Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.床おおいに包含され、次の単層: (1) 第1の割合で充填剤を含む第1の熱可塑性組成物を備える第1の単層と; (2) 第2の割合で充填剤を含む第2の熱可塑性組成物を有する第2の単層と; (3) 第3の割合で充填剤を含む第3の熱可塑性組成物を有する第3の単層と; をダイに通して同時押出しして生産される熱可塑性硬質裏打フィルムであって 、前記第1と第3の熱可塑性組成物が、前記第1と第3の単層を前記ダイを通し て押出した時に、ダイブレード堆積が事実上何もなかったことと、前記第2の熱 可塑性組成物が、前記第2の単層をダイブレードに隣接して押出されることにな った場合、著しいダイブレード付着をつくる筈であることと、前記第1と第3の 単層が前記フィルムの製造中、前記ダイに接触しないようになることを特徴とす る床おおいに包含される熱可塑性硬質裏打フィルム。 2.前記裏打フィルムが次の単層: (1) 重量比で約30%以下の不溶解性充填剤からなる第1の熱可塑性重合体組 成物よりなる第1の単層と; (2) 重量比で約50乃至約70%の不溶解性充填剤からなる第2の熱可塑性重 合体組成物よりなる第2の単層と; (3) 重量比で約30%以下の不溶解性充填剤からなる第3の熱可塑性重合体組 成物からなり、それによりダイブレード付着の発生が防げる第3の単層と; からこの連続順序でなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の床おおいに包含され る熱可塑性硬質裏打フィルム。 3.前記第1と第3の熱可塑性重合体組成物が重量比で1乃至30%の不溶解性 充填剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1もしくは2記載の熱可塑性硬質裏打フィ ルム。 4.前記第1と第3の熱可塑性重合体組成物が重量比で5乃至30%の不溶解性 充填剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1もしくは2記載の熱可塑性硬質裏打フィ ルム。 5.前記第1と第3の熱可塑性重合体組成物が重量比で15乃至30%の不溶解 性充填剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1もしくは2記載の熱可塑性硬質裏打フ ィルム。 6.前記フィルムが重量比で少くとも50%の不溶解性充填剤からなることを特 徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の熱可塑性硬質裏打フィルム。 7.前記フィルムが重量比で少くとも60%の不溶解性充填剤からなることを特 徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載の熱可塑性硬質フィルム。 8.前記フィルムが重量比で少くとも70%の不溶解性充填剤からなることを特 徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の熱可塑性硬質裏打フィルム。 9.前記充填剤が前記第1、第2もしくは第3の重合体組成物中では熱可塑性マ トリックスに配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の熱 可塑性硬質裏打フィルム。 10.前記充填剤が、1つ以上の重合体組成物中で、熱可塑性マトリックスに配置 されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載の熱可塑性硬質裏 打フィルム。 11.前記第1、第2ならびに第3の単層で用いられる熱可塑性重合体が同一のも のであることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項記載の熱可塑性硬質裏 打フィルム。 12.前記第1、第2ならびに第3の単層の少くとも2つに用いられる熱可塑性重 合体が異なるものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項記載の 熱可塑性硬質裏打フィルム。 13.前記第1と第3の熱可塑性重合体組成物が同一のものであることを特徴とす る請求項1〜12のいずれか1項記載の熱可塑性硬質裏打フィルム。 14.