To remove the needle cap 12 from the syringe body 1 for performing an injection, the following operation is performed. It is assumed that the needle mounting member 5 is fitted to the syringe body 1 and the needle cap 12 is fitted to the needle mounting member 5. That is,
As shown in FIG. 5, the thumb of one hand holding the syringe body 1 is applied to the side surface of the needle cap 12, and the inclined surface 18 of the needle cap 12 is pressed against the inclined surface 15 of the needle cap receiver 14, that is, forward. Needle cap 1 to the right as viewed from
Rotate 2. As described above, the rotational force applied to the needle cap 12 is converted into a force for pushing the needle cap 12 in the axial direction by the action of the inclined surface 15 of the needle cap receiver 14 and the inclined surface 18 of the needle cap 12. This allows
The needle cap 12 moves forward with respect to the needle mounting member 5,
The locked state between the ridge 17 of the needle cap 12 and the ridge 13 of the needle mounting member 5 is eliminated. Therefore, the needle cap 12 can be easily removed from the syringe body 1 by one-handed operation.

In order to discard the used syringe,
When removing the needle 9 from the syringe main body 1, the following operation is performed. That is, as shown in FIG. 6, in a state where the needle mounting member 5 is fitted to the small diameter cylindrical portion 4 of the syringe main body 1, the thumb of one hand holding the syringe main body 1 is applied to the side surface of the needle mounting member 5. Then, the needle mounting member 5 is rotated in a direction in which the inclined surface 10 of the needle mounting member 5 is pressed against the inclined surface 7 of the needle mounting member receiver 6, that is, leftward when viewed from the front. As described above, the rotational force applied to the needle mounting member 5 is converted into a force for pushing the needle mounting member 5 in the axial direction by the action of the inclined surface 7 of the needle mounting member receiver 6 and the inclined surface 10 of the needle mounting member 5. As a result, the needle mounting member 5 can be moved forward with respect to the small-diameter tube portion 4 and can be removed from the small-diameter tube portion 4.

The syringe with a needle cap according to the present invention is as described above. When the needle cap 12 is fitted on the needle mounting member 5, they are locked to each other by the projections 17, 13 and the like. As a result, the needle cap 12 does not come off easily. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the needle 9 from being accidentally stabbed by a finger of a medical worker. In addition, when performing an injection, the needle cap 12 can be easily removed from the needle mounting member 5 by rotating the needle cap 12 with one-handed operation, so that it is convenient to use. Also, when discarded after use, the needle 9 can be removed from the syringe body 1, so that it is safe. And the removal work of the needle 9
It is very simple because it is only necessary to rotate the needle mounting member 5 with one hand operation. In addition, since the rotation direction when removing the needle cap 12 and the rotation direction when removing the needle attachment member 5 are reversed, there is no concern that the needle attachment member 5 will come off together when removing the needle cap 12.
