Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 他の部分とは異なる色の、薄い浮彫りデザインを上に備えたチョコレート 製品を形成する方法において、 製品の上の望ましいデザインの鏡像である図案によって、第1の型板を彫刻 する段階; 少なくとも彫刻された図案を充填するために第1の色の充分な液体チョコレ ート材料を前記彫刻された図案の中に導入する段階; 第1の型板から第1の色の余分な材料をすべて除去する段階; 第1の型板の上に、彫刻された図案と位置合せされた状態で予め選択された 形状の型キャビティを中に有する第2の型板を置く段階; 第1の色のチョコレート材料を覆うために前記型キャビティの中に第2の色 の液体チョコレート材料を導入する段階; 両方のチョコレート材料を型板の中で冷却してそれらを凝固し結合させる段 階;及び このようにして結果的に形成されたチョコレート製品を型板から取り出す段 階 を含んでなる方法。 2. コンピュータ支援彫刻により第1の型板の中に複数の同一パターンが彫刻 される、請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 第1の型板及び第2の型板が弾性プラスチック材料で形成されている、請 求項1又は2に記載の方法。 4. 第1及び第2の色のうちの一方が白又はクリーム色で、もう一方が褐色で ある、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 5. 第2の型板が可撓性であり、第1の型板とすべり止め接触状態で係合可能 である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 6. 第2の型板内の型キャビティは、第2の型板からチョコレート製品を容易 に剥ぎ取ることができるように傾斜した又は面取りされた側壁を有する、請求項 5に記載の方法。 7. 第1の型板の中には複数の彫刻された図案が具備されており、第2の型板 の中には各々の彫刻された図案のためのそれぞれの型キャビティが具備されてい る、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 8. 平面図では、型キャビティが、正方形、矩形、楕円形、円形、ハート形、 扇形又はその他の任意の規則的又は不規則な形状を持つ、請求項7に記載の方法 。 9. 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法により形成されたチョコレート 製品。 10. 他の部分とは異なる色の、薄い浮彫りデザインを上に有するチョコレー ト製品の製造用装置において、 図案がデザインの鏡像であり、その上面に図面を彫刻させるように適合され た第1の型板; 第1の型板上に図案を彫刻するように作動するコンピュータ制御式レーザー 彫刻機及び 彫刻機が第1の型板の上面上に図案を彫刻し; 図案上に異なる色のチョコレートが置かれた後、図案を型キャビティが位置 合せされた状態で、第1の型板上に第2の型板が置かれ; チョコレート製品の他の部分のチョコレートが型キャビティ内に置かれチョ コレート製品が冷却された時点で、第1及び第2の型板が分離されるように配 置されている、 図案との調整のため中に予め選択された形状の型キャビティを有する第2の 型板、 を含んでなる装置。
