Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.有機物並びに無機汚染物質および重金属で汚染された堆積物や土壌を熱化学 除染および浄化して生成される環境的に安定な生成物であって、前記方法は、 a)前記汚染された堆積物または前記土壌を酸化カルシウム源、アルミナ、酸化 鉄および融剤と混合して混合物を生成する工程と、 b)前記混合物を加熱して溶融反応生成物を生成する工程と、 c)酸素を前記反応生成物に吹き込んで前記有機汚染物質を分解する工程と、 d)湿り空気、蒸気または水の存在下で前記反応生成物を急冷して珪酸塩網状構 造を有する無定形物質を形成し、前記珪酸塩網状構造内に前記無機汚染物質と前 記重金属とを取り込む工程と、 e)前記無定形物質を粉砕して、粉末を生成する工程と、 f)前記粉末をセメントと混合して混合セメントを生成する工程と を具備する生成物。 2.前記融剤がフッ化カルシウムである請求項1記載の生成物。 3.無定形であって、約20乃至40重量%の酸化カルシウム(CaO)、約45 乃至65重量%のシリカ(SiO2)、約5乃至20重量%のアルミナ(Al2O3) 、約2乃至10重量%の酸化鉄(Fe2O3)約0乃至5重量%の融剤の組成を有 する反応性溶融生成物。 4.マグネシア(MgO)、アルカリ(Na2OおよびK2O)、石膏として存在する 三酸化硫黄(SO3)、ハロゲン化無機物として存在するハロゲン、酸化燐(P2O5 )、酸化チタン(TiO2)および酸化ストロンチウム(SrO)などの少量の化 学成分を更に含む請求項3記載の反応性溶融生成物。 5.前記反応溶融物の融点が約1150℃乃至約1400℃である請求項3記載 の反応性溶融生成物。 6.前記反応性溶融生成物1部当たり、2.75部の砂と0.484部の20重 量%のNaOH水溶液とがさらに混合されて、21.4Mpa超の高圧縮強度の モルタルが生成される請求項3記載の反応性溶融生成物。 7.ポートランドセメントが更に混合されて、混合セメントが生成される請求 項3記載の反応性溶融生成物。 8.前記反応性溶融生成物内の、珪酸塩網状構造に重金属が取り込まれる請求項 3記載の反応性溶融生成物。 9.ポートランドセメントと反応性溶融生成物との混合物を具備する混合セメン トであって、前記反応性溶融生成物はCaO、SiO2、Al2O3、Fe2O3、 およびCaF2を含み、該反応性溶融生成物のポートランドセメントに対する重 量比は、約10部の反応性溶融生成物対して約90部のポートランドセメント乃 至約70部の反応性溶融生成物対して約30部のポートランドセメントである混 合セメント。 10.前記反応性溶融生成物の成分が前記ポートランドセメント内の消石灰を消 費する請求項9記載の混合セメント。 11.前記反応性溶融生成物は、約20乃至40重量%の酸化カルシウム(Ca O)、約45乃至65重量%のシリカ(SiO2)、約5乃至20重量%のアルミナ (Al2O3)、約2乃至10重量%の酸化鉄(Fe2O3)、約0乃至5重量%の融剤 の組成を有する請求項9記載の混合セメント。
