- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.磁気浮上鉄道用の長ステータ型リニアモータのステータパケットまたは磁 極の形式の電磁アセンブリであって強磁性材料から成る少なくとも一つのシート スタック(8、67)および少なくとも一つの他の部材(12、13、14、7 4)からから成る電磁アセンブリを製造する方法において、シートスタック(8 、67)は未加工の磁気スチールシート(1、61)から組立てられ、必要なら ば補助位置決め手段を使用して、ツール(28、75)内に他の部材(12、1 3、14、74)と共に位置づけられることを特徴とし、更に、硬化性混合物の ツール(28、75)内への注入と硬化または混合物からの硬化により、シート (1、61)は、その周囲が混合物で取り囲まれ、1つに結合されて、1回の作 業工程で、完成されたシートスタック(8、67)を形成し、シートスタック( 8、67)は部材(12、13、14、74)に結合され、アセンブリは、全体 的に、その最終的電気的、磁気的、機械的および/または幾何学的特性を持つこ とを特徴とする、磁気浮上鉄道用の長ステータ型リニアモータのステータパケッ トまたは磁極の形式の、電磁アセンブリ(45、93)の製造方法。 2.ツール(28、75)は少なくとも部分的に空気が抜かれてから、混合物 の注入が行なわれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.圧力−ゲル化法として実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に 記載の方法。 4.シート(1)に孔(7)が設けられ、ロッド(9)上にシートスタックを 形成する目的でシートがねじこまれることを特徴とする、長ステータ型リニアモ ータ用磁極の形式の、請求項1から3の何れかに記載の電磁アセンブリ(45) の製造方法。 5.ツール(28)内への挿入に先立ち、シートスタック(8)の端面にそれ ぞれルーズに据えた磁極ジョー(12、13)が設けられることを特徴とする、 請求項4に記載の方法。 6.ツール(28)へのその挿入に先立ち、シートスタック(8)に、緩く巻 きつけた巻線(19)が取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項4または5に 記載の方法。 7.シートの積み重ね形成に先立ち、リニア発電機を組み立てる目的でシート (1)に開口部(49)を設け、シートスタック形成後に得られる溝(50)中 に緩く巻線(51)が挿入されることを特徴とする、請求項4から6の何れかに 記載の方法。 8.混合物の注入中、シートスタック(8)および/または磁極ジョー(12 、13)の下側の少なくとも一部には、混合物が存在しないことを特徴とする、 請求項1から7の何れかに記載の方法。 9.シート(61)の上側部(63)に開口部(68)が設けられ、これによ りシートスタック(67)の組立後少なくとも一つの溝(71)を形成させるこ とを特徴とし、さらにツール(75)への混合物の注入に先立ちアセンブリ(9 3)の組立てに使われるクロスピース(74)を溝(71)中に差し込むことを 特徴とする、請求項1から3の何れかに記載の長ステータ型リニアモータ用のス テータシートスタックの形式の電磁アセンブリ(93)の製造方法。 10.混合物の注入中、クロスピース(74)の少なくとも一面(94)に混 合物が存在しないことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。 11.シートスタックの形成に先立ち、シート(61)の下側部(64)に開 口部(69)を設け、このシートがシートスタック形成後に弾性的に変形の可能 な電導体(97)に適合するよう、少なくとも一つの溝(72)を形成し、これ はシートスタック(67)の希望する電磁特性に応じて選定された断面を持つこ とを特徴とし、さらに混合物の注入により溝(72)の壁面にそれを構成するラ イニング(102)を設け、これによって機械的に効果を発揮する溝(97)を 構成し、その壁面(98)の断面を導体(97)に対応させて選定することを特 徴とする請求項9または10に記載の方法。 12.溝壁面(98)がスロット(100)により外側に開放され、その最も 狭い個所の幅が導体(97)の外径に対応する幅より小なるように最終的な断面 が選定されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。 13.熱硬化性の混合物を硬化性混合物として使用することを特徴とする、請 求項1から12の何れかに記載の方法。 14.シートスタック(8、67)の製作のため、未加工の非処理プレートを 用い、シート(8、67)の相互の電気的な絶縁を、電気絶縁特性を備えた硬化 性混合物を用いて得ることを特徴とする、請求項1から12の何れかに記載の方 法。 15.請求項1から14の何れかの方法により製造することを特徴とする、磁 気浮上鉄道用の電磁アセンブリ。
