Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع بعملية تستخدم لتكرير المواد الخام التي تحتوي على المكونات العضوية، مثل المواد الخام التي تحتوي على الزيت oil و/أو البتيومين bitumen، وبالتحديد الرمـال الزيتية oil sand أو رمـال القـطران tar sand أو الطفل الزيتي oil shale، تجرى بالخطوات التالية: - إمداد المواد الخام إلى مرحلة طرد expulsion stage وطرد المواد الهيدروكربونية، على وجه التحديد البخار الذي يحتوي على الزيت عند درجة حرارة تتراوح مثلاً من حوالي 300 م إلى 1000 م، - إمداد البخار الهيدروكربوني الذي تم طرده في مرحلة الطرد و/أو في مرحلة التغويز gasification stage بعد مرحلة الطرد إلى مـرحلـة مـعالجة processing stage، حيث يعالج نفسه بشكل إضافي على سبيل المثال بالتكسير cracking، التكويك coking و/أو المعالجة الهيدروجينية hydrotreating، - فصل النواتج التي تم الحصول عليها في مرحلة المعالجة وسحبها، - إدخال المواد الصلبة المتبقية في مرحلة الطرد و/أو في مرحلة التغويز بما في ذلك الأجزاء غير المتبخرة من الهيدروكربونات hydrocarbons الثقيلة إلى مرحلة احتراق combustion stage، - حرق الهيدروكربونات hydrocarbons الثقيلة المتبقية في المواد الصلبة في مرحلة الاحتراق عند درجة حرارة تتراوح مثلاً من حوالي 600 م إلى 1500 م، ويفضل عند درجة حرارة تتراوح مثلاً من حوالي 1050 م إلى 1200 م، - إعادة تدوير المواد الصلبة من مرحلة الاحتراق إلى مرحلة الطرد و/أو مرحلة التغويز، حيث يفصل الجو المؤكسد لمرحلة الاحتراق عن جو مرحلة الطرد و/أو مرحلة التغويز بواسطة أداة حابسة blocking device، و - إمداد الماء إلى مرحلة الطرد و/أو مرحلة التغويز.
