Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a catheter used for administration of nutrients, liquid medicines and drugs to the intestine and a catheter used for suction and decompression in the digestive tract are performed using different things, and therefore, for each purpose of both. The catheter was inserted and removed. Repeated insertion / removal of a catheter used for insertion into the intestine from the stomach via the abdominal wall and the stomach through the duodenum through the abdominal wall and stomach wall is a heavy burden on the patient and a considerable burden on the practitioner. . However,
No catheter that can avoid this burden has been proposed.
Further, with a conventional catheter, it is not possible to aspirate and decompress the gastrointestinal tract over a wide range. In this case, even if gastroenteral nutritional administration is performed, gastric aspiration and decompression cannot be performed, so that gastric juice and saliva etc. accumulated in the stomach cannot be prevented from flowing back, such as aspiration pneumonia. Therefore, the present invention proposes a catheter that enables both suction and decompression in the digestive tract with nutrients, drug solutions and drugs, and reduces the burden on patients and practitioners.
Moreover, it aims at obtaining an appropriate medical effect.

First, the distal end of the catheter tube has a length that can be inserted through the stomach to a position beyond the duodenum, thereby enabling the administration of nutrients, drug solutions, and drugs to the intestine. Second, forming multiple lumens in the catheter tube,
In one of the lumens, a side hole is formed in a range from the body of the stomach to a portion beyond the pylorus, and the side hole enables suction and decompression in the digestive tract. As another effect of the side hole, even if the pylorus ring is obstructed to some extent as described above, the side hole and the lumen communicating therewith can be bypassed, and gastric juice and saliva can be prevented from being stored in the stomach. In addition to the above configuration, there is provided a means for limiting a portion for aspirating and depressurizing the gastrointestinal tract according to symptoms and medical purposes.

FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line BB of FIG. 1. The catheter tube (1) has a main lumen (2) extending from the proximal end to the vicinity of the distal end, and a desired site from the proximal end, that is, when the catheter tube (1) is inserted from the fistula through the stomach and enteral route. A sublumen (3) communicating from the stomach body to the site beyond the pylorus, and a balloon (12) used for fixing the catheter tube (1) at the time of insertion from the base end to a desired site. A balloon lumen (4) communicating with the site is provided and formed into a tubular shape. A hole (6) communicating with the main lumen (2) is provided in the vicinity of the distal end of the catheter tube (1) for the administration of nutrients, liquid medicines, and drugs. A plurality of holes (7) communicating with the sub-lumen (3) and a hole (not shown) communicating with the balloon lumen (4) are provided at the portion where the balloon section (12) is provided, for use in suction and decompression in the tube. Drill each. A trifurcated funnel (10) communicating with the main lumen (2), the sublumen (3), and the balloon lumen (4) is provided at the base end, and a nutrient, a drug solution, or a drug passes through the funnel. , A suction / decompression route, and a balloon inflation route (a valve is provided at the end). In order to insert and fix the catheter tube (1), a balloon portion (12) covering a hole communicating with the balloon lumen (4) is adhered to the inner wall of the stomach body and inflated, and a known frictional resistance is applied to the abdominal wall. It is sufficient to use a fixing tool (11) that utilizes. In addition, as shown in a drawing, it is preferable to provide a contrast line (5) in the catheter tube (1).

The stop rod (8) is formed in a semicylindrical shape, the cross-sectional shape is slightly larger than the cross-sectional shape of the sublumen (3), and when fitted, the upper surface of the stop rod (8) is below the hole (7). To a size that can be completely covered, and fitted using the elasticity of the catheter tube (1). When the stop rod (8) is singly fitted, the sub-lumen (3) is closed between the front and rear of the fitted portion, so that the suction and decompression portions can be limited. However, since it is possible to leave the utility of the bypass in some cases, if it is necessary to stop the utility of the bypass for a medical purpose, it is conceivable to fit a plurality of the utilities. FIG. 6 is an explanatory view showing a state in which a tubular covering (9) is fitted to the catheter tube (1) instead of the stop rod (8). Since the cover (9) can be shifted in the front and rear, the cover (9) is formed to have a length capable of covering all of the holes (7), and is used by being appropriately shifted or used.
It is possible to select whether or not the number of occlusions is partially stopped. The superiority of the stop lot (8) and the covering (9) is selected depending on the medical purpose, because the former has an effect of damming by fitting, whereas the latter has no effect of damming when fitted. Should.

る。According to the present invention, it is not necessary to use different catheters for the administration of nutrients, medicinal solutions and drugs to the intestine, and catheters used for suction and decompression in the digestive tract. In addition to reducing the burden on the practitioner, it also has a medical effect of preventing the onset of aspiration disease by bypassing the obstruction from the stomach body to the pylorus by the bypass effect.
