Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ワイヤレス通信システム中で使用する加入者ユニットまたは他の送信機にお いて、 情報データの複数の情報源と、 情報データをエンコードするエンコーダと、 制御データの複数の制御源と、 搬送波信号上での送信のためにエンコードされた情報データをそれぞれ異なる 変調コードで変調し、複数の制御源からの制御データを合成し、エンコードされ た情報データと合成された制御データを送信のために出力する変調器とを具備す る加入者ユニット。 2.制御データが電力制御データとパイロットデータを含む請求項1記載の加入 者ユニット。 3.変調器が、電力制御データとパイロットデータをマルチプレクスするように 動作可能である請求項2記載の加入者ユニット。 4.変調器が、連続送信ために制御データを合成するように動作可能である請求 項3記載の加入者ユニット。 5.変調器が、時々送信するために情報データを変調する請求項4記載の加入者 ユニット。 6.変調コードがウォルシュコードである請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1 項記載の加入者ユニット。 7.複数の情報源の第1の情報源からの情報データを変調するために使用される ウォルシュコードが、複数の情報源の第2の情報源からの情報データを変調する ために使用されるウォルシュコードよりも長い請求項6記載の加入者ユニット。 8.複数の情報源の第1の情報源からの情報データを変調するために使用される ウォルシュコードが4チップを含み、複数の情報源の第2の情報源からの情報デ ータを変調するために使用されるウォルシュコードは2チップを含む請求項7記 載の加入者ユニット。 9.搬送波信号上での送信のために変調器からのデータを相互にかつ拡散コード と合成する合成器をさらに具備する請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか1項記載 の加入者ユニット。 10.拡散され、合成され、変調されたデータを伝える搬送波信号を送信する送 信回路をさらに具備する請求項9記載の加入者ユニット。 11.エンコーダが、情報データに対して低いコードレートエラー訂正とシーケ ンス反復を行うように構成されている請求項1ないし請求項10のいずれか1項 記載の加入者ユニット。 12.ワイヤレス通信システム中で使用する基地局または他の受信機において、 搬送波信号を受信し、それぞれ異なる変調コードで変調された複数の情報源か らのエンコードされた情報データと、相互に合成されている複数の制御源からの エンコードされた制御データとを搬送波信号から取り出す受信機と、 それぞれ異なる変調コードからのエンコードされた情報データと制御データと を復調する復調器と、 エンコードされた情報データをデコードし、制御データを復調するデコーダと を具備する基地局。 13.ワイヤレス通信システム中で送信する方法において、 複数の情報データを獲得し、 情報データをエンコードし、 複数の制御データを獲得し、 搬送波信号上での送信のために、エンコードされた情報データをそれぞれ異な る変調コードで変調し、 複数の制御源からの制御データを合成し、 送信のために、エンコードされた情報データと合成された制御データを出力す ることを含む方法。 14.第1の加入者ユニットが1組の加入者ユニットと通信している基地局に対 して制御データとパイロットデータを送信し、1組の加入者ユニット中の第1の 加入者ユニットから送信するために変調データを発生させる方法において、 a)前記制御データをパイロットデータと合成し、 b)前記合成された制御データとパイロットデータを単一のチャネル変調フォ ーマットにしたがって変調することを含む方法。
