Abstract
Description
【課題のI】
[Current state of technology related to the invention]
As a result of the intensive expansion of poultry farming, it has become difficult to treat chicken manure.
In particular. In recent years, as the use of cattle and swine manure has progressed, competition with these has led to a stagnation in the use of chicken manure, which has difficulty in fertilizer processing.
The biggest problem with chicken manure is odor. It is good when dry, but if it contains moisture, it emits an odor even after fertilization. In recent years, the wave of residential land has been rushing around arable land, and houses are increasing. Therefore, the odor generation immediately became a source of pollution and noise. In addition, farmers themselves have long been accustomed to odorless chemical fertilizers, and as a result, are particularly vulnerable to odors. Due to these trends, fertilizers are also the most abhorrent of odors. This is the reason why chicken dung is avoided. If chicken dung does not have an excellent composition, it is the only place to be discarded, but it is a wonderful ingredient. In the absence of incomplete chemical fertilizers, it is a double or triple loss not to use them.
From this point of view, this proposal proposes to utilize chicken dung.
[Issues to be solved by the invention]
First of all, it is important that no odor remains in the product. Chicken dung differs from dung of cattle and pigs in that uric acid and protein dominate. However, there was no way to use that characteristic. That is why it could not be converted to good quality fertilizer.
[Means for Solving the Problems]
[I]
In this method, the treatment is performed focusing on the characteristics of chicken dung.
There are two main sources of chicken dung odor. One is ammonia generated by decomposition of urea, and the other is generated by anaerobic decomposition of proteins and the like.
The present invention focuses on proteins, etc., but requires rapid processing. That is, the degradation of uric acid / urea is acceptable, and one protein is completely degraded. As a result, the ureolytic enzyme is also decomposed, and the odor generated by the product can be almost completely prevented. On the other hand, leaving more uric acid and urea increases the value of the product, but we want to proceed with fermentation rapidly. To do so, it is effective to make chicken dung fine, and it requires a moderate amount of water.
[Issue II]
In order to decompose the protein component, an aerobic microorganism (Bacillus subtilis) is simultaneously acted on using a carbon-based auxiliary material. Although it is aerobic fermentation, chicken manure is high in calories, so fermentation must be advanced rapidly for rapid processing. For this purpose, we use materials obtained by processing wood of a limited tree species using special machines as carbon-based materials. That is, as a result of trials of various materials, it was found that a crushed product obtained by processing hardwood with a biaxial shear crusher was the most highly functional and far superior fermentation material. In the present invention, this crushed product is used as a base material for fermentation, and chicken manure is mixed with this.
[Note 1]
The main focus is chicken dung processing, but the main fermentation material is crushed. Chicken manure is a fermentation promoter, and it is natural that the ratio of chicken manure to crushed products is larger in the latter case.
It is especially pointed out that the resulting product is rich in humic substances (humic substances), adding ideal properties and excellent ingredients as fertilizers.
[Note 2]
During fermentation, the water content is controlled, and the temperature is controlled according to the state of generation of ammonia. However, if the fermentation temperature is high, the digestion of uric acid proceeds, and the fertilizer value of the product decreases.
[Note 3]
The mixture of the crushed product and chicken dung is piled up in a pile of about 1.2 m in height and about 2 m in width. The width may be appropriately set to an easily manageable level, but the height is limited and important.
