いて、 トリムカバーの側面カバー部に面する前壁部と、その前
壁部より立ち上がる前後の側壁部とを有し、薄肉な脆弱
部による破断部を前側壁部との縁辺に沿って前壁部の面
内に設け、この破断部を設けた前壁部の縁辺から連続さ
せて張出しフランジ部を設け、更に、各側壁部の端部よ
り面内に位置させて止め穴を設けたモジュールホルダー
を備えると共に、そのモジュールホルダーの各側壁部に
設けた止め穴と係合する掛止めフックを両端部に設けた
ベースプレートを備え、 トリムカバーの破断部を側面カバー部の縫い合わせ目で
側面カバー部の面内に設け、そのトリムカバーの破断部
と前壁部の破断部とを整合させてモジュールホルダーを
側面カバー部の内側に配置すると共に、トリムカバーの
破断部を介して両側の隣接位置で前壁部並びに張出しフ
ランジ部の各板面を側面カバー部と個別に縫い合わせて
モジュールホルダーをトリムカバーの内側に取り付け、
一方、ベースプレートをエアーバッグ装置と共にシート
フレームの板面に取り付け、このベースプレートの掛止
めフックと各側壁部の止め穴とを係合させてエアーバッ
