キパッキン膜体を有するパッキン体が設けられており、

間部と縮径空間部が下から順に設けられており、一方、
前記塗布具の軸には、上下に間隔を置いて、第1および
第2の環状凸部が設けられており、前記第1の環状凸部
は、前記シゴキパッキン膜体の貫孔の内径より大きな外
径を有しているとともに、その周囲が前記拡径空間部を
画成する第1内周壁とは間隔を置かれた状態となるよう
な外径を有しており、一方、前記第2の環状凸部は、そ
の周囲が前記縮径空間部を画成する第2内周壁には摺接
することができるような外径を有しており、前記第1お
よび第2環状凸部の間隔が前記縮径空間部の上下方向長
さより長くされており、前記キャップが閉じられた状態
では、下側の第1環状凸部が前記シゴキパッキン膜体の
下方に位置し、上側の第2環状凸部が前記第2周壁に摺
接した状態となることを特徴とする粘性液体用塗布具付
