〔c〕加入会員からの援護要求信号を受信する受信装置
と、〔d〕加入会員の個人データ及び各種援護機関に関

〔e〕加入会員から送られた援護要求信号に応じ、デー

でに記載の構成要素とから構成されることを特徴とする
聴覚障害者援護システム。 〔a〕少なくとも音声的手段以外の手段により、オペレ
ーションセンターに公衆通信回線を通じて援護要求信号
を送信し得る送信機。 〔b〕オペレーションセンターから公衆通信回線を通じ
て会員へ通知される通信データを受信し、これを視覚的
に表示し得る受信機。 〔c〕加入会員からの援護要求信号を受信する受信装
置。 〔d〕加入会員の個人データ及び各種援護機関に関する
データを記録し、随時更新されるデータベース。 〔e〕加入会員から送られた援護要求信号に応じ、デー
タベースに記録された個人データ及び各種援護機関に関
するデータを参照し、その会員に適した援護方法と、当
該援護方法を実行すべき援護機関を決定する演算装置。 〔f〕演算装置が決定した援護方法を実行するため、決
定された援護機関に公衆通信回線を通じて援護指令を伝
達する援護機関宛送信装置。 〔g〕援護を求めた会員に、少なくとも、実行される援
護方法及び援護機関名を、会員側の前記受信機により視
覚的に表示し得るデータとして公衆通信回線を通じて通
知する会員宛送信装置。
