本発明は、チャイルドシートを装着する自動車用シートなどの車両用シートに関する。

ISOFIX方式のチャイルドシートを装着するシートは、シートクッションの後部側にアンカーを設け、このアンカーにチャイルドシートの後部に設けたロック部材のロック爪が係止されるように構成されている(例えば、特開2002ー172960号公報)。

以上のアンカーはシートクッションの着座面における後部に、上下方向に開孔した通孔内に配設している。
従って、通孔からシートクッション内部の発泡体製パッドが外部から視覚されるため、シートクッションの外観品質が損なわれる。

そのため、前記パッドを被覆するトリムカバーに設けた開孔における孔縁に沿って筒状に縫製した被覆片を縫着し、この被覆片をパッドの孔に挿し込んでいる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
以上の従来品は、トリムカバーに前記通孔形成用の開孔を形成し、筒状の被覆片を縫着しなければならないため、縫製の手数を要する不具合があった。

しかも、パッドの孔に挿し込んだ筒状の被覆片は、チャイルドシートのロック爪のアンカーに対する係脱によって、パッドの孔から外部に露出する虞れがあった。

そこで、本発明は構造簡単にしてチャイルドシートを装着するシートクッションにおいて、その外観品質を向上させることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
以上の目的を達成するための本発明に係る車両用シートは、前記シートクッションの着座面側のトリムカバーは前記通孔を境界に、前部カバーと、この前部カバーに接ぎ合わせた後部カバーとからなり、該後部カバーに、前記トリムカバーに被覆される発泡体製パッドの挿通孔内の後内壁に接着される被片を設けてなる構成である。

従って、後カバー部の接ぎ合わせ布端に被片を設け、この被片をパッドの挿通孔内に後カバーの接着時に同時に接着できる。

また、前記通孔を、発泡体製パッドの前部カバーと後部カバーとの接ぎ合わせ個所に対応する位置に設けたトリムカバー接ぎ合わせ個所収納用の収納溝内に設ることにより、外部から視覚され難い位置に通孔を形成でき、更に、シートクッションの外観品質を向上し得る。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の一形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
図1は本発明に係る自動車用シートを示し、図中SCはシートクッション、SBはシートバック、CSはチャイルドシート、イ、イはチャイルドシートCSのアンカー4を配設する通孔を各々示す。

チャイルドシートCSは従来周知のISOFIX方式のもので、図3に示すようにその後部より後方に向けて突設したロック部材41のロック爪42がアンカー4に係止することにより、シートに固定されるものである。

アンカー4は図4に示すようにシートクッションSCのフレーム3に両遊端が溶接されているコ字状のワイヤで、このワイヤはシートクッションSCの発泡体製パッド1に設けた挿通孔10A内に図2、図3に示すように上向きに配設されている。

シートクッションSCの着座面側のトリムカバーは前部カバー20と後部カバー21とから構成され、前部カバー20と後部カバー21は一体にミシンで接ぎ合わされており、この接ぎ合わせ個所がパッドの後部上面に形成した収納溝10B内に収容されるように形成されている。

そして、収容溝10BはシートバックSBの下部底面下方に位置し、この収容溝10B内に前記挿通孔10A…が設けてある。

従って、後部カバー21はシートバックSBの下部によって隠蔽されるし、着座者の尻部が接触しないため、前部カバー20に対して安価で薄い布地を使用している。

また、パッド1の上面10に接着剤を塗布して前記前部カバー20と後部カバー21が接着される。
この接着時に後部カバー21に設けた被片22をパッド1の挿通孔10Aにおける後内壁10A′に同時に接着する。

パッド1の挿通孔10A内には前記パッド1の上面に接着剤を塗布する際、接着剤を挿通孔10A内にも塗布する。

以上の被片22は後部カバー21を前部カバー20に接ぎ合わせる際の縫い代の一部を利用して被片22としてもよいが、図2、図3に示すように後部カバー21と別体の被片22を後部カバー21に縫着するのが好ましい。

斯して、図2に示すように外部から視覚されるパッド1の挿通孔10Aにおける後内壁10A′が被片22によって被覆されるので、シートクッションSCの外観品質を向上することができる。

また、図3に示すように、チャイルドシートCSを装着した際、ロック部材41の先端部41Aが被片22に突き当たり、直接パッド1にロック部材41が接触することがない。従って、被片22がパッド1の保護部材となる。

なお、後部カバー21はその端末がホッグリング30などによってフレーム3側に結着され、パッド1はフレーム3に固着した支持部材31に支持されている。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、トリムカバーの前部カバーに接ぎ合わせる後部カバーにおける前部カバーの接ぎ合わせ個所に被片を設け、この被片をパッドの挿通孔における後内壁に接着するのみで、パッドの挿通孔が外部から視覚されることがない。従って、構造簡単にして外観品質に優れたシートを提供できる。

また、通孔を前部カバーと後部カバーの接ぎ合わせ個所を収納する収納溝に設けることにより、通孔自体が外部に視覚され難く、シートクッションの外観品質を更に向上させることができる。
