La presente domanda ha per oggetto una struttura di calzatura sportiva, del tipo comprendente una tomaia ed una suola, la quale trova particolare utilizzo nella pratica del “grinding” che consiste essenzialmente nel saltare in corrispondenza ad esempio di corrimani o di muretti strisciando superiormente e trasversalmente ai medesimi. Pur consentendo tale soluzione la deambulazione e la pratica del grinding, si riscontra nella medesima ancora la presenza di alcuni inconvenienti, quali il rapido deterioramento della piastra durante la pratica del grinding che ne richiede la continua sostituzione, creando così un costo aggiuntivo per l'utilizzatore. Compito principale di quanto forma oggetto della presente domanda è quindi quello di risolvere i problemi tecnici evidenziati, eliminando gli inconvenienti di cui alla tecnica nota citata e quindi escogitando una calzatura che possa essere utilizzata sia per la normale deambulazione sia per effettuare la pratica del grinding in condizioni di sicurezza e confortevolezza per Tutilizzatore nonché di effettuare tale pratica del grinding in condizioni ottimali in funzione della superficie su cui tale pratica viene svolta. Il compito e gli scopi sopra accennati, nonché altri che più chiaramente appariranno in seguito, vengono raggiunti da una struttura di calzatura sportiva, particolarmente per la pratica del grinding, comprendente una tomaia a cui è associata inferiormente una suola, che si caratterizza per il fatto che su detta suola sono ricavate, in corrispondenza della zona dell'arcoplantare e del tacco, almeno una prima ed una seconda sede, rispettivamente per il posizionamento in condizione operativa e non operativa, di almeno una piastra girevolmente fulcrata a detta suola. Nelle figure da 12 a 17 è illustrata una ulteriore forma realizzativa per una struttura di calzatura sportiva 201 la quale prevede, nella zona 204 dell’ arcoplantare la presenza, in corrispondenza della suola 203, di una prima piastra 206, mobile rispetto alla suola 203, ed una seconda piastra 222 associata o resa solidale in corrispondenza della suola 203 stessa. Claims

R I V E N D I C A Z I O N I 1) Sports shoe structure, particularly for the practice of grinding, comprising an upper to which a sole is associated at the bottom, which is characterized by the fact that on said sole are obtained, in correspondence with the area of the arch-foot and. of the heel, at least a first and a second seat, respectively for positioning in operative and non-operative conditions, of at least one plate rotatably pivoted to said sole.

2) Structure as in claim 1 which is characterized in that it comprises means suitable for forcing said at least one plate to position itself in the operating condition.

3) Structure as in claim 1 which is characterized in that it comprises means suitable for temporarily locking said plate in the inoperative condition.

4) Structure according to one or more of the preceding claims which is characterized by the fact that a first seat is obtained in correspondence with the plantar arch area for a first plate having a closed ring shape in plan and one arcuate development following the arch, said first plate having a first side rotatably associated transversely to said sole.

5) Structure as per claim 1 and 4 which is characterized by the fact that said first side is internally hollow and houses a pivot pin with a sleeve, protruding from said sole and contained in said first side.

6) Structure as per claims 2 and 5 which is characterized by the fact that said means are constituted by a pair of first springs placed coaxially to said pin and whose ends are associated with said sleeve and first plate to force the latter in correspondence of said first office.

7) Structure as per claim 1 which is characterized by the fact that on said sole, in correspondence with the heel area, a second seat is obtained which is suitable to house said first plate following its rotation from the position of positioning in said first seat .

8) Structure as per claims 1 and 7 which is characterized by the fact that said second seat is counter-shaped to said first plate which can be concealed therein.

9) Structure as per claims 1 and 3 which is characterized in that said means consist of a box-like body inserted into a third seat formed longitudinally to said sole starting from the perimeter edge of said heel in an area above said second seat.

10) Structure as per claims 1 and 9 which is characterized by the fact that inside said box-like body there is a slider, axially movable in contrast with a pair of second springs designed to force said slider to come out externally of said box-like body beyond said edge perimeter of said heel.

11) Structure as in the indications 1 and 10 which is characterized by the fact that a hook protrudes below said slider, through a suitable opening made on said box-like body and in correspondence with a fourth seat obtained on said sole perpendicular to said third seat adapted to temporarily engage with the second side of said first plate opposite said first side.

12) Structure as per one or more of the preceding claims which is characterized in that it comprises a second plate associated directly, possibly integrally, with said sole in correspondence with the area under the plantar arch, a first seat being obtained on said second plate for housing said first plate.

13) Structure as per one or more of the preceding claims which is characterized in that it comprises, in the area of the arch-sole, in correspondence with said sole, a first plate, movable with respect to said sole, and a second plate, associated or made integral in correspondence with said sole itself.

14) Structure as in indications 1 and 13 which is characterized by the fact that said second plate affects the archplantar area by presenting a desired curvature designed to allow Γ optimal grinding practice.

15) Structure as in the indications 1 and 13 which is characterized by the fact that said first plate is rotatably and / or removably associable in correspondence with said second plate.

16) Structure as in indications 1 and 15 which is characterized by the fact that said first plate has a preferably butterfly shape and such that it can be positioned longitudinally or transversely to said second plate in positions of respectively non-use and of use for practice of grinding.

17) Structure as in the indications 1 and 16 which is characterized by the fact that said first plate has the terminal ends slightly arched and counter-shaped to a pair of longitudinal curbs present laterally to said second plate itself, the extension of said first plate being such as to allowing, in the positions of non-use and use, respectively, the complete concealment of the same within the concave area of said second plate or the overlapping of said terminal ends in correspondence with said counter-shaped curbs.

18) Structure as in indications 1 and 17 which is characterized by the fact that the selection of said two distinct positions takes place through the use of suitable means consisting of a T-shaped pin whose head abuts in correspondence with said first plate and the whose stem passes in correspondence with a predisposed hole obtained approximately centrally in said second plate and has at the terminal end a plate freely sliding in correspondence with a predisposed fifth seat obtained inside said sole.

19) Structure as in indications 1 and 18 which is characterized by the fact that coaxially to said stem is placed, inside said fifth seat, a third spring designed to counteract the removal of said first plate from said second plate.

20) Structure as in the indications 1 and 19 which is characterized by the fact that the shape of said pin is such as to allow the user, once gripped said first plate, to be able to make it come out from the concave area of said second plate and rotate it in so as to arrange it either longitudinally or transversely to said second plate itself.

21) Structure as in the indications 1 and 20 which is characterized by the fact that said third spring maintains in a stable condition the non-activation position of said first plate if this is arranged longitudinally to said second plate and of activation if the arrangement is in transverse direction.

22) Structure of a shoe as in one or more of the preceding claims which is characterized by what is described and illustrated in the attached drawings.
