2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a cast semi-finished product has been conveyed by conveying means such as an Eflon conveyor or an oscillating conveyor.
The product separation process on the same line is reached. In this product separation process, the product is separated from the product by work (mechanical work) by a machine such as a weir folding device or weir cutting machine, or by manual work using a hammer or other tools Separated from the weir (separation work). The situation of this separation work will be described. Since the semi-finished casting to be separated has a temperature of about 300 ° C to 500 ° C (an example), there is a problem that causes human injury such as burns even in mechanical work. There are also deposits such as sand (which is an example), and this sand and hot air, dust, etc. are scattered, and this is a separation work under a poor work environment for workers, which is a problem. There is. Furthermore, it is not an exaggeration to say that it is extremely irrational because it requires manpower, working time, etc., and is a bottleneck in a reasonable casting line.

In the example of FIG. 7, the separator on one side is retracted, and a large upper opening is formed between the separator on the fixed (other side) side. Semifinished products supported by supports such as a movable crane, a robot arm, a link mechanism, a chain mechanism, and a wire mechanism are sequentially supplied to the upper opening in a suspended state. Unnecessary portions of the supplied semi-finished casting product are cut off and separated by an uneven separating portion provided on the one-side fixed-side separator. The separator on one side is provided in a suspended state with respect to the frame, and moves forward and backward by using one or several movable means such as a hydraulic cylinder or a cylinder and automatic control by a computer or the like (floating). Formula). This forward and backward sport,
Various operations such as pressing force, shape of the separation part, elasticity, and other operations are performed through automatic control by computer control or empirical control on the material, shape, quantity, etc. of the semi-finished casting product. (Hereinafter the same). And the same figure (a)
When the separating body on one side moves forward as indicated by the arrow,
As shown in (b), the upper part of the one-sided separator approaches the fixed-side separator, and the lower part of the one-side separator is separated from the fixed-side separator. Due to this transition, the separating part provided on the one-side fixed body is flexibly operated (movement like ciliary movement in the intestine), and the intermeshing gap is the product (work).
And sufficient space is provided to help drop some unnecessary parts. The flexible operation of the separation part and the excellent action of the soft touch break the joint (weir etc.) formed between the unnecessary part and the product, and prevent the concentrated load from being applied to the product. Care should be taken to ensure that the product slides indefinitely and does not damage the product, and the movement of the separator on one side is precisely controlled. By moving the one-sided separator forward, the product is cut and separated without impact, and the downward movement (transfer work) of the cast semi-finished product or the product, unnecessary parts, etc. is made smooth (transfer work). Transition). When the separator on one side moves forward as indicated by the arrow from FIG. 2 (b), the upper part of the separator on one side approaches the separator on the fixed side as shown in FIG. The lower part of the separator is separated from the separator on the fixed side, and the product is broken and separated without impact, and the upward movement of the product is made smooth (ie, the separation and upward movement). When the separator on one side retreats from the figure (c) as shown by the arrow, the upper part of the separator on the one side is separated from the separator on the fixed side as shown in FIG. The lower part of the separator approaches the separator on the fixed side, and breaks and separates without impact on the product. Same figure
When the separating body on one side from (d) retreats as shown by the arrow, separates and moves downward, it returns to the initial state as shown in FIG. Thereafter, such operations are repeated to separate the product and unnecessary parts. This product and a part of the unnecessary portion are taken out of the device through the lower opening. Further, some products and unnecessary parts are selectively supplied to another place or the next breaking / separating apparatus via lifting, moving, or the like by a support.
Note that the lower opening is an important element, and it is necessary to provide a dimension or an opening that allows the casting semi-finished product to fall through the lower opening even if the semifinished product remains in its original form (the same applies hereinafter).

In the example of FIG. 8, the configuration and the operating mechanism of the two separators are substantially the same as those of the example of FIG. When both separated bodies move forward as shown by the arrow from FIG.
As described above, the separation portions provided on both of the separation members operate flexibly, and the meshing gap is provided with sufficient space to help the product and unnecessary portions fall. By the flexible operation of this separation part and the excellent action by the extremely soft touch,
Break the joint formed between the unnecessary part and the product,
And separating the product so that concentrated load is not applied to it,
And carefully control the movement of both separators, taking great care not to damage the product and to slide the product infinitely. Then, from the same figure (a), when the upper and lower sides of both separators (referred to as both separators) move forward as indicated by arrows, the upper parts of both separators approach each other, and the lower parts of both separators move downward. Are separated from each other so that separation and downward movement can be achieved. As shown in FIG. 2B, both separated bodies are in a parallel state. As shown in FIG. 2B, when the two separated bodies move forward as indicated by the arrows, the upper part of the two separated bodies approaches, and the lower part of both the separated bodies separates as shown in FIG. And upward shift. Then, as shown in FIG. 3 (c), when both the separated bodies recede as shown by the arrows, as shown in FIG. 4 (d), the upper parts of the two separated bodies are separated from each other, and the lower parts of both the separated bodies are approached. As a result, both separators are in a parallel state. When the upper part of both of the separated bodies retreats as shown by the arrow from FIG. (D), the separation and the downward movement can be achieved as shown in FIG. Although not shown, an example is shown in which the separating body on the other side is stopped and the separating body on the one side is movable, but this operation and the cutting / separating operation substantially correspond to FIG.

In the example of FIG. 11, the separator on one side is retracted, and a large upper opening is formed between the separator on the fixed side (the other side). Semi-finished products are sequentially supplied to the upper opening. Unnecessary portions of the supplied semi-finished casting product are cut off and separated by a separating portion provided on the one-side fixed-side separator. The structure of both separators is substantially the same as that of the above-described example of FIG. 4 except for the hot spot method. Then, as shown in the figure (b), when one of the separated bodies swings rightward (swing rightward) as shown by the arrow, as shown in the figure (b), the one-side fixed body is separated. Using the separation unit provided in the above, the cutting and separating work is performed. By swinging the separator on the right side, the product is broken and separated without impact to the product, and the product is smoothly shifted to the left (separated and shifted to the left). When the separator on one side swings to the left as shown by the arrow (b) in the figure (b) (swings to the left), the separator on one side and the fixed side move as shown in FIG. Are in a parallel state. When one of the separated bodies swings to the left as shown by the arrow in FIG. 13 (c), it breaks and separates without impact to the product, and when the product shifts to the right side smoothly (fracture separation and right Migration),
As shown in Fig. 4 (d), the right side of the separator on one side is separated from the separator on the fixed side, and the left side of the separator on one side approaches the separator on the fixed side, and the Break and separate without impact. When the separating body on one side swings to the left as shown by the arrow from FIG. (D), separates and shifts to the left, as shown in FIG.
Return to the initial state.
