Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.可逆的に失活した炭化水素合成触媒を再生するための方法であって、該方法 は、前記触媒を、H2と1種以上の希釈剤とを含有する炭化水素合成反応器テー ルガスを含む再生ガスに接触させ、COが存在する場合に、H2対COモル比は 3:1より大きく、また該CO濃度は10モル%未満であることを特徴とする炭 化水素合成触媒の再生方法。 2.該テールガスは、水蒸気と液体炭化水素とを含み、その少なくとも一部は、 該触媒を再生するために使用される前に除去されることを特徴とする請求の範囲 1記載の触媒の再生方法。 3.該再生は、非シフト条件下で行われることを特徴とする請求の範囲2記載の 触媒の再生方法。 4.該ガスは、CO2を全ガス組成の5モル%を超える量で含むことを特徴とす る請求の範囲3記載の触媒の再生方法。 5.H2対COの該モル比は、4:1を超え、該CO2濃度は、10モル%を超え ることを特徴とする請求の範囲4記載の触媒の再生方法。 6.該再生は、非シフト炭化水素合成触媒の存在下でスラリー炭化水素合成方法 を伴なって実施されることを特徴とする請求の範囲1〜5 のいずれかに記載の触媒の再生方法。 7.該ガスは、CO2を全ガス組成の5モル%を超える量で含み、H2対COのモ ル比は、4:1を超えることを特徴とする請求の範囲6に記載の触媒の再生方法 。 8.該H2対COのモル比は5:1を超え、該CO2濃度は10モル%を超えるこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲7記載の触媒の再生方法。 9.合成方法で生成される該炭化水素は、C5+炭化水素を含み、その少なくと も一部は、転化に供されてより有用な生成物を生成することを特徴とする請求項 6〜8のいずれかに記載の触媒の再生方法。 10.該転化方法は、ディーゼル燃料として有用な生成物を製造するための水素 異性化を含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲9記載の触媒の再生方法。
