Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press-through-pack (PTP) package with which a tablet or the like can be prevented from being erroneously taken by making the PTP package and an operating instruction into a single package, contents can be easily and stably removed with weak force of an aged person or the like, and a hermetic member is surrounded by an operating instruction mount and protected against external force. <P>SOLUTION: The PTP package with the operating instruction mount is so constituted that a lower, a center or an upper portion of a blank plate comprising a label and/or a sealing material with a crease, a cut line or the like applied is glued to a surface of a lid material of the hermetic member of the PTP package so that the contents such as the tablet can be easily taken out without peeling the blank board. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO

2. Description of the Related Art Press-through packaging (hereinafter referred to as PTP packaging) is a transparent plastic sheet (or plastic film) made of thermoplastic resin, which is recessed into a size of contents by hot air pressure molding or hot vacuum molding. Or, make a small deep-drawing container, fill the container with solid seasonings, foods such as confectionery, pharmaceuticals such as tablets or ampoules, and cover the recessed housing with aluminum foil or a lid material such as a thin rigid plastic sheet. It is a hermetically sealed package and is often used for packaging pharmaceutical tablets, pills, troches, and capsules.

In addition to safety, pharmaceuticals are effective,
In order to guarantee the displayability etc., it is required to pay special attention to the protective function of pharmaceutical preparations and packaging materials against quality deterioration. Conventionally, a polyvinyl chloride sheet having good transparency and good moldability has been mainly used as a base material sheet for PTP molding, but in recent years, unstretched polypropylene sheet, polyethylene terephthalate sheet, etc. have been used due to disposal and the like. There is.

Further, since pharmaceutical preparations such as tablets, troches, and capsules have high hygroscopicity, a transparent molded base sheet having a high water vapor barrier property is desired. Therefore, a polyvinyl chloride sheet is coated with polyvinylidene chloride. However, there is a problem that the packaging material cost becomes high.

For this reason, low-cost and low-pollution polypropylene is used, but it is not an optimum base sheet in terms of transparency, moldability, etc., and laminated base sheets are also used. In addition, when the moisture resistance, gas barrier property, light shielding property, etc. of the contents are particularly required, the PTP package is packaged with a predetermined quantity automatic packaging machine in a three-sided or four-sided seal with a packaging material having a high gas barrier property and a light shielding property. Has been done.

Further, as a lid member for sealing the containing portion containing the contents, by pushing the contained contents and the like from the molded body side, the lid member is destroyed and taken out, so that moisture resistance and gas barrier property are provided. A lid material is generally used in which one-sided or double-sided printing is performed on an aluminum foil of 20 to 40 μm which is excellent and has an excellent opening property, and a sealing material such as a heat seal lacquer is applied. In addition, because the lid material emphasizes the protection of the contents and because it is designed so that it cannot be easily broken by children, it is a difficult task for a weak elderly person to push the contents strongly. ing.

[0008] Furthermore, the labeling of drugs in PTP packages of pharmaceutical preparations is currently mainly done by printing the registration mark or symbol of the drug manufacturer or drug number on the molding base material or lid material, and the drug is generally used by ordinary people. The fact is that the drug efficacy, etc. is unknown at all, not to mention the manufacturer and drug name.

[0009] Regarding the pharmaceutical preparations packaged in PTP, as a measure for preventing medical accidents, it is instructed to specify the trade name, standard, content, etc. in an inner bag containing a PTP packaging sheet or the like. However, in many cases, a plurality of drugs are dispensed or prescribed in a pharmacy based on a prescription prescribed by a doctor, and when these plural drugs are enclosed in the same medicine bag and given to the patient, the drug is given to the patient. It is given to the patient after explaining what medicine should be taken and what kind of usage. However, the patient needs to memorize the drug type and dose, etc., but at a later date, it becomes impossible to distinguish the drug type, etc., and a drug accident due to accidental ingestion may occur due to mistaken identification of drugs that are similar in appearance. ing.

Further, a base of a press-through pack package in which a transparent base material sheet is molded to form a recess for accommodating contents, and the opening of the recess is sealed with a lid material having a heat seal layer. A hard plastic sheet is often used as a material, which may cause damage to the hands or the like at the edge of the sheet when it is taken or carried.

Further, when the press-through package is carried, excessive pressure is applied to the recessed portion to cause the contents such as tablets to pop out, or the sealing lid material may be damaged to form a pinhole. The quality may be deteriorated.

As described above, the conventional P
The opening of the TP package is difficult for children to avoid accidentally swallowing it, and it is a difficult work for the elderly because the opening portion is strongly pressed and opened. Further, since a plurality of prescribed medicines are enclosed in the same medicine bag, it is difficult to identify the medicines, and it is difficult to understand how to take the medicine and the effects.

For this reason, the aluminum foil, which is the base material of the lid material for sealing the recessed accommodating portion for accommodating the contents, is slightly thickened to form a half-cut line in a shape smaller than the peripheral shape of the accommodating portion of the lid material. It has been proposed to improve the rupture property by applying pressure or the like to the peripheral portion of the accommodating portion.

However, the half-cut line processing requires precision, and if it is processed even deeper, the function of protecting the contents is significantly deteriorated. Also, in order to prevent accidental ingestion, the molded base material sheet is colored, and the shape and color of the drug are changed, but there are too many drugs and the number of similar products is increasing, so confusion occurs when taking them. ing. The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to improve the protection of the contents of a PTP package without applying a half-cut line or the like, and The function of preventing accidental ingestion and the protection of the lid material are added, and accidental ingestion is prevented when ingested, and the convenience of being able to easily take out the contents with fingertips even for the elderly and the seat edge when carrying and taking An object of the present invention is to provide a storage case for a PTP package sheet, which is excellent in safety and is free from accidental damage to parts.

According to the present invention, it is difficult for a child to easily open the press-through pack package with an instruction manual mount having the above-mentioned configuration, and it is possible to prevent accidental ingestion by a child. In addition, since a lot of information such as precautions is provided on the printed surface of the base plate when the patient takes the medicine, it can be prevented from being taken by accidental ingestion, and the contents of the PTP package can be taken out when the contents such as tablets are taken out. It is safe and easy to take out stably without fear of damaging fingers etc. at the peripheral edge. Further, since the PTP package is surrounded by the blank plate, damage to the lid material and the like can be prevented, so that the lid material can be broken when the contents such as tablets are taken out by reducing the thickness of the lid material. It can be taken out more easily than before, and the problems during incineration after use can be reduced. Furthermore, since the PTP package is surrounded by the blank plate, the contents such as tablets can be protected from external force. It is also possible to shield the contents such as tablets from light.