前記第1と第3の熱可塑性重合体が異なるものであることを特徴とする請求 項1〜13のいずれか1項記載の熱可塑性硬質裏打フィルム。 15.前記第1と第3の重合体組成物が小さい割合の接着質重合体からさらになる ことを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか1項記載の熱可塑性硬質裏打フィル ム。 16.前記小さい割合の接着質重合体は重量比で5乃至10%であることを特徴と する請求項15記載の熱可塑性硬質裏打フィルム。 17.前記重合体組成物が潤滑剤、抗酸化剤ならびに安定剤からなる群より選ばれ る小さい割合の物質からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜16のいずれか1項記 載の熱可塑性硬質裏打フィルム。 18.前記不溶解性充填剤が適当な割合、一般には小さい量の1つ以上の顔料から さらになることを特徴とする請求項1〜17のいずれか1項記載の熱可塑性硬質 裏打フィルム。 19.前記同時押出フィルムの厚さが100乃至2000ミクロンの範囲にあるこ とを特徴とする請求項1〜18のいずれか1項記載の熱可塑性硬質裏打フィルム 。20.前記第2の単層の厚さが前記同時押出フィルムの総厚さの少くとも約45 %であることを特徴とする請求項1〜19のいずれか1項記載の熱可塑性硬質裏 打フィルム。 21.前記第2の単層の厚さが前記同時押出フィルムの総厚さの少くとも約80% であることを特徴とする請求項1〜19のいずれか1項記載の熱可塑性硬質裏打 フィルム。 22.前記第3の単層の厚さが前記同時押出フィルムの総厚さの少くとも約90% であることを特徴とする請求項1〜19のいずれか1項記載の熱可塑性硬質裏打 フィルム。 23.前記第1と第3の単層の厚さが同一であることを特徴とする請求項1〜22 のいずれか1項記載の熱可塑性硬質裏打フィルム。 24.前記第1と第3の単層の厚さが異なることを特徴とする請求項1〜22のい ずれか1項記載の熱可塑性硬質裏打フィルム。 25.前記第1と第3の単層の厚さが10乃至100ミクロンの範囲にあることを 特徴とする請求項1〜24のいずれか1項記載の熱可塑性硬質裏打フィルム。 26.前記フィルムが前記第2の単層に加えて、前記第1と第3の単層が前記フィ ルムの外側に配置されるよう常に配設された1つ以上の内部単層からなることを 特徴とする請求項1〜25のいずれか1項記載の熱可塑性硬質裏打フィルム。 27.床おおいに包含され、次の単層: (1) 第1の割合で充填剤を含む第1の熱可塑性重合体組成物をもつ第1の単層 と; (2) 第2の割合で充填剤を含む第2の熱可塑性重合体組成物を有する第2の単 層と; (3) 第3の割合で充填剤を含む第3の熱可塑性重合体組成物をもつ第3の単層 と; でこの順序でダイを通して同時押出しして生成される熱可塑性硬質裏打フィル ムの製造方法であって、前記第1と第3の熱可塑性組成物が、前記第1と第3の 単層を前記ダイを通して押出す時、ダイブレードが何も付着されないことと、前 記第2の熱可塑性組成物が、前記第2の単層を前記ダイブレードに隣接して押出 すことになる場合、ダイブレードの付着が著しくなって、前記第1と第3の単層 が、前記第2の単層をダイブレードに接触させないで第2の熱可塑性重合体組成 物のダイブレード付着の発生を確実に防ぐようになることを特徴とする床おおい に包含される熱可塑性硬質裏打フィルムの製造方法。 28.前記フィルムが次の単層: (1) 重量比で約30%以下の不溶解性充填剤からなる第2の熱可塑性重合体組 成物よりなる第1の単層と; (2) 重量比で50乃至75%の不溶解性充填剤からなる第2の熱可塑性重合体 組成物よりなる第2の単層と; (3) 重量比で約30%以下の不溶解性充填剤からなる第3の熱可塑性重合体組 成物よりなり、それによりダイブレード付着の発生が防がれる第3の単層と; をこの順序でダイに通して同時押出しすることで生成されることを特徴とする 請求項27記載の方法。 29.請求項1〜26のいずれか1項記載の少くとも1つの同時押出裏打フィルム からなるか、あるいは請求項27もしくは28記載の方法により生成された複合 積層弾性床おおい。 30.請求項1〜26のいずれか1項記載の少くとも1つの同時押出裏打フィルム からなるか、あるいは請求項27もしくは28記載の方法により生成されること を特徴とする床タイル。
