブ閲覧者端末２１に通知された情報を保持する（ステップＳ４２）。
（３）ライブ閲覧者２０はライブ開始時刻になると（ステップＳ４３）、送られてきた通知メールに記載されているＵＲＬをクリックする。
（４）ブラウザが遷移して、ライブ閲覧者２０がＵＲＬに記載されているサーバにログインしていない場合はログインする（ステップＳ４４）。
（５）ＵＲＬを指定した際に、ライブ閲覧者２０のユーザ名と認証コードを、ライブ閲覧者認証機能１１１によって確認して、ライブ閲覧の権利をチェックし（ステップＳ４５）、閲覧権がある場合はライブ配信を行う（ステップＳ４６、Ｓ４７、Ｓ４８）。正常な認証が行われなかった場合はその旨を伝えて終了する（ステップＳ４９）。

・予約データ発行処理部１３４は、ライブ配信者端末１１からの要求に応じて、既に受け付けられている予約内容をライブ配信情報ＤＢ１０６より検索し、予約内容をライブ配信者端末１１に向けて送信するための処理部である。
・ライブ閲覧者認証処理部１３５は、ライブ閲覧権通知処理部１４０によって通知を受けたユーザ（ライブ閲覧者２０）が実際に配信されるライブを閲覧する際に、通知を受けた本人の正当性（閲覧権を有する本人であるかどうか）を認証するための処理部である。
・ライブ公開者数制限処理部１３６は、ライブ配信を見ている人数（端末数）が、ライブ配信者１０が指定したライブ公開者数を下回っているかどうかチェックし、下回っている場合にのみ、新たなライブ配信を許可するための処理部である。
・ライブ公開者数指定処理部１３７は、ライブ公開者数を制限する場合に、その指定人数（１人〜無制限）をライブ配信者１０に指定させるための処理部である。
・ライブ公開方法選択処理部１３８は、ライブを公開にするか非公開にするかをライブ配信者１０に指定させるための処理部である。
・ライブ閲覧者選択処理部１３９は、ライブ配信者１０がライブの配信予約時にそのライブを「非公開」に選択した場合に、配信するユーザ（ライブ閲覧者２０）をライブ配信者１０に選択指定させるための処理部である。

なお、この処理プログラム部１３０は専用のハードウエアにより実現されるものであってもよく、またこの処理プログラム部はメモリおよびＣＰＵ（中央処理装置）等の汎用の情報処理装置により構成され、この処理部の機能を実現するためのプログラム（図示せず）をメモリにロードして実行することによりその機能を実現させるものであってもよい。また、このライブ配信サーバ１００には、周辺機器として入力装置、表示装置等（いずれも表示せず）が接続されているものとする。ここで、入力装置としては、キーボード、マウス等の入力デバイスのことをいう。表示装置とは、ＣＲＴ（Ｃａｔｈｏｄｅ　Ｒａｙ　Ｔｕｂｅ）や液晶表示装置等のことをいう。

また、図８に示すライブ配信サーバ１００内の処理プログラム部１３０の機能を実現するためのプログラムをコンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体に記録して、この記録媒体に記録されたプログラムをコンピュータシステムに読み込ませ、実行することにより、図８に示すライブ配信サーバ１００内の処理プログラム部１３０に必要な処理を行ってもよい。なお、ここでいう「コンピュータシステム」とは、ＯＳや周辺機器等のハードウェアを含むものとする。

また、「コンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体」とは、フレキシブルディスク、光磁気ディスク、ＲＯＭ、ＣＤ−ＲＯＭ等の可般媒体、コンピュータシステムに内蔵されるハードディスク等の記憶装置のことをいう。
さらに「コンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体」とは、インターネット等のネットワークや電話回線等の通信回線を介してプログラムを送信する場合の通信線のように、短時間の間、動的にプログラムを保持するもの（伝送媒体ないしは伝送波）、その場合のサーバやクライアントとなるコンピュータシステム内部の揮発性メモリのように、一定時間プログラムを保持しているものも含むものとする。
また上記プログラムは、前述した機能の一部を実現するためのものであっても良く、さらに前述した機能をコンピュータシステムにすでに記録されているプログラムとの組み合わせで実現できるもの、いわゆる差分ファイル（差分プログラム）であっても良い。

以上説明したように、本発明のライブ配信サーバ及びライブ配信方法においては、ライブ配信サーバは、ライブ配信者の端末からライブ配信の予約を受け付ける際に、さらにライブ公開者数の指定情報を受信し、ライブ配信中には、ライブを閲覧している端末数を監視し、指定されたライブ公開者数を下回っているかどうかチェックし、下回っている場合にのみ、新たな端末へのライブ配信を許可する。
これにより、配信フォーマットに依存しないライブ閲覧者数（視聴数）の制限機能が実現できる。そのため、配信帯域を使い切ってしまうといった問題を防ぐことができ、また、閲覧者（視聴者）数に応じた課金サービスなどを行うことができる。

また、本発明のライブ配信サーバ及びライブ配信方法においては、ライブ配信者の端末からライブ配信の予約を受け付ける際に、ライブを見ることのできるライブ閲覧者の選択情報を受信し、選択されたライブ閲覧者の端末に、予約指定されたライブの情報と閲覧時の認証情報を通知し、通知を受けたライブ閲覧者が実際にライブを閲覧する際には、閲覧時の認証情報を基に、通知を受けた本人であることを認証してからライブ配信する。
これにより、ライブ配信者は、個人的な仲間内でのライブ放送を実施することができる。また、選択されたライブ閲覧者はライブの実施日時などを調べるためにライブ配信サーバにアクセスする必要がなくなる。
