Abstract
Description
【0001】
No. 8 (C.I. 45 350)、D&C レッド No.31 (C.I. 15 800) 、D&C レッド No. 22 (C.I. 45 380) 、D&C No. 4 (C.I. 15 510)、D&C グリーン No. 5、D&C レッド No. 6 (C.I. 15 850)、FD&C No. 3 (C.I. 42 053)、FD&C ブルー No. 1 (C.I. 42 090)、EXT.D&C No. 2 (C.I. 60 730)、EXT.D&C イエロー No. 7 (C.I. 10 316)、アシッド ブラック 1 (C.I. 20 470)、アシッド ブルー 3 (C.I. 42 051)、アシッド グリーン 25 (C.I. 61570) 、アシッド グリーン 1 (C.I. 10 020)、アシッド オレンジ 3 (C.I. 10 358)、アシッド オレンジ 24 (C.I. 20 170) 、アシッド レッド 27 (C.I.16 185) 、アシッド レッド 18 (C.I. 16 255) 、アシッド レッド 52 (C.I.45 100) 、アシッド バイオレット 9 (C.I. 45 190)、アシッド イエロー 1 (C.I. 10 316)、アシッド イエロー 23 (C.I. 19 140) がある。

【0013】
ポリグルコシドとしては、例えばCocoGlucosid(市販名:Cognis社のPlantacare 818 UP/ドイツ連邦共和国)がある。

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a gel or cream hair dye containing an acid dye as a main component.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the dyeing of hair, direct dyes have become increasingly important in addition to oxidative dyes for hair which are produced by oxidative coupling of one or more developing components to one another. In this context, it is increasingly important to use hair dyes, especially those based on acid dyes, because such hair dyes enable hair dyeing which is not particularly harmful to the body.
[0003]
A problem with such hair dyes is that they often result in dark staining of the scalp as well as the surrounding skin.
[0004]
In order to avoid such problems, a gel-like hair dyeing preparation is used, and this gel is applied to the scalp at a very precise interval of 1 to 2 mm, and furthermore, it is applied to the skin. Is to apply to the hair while avoiding contact with the hair. However, this cannot be achieved with hitherto known hair dye gels in which cellulose is used for thickening. This is because such gels do not adhere well to the hair and run off the hair relatively easily.
[0005]
Attempts have already been made to eliminate this problem by utilizing the following thickeners. For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 08-245348 discloses an acidic hair coloring agent characterized by using an acrylic acid homopolymer for thickening. However, making this drug based on polyacrylic acid is very expensive and very dusty. Moreover, the gel is unstable due to the acids and solvents contained in the drug. For this reason, there is a high risk of being separated into ions particularly at a temperature of 10 ° C. or less.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, there has been a continuing need for hair dye gels based on acid dyes, which can be easily produced and are stable, but which can uniformly dye hair without dyeing the scalp.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
It has now been found that the use of certain acrylamide copolymers in order to thicken hair dyes can very well solve the above-mentioned problems.
[0008]
The subject of the present invention is therefore to provide a hair dye based on at least one acid dye, which hair dye comprises (acrylamide / acryloyldimethyltaurine Na) copolymer as thickener. Features.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The hair dyes according to the invention contain (acrylamide / acryloyldimethyltaurine Na) copolymer, preferably in an amount of 0.5 to 10% by weight, particularly preferably 1.5 to 5% by weight.
[0010]
Furthermore, the hair dye gel according to the invention contains at least one acid dye or a mixture of two or more acid dyes, the total amount of such dyes being from 0.01 to 5% by weight. Is preferable.
[0011]
Examples of the acid dye include known acid food dyes and acidic D & Cs described in CTFA-International Cosmetic Ingredient Dictionary, 5th edition, (1993), pp. 182-192 and 270-274. Dye, Ext. [0013]
The above-mentioned dye is characterized by being used under acidic conditions for the purpose of dyeing hair in order to enhance hair dyeing. The dyestuffs according to the invention therefore have an acidic pH value between 1.5 and 7, wherein the adjustment to the desired pH value is generally achieved by means of lactic acid, glycolic acid, succinic acid, malic acid, tartaric acid and the like. Or an inorganic acid such as phosphoric acid.
[0014]
In order to improve the dyeing ability, in addition to the dye of the present invention, a so-called carrier substance such as benzyl alcohol, N-methylpyrrolidone, 1,3-butanediol, phenylethyl alcohol, propylene glycol, n-propanol, or Other solvents that promote dye penetration can be added. At this time, it is preferable to add benzyl alcohol and / or propylene glycol, and the total amount of benzyl alcohol and propylene glycol is about 2 to 25% by weight. In addition, triethylene glycol monobutyl ether and 2-benzyloxyethanol, and ethanol and isopropanol can be added. In this case, the total amount of ethanol and isopropanol is about 2 to 25% by weight.
[0015]
In particular, the dyestuffs according to the invention additionally comprise one or more isoparaffins, preferably isohexadecane, and one or more nonionic surfactants, preferably polyoxyethylene (20) sorbitan monooleate (polysorbate 80). .
[0016]

[0018]
The aforementioned compounds are preferably added in aqueous "premix" form. This includes about 30-50% (preferably 35-40%) by weight of (acrylamide / acryloyldimethyltaurine Na) copolymer, about 15-30% (preferably 20-25%) isoparaffin, and about 5% -15% by weight (preferably 5-10% by weight) of a nonionic surfactant (a total amount of 100% by weight of water).
[0019]
Suitable commercial products include, for example, SIMULGEL 600 from Seppic (37.5% (acrylamide / acryloyldimethyltaurine Na) copolymer; 22.5% isohexadecane; 7.5% polysorbate 80; water in a total amount of 100% ).
[0020]
In one particularly preferred embodiment, the substance according to the invention further comprises a polyglucoside. Examples of the polyglucoside include CocoGlucosid (commercial name: Plantacare 818 UP of Cognis / Federal Republic of Germany). The amount of the polyglucoside used is preferably about 0.1 to 3% by weight, particularly preferably 0.5 to 2% by weight.
[0021]
Further, the hair dye of the present invention may be, for example, a fragrance oil, a complexing agent, a cosmetic resin such as polyvinylpyrrolidone or polyvinyl acetate, a hair protecting substance such as alginate, guar gum, a cationic polymer or a lanolin derivative, or a wetting agent. The hair dyes according to the invention have a relatively high water content, which is about 25-90% by weight, preferably 30-70% by weight.
[0024]
The use of the hair dye of the present invention is carried out in a well-known manner, wherein the above-mentioned hair dye is applied to hair in an amount sufficient to dye the hair, that is, about 30 to 30 depending on the length of the hair. 120 g are applied and the hair dye is allowed to act at 15-50 ° C. for about 5-50 minutes, after which the hair is thoroughly rinsed with water and dried.
[0025]
The hair dye of the present invention can be applied very well without flowing down from the hair, and as a result, excellent dyeing of the hair is possible without simultaneously dyeing the scalp. Other advantages include that the hair dyes of the present invention are easy to manufacture, while on the other hand there are no dust problems during practical manufacture and the stability of the agents is high ( Especially regarding the separation of the drug).
