Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.作用電極およびそれから所定距離離れた対電極を有して成る種類の電気化 学的セルにおいてレドックス化学種の還元(または酸化)形態の濃度を測定する 方法であって、次の工程: (a)反応生成物が対電極から作用電極に拡散により到達する程度に電極が離 れ、作用電極の電位は、レドックス化学種の還元形態(または酸化形態)の電気 的酸化の速度が拡散律速であるように、電極間に電位を加える工程、 (b)電位を加えた後で定常状態に到達する前に、時間の関数として電流を測 定する工程、 (c)定常状態電流の大きさを見積もる工程、 (d)電位の遮断または電位の極性を逆転させる工程、 (e)工程(b)および工程(c)を繰り返す工程 を含んで成る方法。 2.工程(d)において極性を逆転させる請求の範囲1記載の方法。 3.電極は500ミクロン以下の距離で離れている請求の範囲1または2記載 の方法。 4.電極は200ミクロン以下の距離で離れている請求の範囲1〜3のいずれ かに記載の方法。 5.作用電極は、対電極が延在する面に対して平行であり、その面に面する面 において延在する請求の範囲1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。 6.電位を繰り返して逆転させ、各逆転の前に得られる結果からの平均として 化学種の濃度を見積もる請求の範囲1記載の方法。 7.セルは、酵素およびレドックスメディエータを含む請求の範囲1〜6のい ずれかに記載の方法。 8.セルは、GODを含む請求の範囲1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。 9.セルは、フェリシアン化物を含む請求の範囲1〜8のいずれかに記載の方 法。 10.試料を酵素触媒およびレドックスメディエータと反応させ、方法は、レ ドックス反応より大きい電位にてセルを操作してアノードにて過酸化水素を酸化 する前の工程を含んで成る請求の範囲1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。 11.試料を酵素触媒およびレドックスメディエータと反応させる以下の工程 : (a)セルの充填の前またはその間に電極間に電位を加える工程; (b)時間の関数として電流の増加を測定する工程; (c)該触媒との反応が完了する時間を、工程(b)の測定値から決定または 予想する工程; (d)次に、電位を遮断または電位の極性を逆転させる工程 を更に含んで成る請求の範囲1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。 12.既知の濃度の分析対象または還元メディエータを含む第2セルを更に有 して成り、第2セルを使用して第1セルのキャリブレーションをする請求の範囲 1〜11のいずれかに記載の方法。 13.既知の濃度の分析対象または還元メディエータを分析対象に加え、キャ リブレーションに使用する請求の範囲1〜12のいずれかに記載の方法。
